Our wedding ended up being during the first hurricane to ever hit Los Angeles and we had to move it within 24 hours, which was so stressful. Khatereh reassured us that everything would still be perfect and her videography staff would be ready and willing for our rescheduled day. And, because we had to deal with moving our entire wedding, she gifted us a drone video service as well, which was above and beyond and really speaks to how dedicated and kind her team is. Heather was so beyond flexible and accommodating with us as our date changed and changed again, and hung on with us until 2022 when we finally were able to have our special day on April 9th. Just to reiterate, we booked her in SUMMER OF 2019. That is true dedication. I know many other "COVID brides" who struggled with coordinating date changes with vendors, so I am so thankful that Heather always made it work for us and kept a positive attitude about everything. As far as her actual work, Heather made us feel so comfortable both during our engagement shoot and the wedding (we are shy, nerdy people who are not comfortable in front of a camera). She is friendly, very easy to talk to, and guided us perfectly as we awkwardly walked while holding hands, stared into each others' eyes and attempted to hug like human beings. I have taken both headshots and family photos with Emily. The headshots were taken in her studio. She has a lot of good backdrops to choose from. She even arranged for someone to do my make up. We took our family photos outside at locations recommended from Emily. They are all so beautiful that it was hard to pick one. She's great with dogs!
