I have been coming here for about 2 years. Each visit is always been a great one. The ladies are always so nice greet you with a smile and once you come in a few times they start to call you by your name. I see Halee who is my all time favorite nail technician. We chit chat about our boys which is always a good conversation. They have upgraded the nail selections which is great. I love a good selection of colors. Even though I'm indecisive all the time. The location is not the best but I still choose to be a loyal customer because of the quality of service as well as hospitality from all the ladies. I would highly recommend this location! I gave it 2 stars because Im honestly not sure if they are cleaning the products they use to cut nails and stuff in between customers. The brush she used to scrub my feet looked a little worn out. Other then that The lady was friendly and she took her time and massaged me for sooo long. read more

The noise. The speaker that's blaring whatever "music" in the not very elegant plaza to deter the loiter is so loud I continued to hear the noise even as I sat for my pedicure. An employee in the shop was listening to what sounded like a cartoon or drama show on a device with a volume that was not low. This place is so not a relaxing place to be "pampered." Because I live less than a mile away, I'm likely to return I would've given only 2 stars, but Tina removed my calluses! Tina did an AMAZING job on my feet and toes. A little rough at times, yet she was receptive to my say, and she was effective. Tina's the reason I will return. read more

My brother, a kidney recipient went in here yesterday to use the restroom, as he was unable to make it home on time, they charged him $20 to use the bathroom. No one decent would do this to a person. Yes he told them he had a kidney transplant and it couldn't be helped and yes he was pleasant and yes he let them know it was an emergency. Shame shame on this company for having NO decency! Okay, i went in last Friday. There was a lot of people but they did get to me quickly. I got my nails done by the man in the front. Okay I asked for white tips (really simple) he did not do an okay job, he rushed. My nail tips are not the same color!!! some are white, some have a yellowish tone and some are more transparent!!! they look odd. He did cut my nails straight (i hate when they cut my nails straight but they are slanted) and i liked that his were not slanted. I did not like that he did not cut them the same length some are longer .and HE CUT ME!!! I am not really picky when the people accidentally do a little cut or scratch. But I could see and feel it was a really deep cut. I pointed it out to him and he got mad!!!! and did nothing about it. I then asked him if he had anything for it. he got a blue tube and squeezed my finger and put the blue liquid that extremely burned and "glued" the cut together. He then quickly told me to pay him. He was not even done with my nails yet!!! I felt that he rushed and was extremely rude. I did get my eyebrows done while I was there from a lady.( I believed I would get better treatment) Nope i was wrong. She took me to the back room sat me down on a chair and began waxing, she then walked out not saying anything. I got my mirror and saw she missed so many hairs (mostly all of them)!!! I saw her come in with a RAZOR!!!! I told her I wanted my eyebrows waxed not shaved. She did wax them again and did a better job. My eyebrows did turn out nice. I just disliked that the lady was just going to shave them. The two stars are for the eyebrows, The mans rudeness was just too much. read more

I used to go to this salon regularly when I lived on the side of Sacramento, and I always used this lady called Lynn. I just called to set up an appointment for a pedicure, and asked to speak with her, she acted as if she couldn't understand my request, I became so annoyed I just hung up the phone. I have never had a person give me a pedicure as well as she did, but after this phone call, I don't know if I will even go there. It seemed to me (even back when I was a regular) that she had aspirations to do "nails" only, and with this phone call I got the vibe, she REALLY, REALLY, REALLY didn't want to do a pedicure... read more

I walked in with my daughter I asked for a pedicure she asked for a fill they completely ignored me and did the fill on my daughter after sitting there for an hour I STILL was ignored and my daughter was done I have never in my life ever was treated with such disrespect they actually made me cry by the way they treated me I've came to them for years they like to pick and chooses who they want to do if they know you won't tip them they treat you bad and I'm a great tipper but oh well time to find a new place that won't be so rude and disrespectful this time you guys aren't even worth a star! read more

I just went in there today. Not the best. When I walked in there there were children running around spilling drinks and just horrible! (I know this is mostly the mothers fault) Then, I asked for color change... They wanted to charge me $30 (the price of a gel set) for a gel color change. This was outrages given another place I go to next to work only charges me $10. So I politely declined and asked for them to just take off my polish. He did and did a good job, but when it came to pay I was asked for cash. They advertise everywhere that they take VISA so I had to go next door and pay $2 extra dollars to get cash back... I've been a loyal customer for years but this is the last time I will visit this establishment. I paid for a spa pedicure and got nothing of the sort. The chair that I was seated in was broken and didn't massage any part of my neck shoulders or back like it was supposed to. When I brought it to management's attention, the manager acted like it was my fault. I explained that I told the manicurist and she responded by saying I should've demanded to be placed in another chair. She also blamed the manicurist as if she was part of the ownership group. Wow. What a terrible way to treat a customer and worker.Terrible customer service. I will never come back. read more
