I'm back. Trying again. Maybe something changed .. And, no. Burnt eggs, horrible avocado toast bland no flavor. Gross The mimosa was made with old bitter orange juice.

I'm sad to say, I have to agree with the reviews. If I'd checked them first I would have known that both the wait for a table & service are on the slower side. I also may have avoided purchasing the pretzel bites. Comforting beer snacks are a must for a spot named PHX Beer Company. Similar to wings and fries or fish and chips, pretzels and beer cheese fit the brief, however, this version left a lot to be desired. I noticed PHX Beer Co when arriving to Phoenix. The concept seemed popular, so I made a mental note to grab a beer as well as some pretzels and beer cheese before I headed back to Houston, and I did just that. I started the experience with a long line wait and plenty of empty tables, proceeded to an unstable and wobbly table, and finished with a significant wait to be followed by incredibly dried out pretzel bites sat on a messy plate. I can't speak to the mustard, but the cheese would have been aight if it was slathered on a burger or given any other properly prepared food pairing. From there, I decided to head to another spot for the rest of my meal. To be fair, my waiter was great and the restaurant seemed understaffed contributing to the majority of the problems. That being said, I hope they continue to push for success because the concept is fitting, the atmosphere is right and the servers very sweet. I'd be happy to give them another try on another trip...just avoiding the pretzels and beer cheese next time around.

Service was ok but beyond that the food was pretty terrible. Pretzel bites were ok. Fish and chips and chicken tenders were... well... not great. But I guess if you're stuck eating at the airport you get what you get and you end up paying a lot for it. It is what it is. It was nice to be able to see planes from our table, I'll give it that.

My food was really tasty. I had the shrimp tacos and two glasses of wine. I found the portions to be perfect. I didn't like that you can't include allergies when you're ordering so I had to flag down a server. My wine was tasty but a bit high. I guess it's standard for airport drinking

Hair on grilled cheese, bottom left corner

This is one of those scan to order places so service is naturally slow. However, the food was concerningly bad. Low quality chicken, barely cooked wings, and hair found on the food.... Since you have already paid upon ordering, tracking someone down to get refunded before a flight is not ideal. Left with 80% of the food on the table, total waste of 60 bucks.

We had dinner at Phx Beer Co before boarding our flight back to Seattle. It was close to our gate and we decided to eat here. We got wings and pepperoni flatbread. They were okay for airport food.

Sky Harbor Airport: Pleasant Morning Stop Stopped into PHX Beer Co. at Sky Harbor in the morning while looking for a simple breakfast, and it turned out to be a solid choice. I ordered the oatmeal, which was surprisingly good--loaded with fresh fruit / nuts and was exactly what I needed before a flight. The coffee was great too. The service started off a bit cold, but to their credit, they warmed up as things went along. The environment inside is very basic, but for an airport spot with lots of people coming and going, it was relatively quiet. I grabbed a table by the window and was actually able to get some work done without distractions. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stop for a quick, good breakfast before takeoff.

Decided to eat here while I wait my flight. QR to scan to order food. Got the fish n chips. Fish and tartar sauce was bland. Added salt to fish for taste. Coleslaw was actually sooooo good! Enjoy that for sure! Service was cool!

Definitely worth getting to the airport a little early! Perfect location for us next to our gate with comfortable tables and great atmosphere. Our server didn't seem thrilled to be at work but he got the job done and that's all that really matters. We got the pretzel bites, double smokehouse burger and hot honey pepperoni flatbread. All three things we ordered were great and worked out perfectly for our group that likes to switch plates around.

Quick bite before my flight, cheese curds are great. Quick service, very typically airport vibes.

If it's your first visit, the AZ Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich is an absolute must. It's perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat and packed with flavor in every bite. One of my favorite traditions is stopping by after work on Thursdays to take advantage of the $5 IPA special. It's the perfect way to unwind, catch up with friends, and enjoy some of Arizona's finest locally crafted beer. Whether you're there for the food, the beer, or the lively patio atmosphere, Arizona Wilderness never disappoints. If you're in the neighborhood--or even if you're not--it's well worth the visit. Highly recommended!

Made the long drive from Gilbert to see what the hype was about and let me say....that soft serve was WORTH IT! I got the swirl and it was soooooo refreshing and delicious. I have seen people comment that they were too strong (I don't see the problem or maybe some people don't really like tequila) but mine was perfect! Not strong at all. The only reason I didn't give this updated review a 5-I ordered the banh mi sando and the sandwich was so dry. Chicken was dry. The cilantro wasn't chopped I had to pick out long stems. Also I got the AZ frosè and the rosemary syrup was just way too pungent to enjoy the whole beverage. I wished it had been more balanced. Especially when the French fries are heavily seasoned with rosemary--a bit too much.

We passed AZ Wilderness and saw how busy they were so we stopped at Greenwood as they were less busy and we had never tried their beer before. My parents prefer IPA's and are tough critics, however, they liked the IPA's so much they bought a pack to take home. I'm not a huge beer drinker so I ordered the seltzer on tap and it was good + refreshing. My husband also ordered the Mango Lassi and loved it. We spoke to the staff member on site who I believe said they've been around for 6 years or so. Greenwood definitely deserves more hype as not only were their beers good but they have cute seating arrangements with an open courtyard. Definitely give Greenwood a try if you find yourself going to Downtown Phoenix!

One of the highlights was chatting with Dan, who has been bartending for eight years. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions about the brewing process and the brewery itself. It's clear he enjoys what he does and takes pride in sharing information with customers. I also learned that the brewery was founded by Megan Greenwood, and it's impressive to see how her vision has grown into a well-known local brewery. The brewing operation includes seven tanks, giving visitors a glimpse into the production side of the business. For anyone interested in seeing more behind the scenes, Greenwood Brewing does offer brewery tours. There isn't a set tour schedule, so it's best to ask staff about availability when you visit. One feature I thought was especially cool was the live Instagram follower counter displayed behind the bar. Watching the number update in real time was a fun and unique touch that added to the brewery's modern, community-focused atmosphere. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was engaging, and it was fun getting a closer look at the brewing process while enjoying quality craft beer. A great stop for both locals and visitors looking to support a Phoenix- Women owned brewery. The vibes are chill & semi-loud with music playing in the background. They have seating on both sides of the brewery, outside seating & local restaurants QR codes to order food from. IG: greenwood Brewing

We got our drinks, but it took a solid 15 minutes of our server walking past our table before we finally had to flag someone down to order food. It was at that point that I discovered the touch tunes jukebox thing over on the wall and decided to play some tunes to uplift the spirits in there. I like to think that it was Korn's "Freak on a Leash" that spiked the staff's attitude. I think they just really needed a real one to go in there and get the party started. I had to take a selfie to show how large this was! Schnitzel Patty the size of my head making the bun pretty comical. Very good, and I can see myself ordering again though I hated the sauce with it. The staff member said it had horseradish, so that explains it. - Burger of the Month: My coworkers pick, and she raved about the burger itself and the onion rings.
