We ended up loving everything and holy crap that vodka slice was so freaking good. It blew my mind, I ended up getting another one to go. There is a good amount of seating, the parking lot is large, and there is a taco place next door that actually looks bomb that I want to try now. We will 100% be back to have a pie or slices. I don't know why it's not more popular. I need to come back to try the bar-style pizzas that are available on Mondays but I love this place. Highly recommended. The consistency of the crust, the combination of the toppings, and the convenient serving size only adds up to one thing. Me buying larger pants (in a joyful manner). The beauty of a square pizza is every slice is a corner slice. I really dislike fighting over the corner slice...and now I don't have to. The crust is thick, but not too thick. It holds up to the toppings, but doesn't take away. It plays both the supporting role and starring role...depending on where you take your bite. If you bite from the middle of the slice = supporting role. Bite from the edge = starring role. Versatile, like Daniel-Day Lewis. At the pop up, I was able to try a hot slice of the sausage and pepper pizza. Even though I wouldn't normally order this, they said it was their most popular. They were right.
