If I could rate this place higher, I would. This place has the best pizza I've ever had in my life. It's a little different than traditional New York style, the crust is a little thicker and it's absolutely amazing. I'm also a big fan of the cheese fries, they use melted mozzarella cheese unlike most other place that have wiz. This place is top notch. They are BYOB which I also really like. This may be the best restaurant in a strip mall. It is easily missed in this location, but totally worth finding. We have eaten here more than 30 times and it never disappoints. Love the Chicken Parm! The salads are always fresh and the garlic knots are great ( when fresh out of the oven) the only down size is the noise level is high and the service can be slow, but the great food makes up for it. I'm rewriting this post because the owners must have deleted it. We were frequent customers since they opened. We stopped about a year in a half ago and decided to try it again. We waited over 10 minutes before our waiter came to Our table and at that point didn't know why he was coming over since he had a water pitcher instead of greeting us and taking our order. He made an excuse for the wait and blamed the 15 year old host. He took our order, the calamari was tough, the wings were cold and he didn't even ask us if we wanted something to drink. The waiter was rude throughout our dinner and they knew we were not happy. The owners wouldn't even address us. Normally we are excellent tippers. This was one of few times we left NOTHING as a tip. Needless to say, we won't be back. Wonder what Kronos would say. read more

The waitresses were amazing! The food was good but the guy running it was a jerk. I felt bad for the girls working. Saw him treat a few people poorly. I wouldn't go again just for the fact that I wouldn't want to support a man that treats people like that - not sure if he owns it but he may. We ordered online which was very easy to navigate the menu, place the order and pay in advance. We even received a call to verify our address as this was a delivery (which was stellar!!)The food arrived very quickly and hot! We ordered penne a la vodka with shrimp and lobster ravioli with crabmeat. The sauce for both were excellent...the shrimp portion was generous as well as the crab meat in the ravioli dish. Great Italian food. George and his team always have delicious food and friendly service. I was particularly pleased with his catering. We recently needed food for 20 and the chicken cutlet, spaghetti and salad were delicious. It was so good we ordered catering for a second event. Bad Service for a Business Traveler I was excited to try a new place that my hotel recommended. As a frequent traveler, it's nice to be able to have something different. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. I called to place my order, I am not sure if the person was new but I had to repeat the order and hotel several times. He asked me to hold and I could hear him asking questions in the background - no biggie! I told him at the end I had a coupon I literally asked 3 times did you take off the coupon- he said yes. Fast forward to the delivery- the driver arrived, I signed and tipped. then I looked In the bag and there were no plates or utensils. When I placed the order, I specifically asked for these because I am in a hotel. There were none in the bag, the driver- who was very kind offered to go to the front desk and see if they had some. I look at the salad which had brown lettuce mixed in the with the green lettuce on the top. For $22 buck for pasta, there was hardly none in the container. I then looked at my receipt and noticed the top had writing on it saying " hurry up" also the coupon was not taken off. I called back and spoke to George. Do you know he asked to speak to his driver ( but he did not know if was on speakerphone) and said- "can you go to the car and bring her up the money so she can shut up" I took the phone back, but he hung up before I could speak to him. The driver never came back by the way. So I called back and asked who was the owner and when will the owner be in, George told me he resolved my problem. I told him, your driver did not return and I wanted to notify management that you were rude and you told the driver to bring me the money so I would shut up. GEORGE THEN SAID HE NEVER SAID THAT- I THEN INFORMED HIM HE WAS ON SPEAKERPHONE AND I HEARD HIM LOUD AND CLEAR- He then hung up on me. I called back again, no one answered- I called back again when he answered I told him to come and get this food, it will not be eaten and I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. He said they would return for the food but they did not. read more

Little dingy place at the corner! Maybe seating for 30? So expensive and they don't give you too much! Paid $18 for Seafood Pasta-- got 2 medium shrimps and fake crab meats and a couple squids which they are cheap. Never came back to fill water and take away the used plates and ask how the food was! Love coming here for the Monday take out deal, ten dollar any sized pizza, you can't beat it! The pizza is good, I've also had soup and salad from here before which was also good.. we only eat take out from here because dining in seems a little too upscale for what the food is. The management makes the waiters remember too much about the specials , we were barraged with them for an inordinate amount of time. My fiancé and I LOVE Piazza Presto. We became hooked 4 years ago through a Groupon and have become dine-in and take out regulars ever since! Must have items include the shrimp primavera, pasta with crabmeat, shrimp scampi, mushroom and gorgonzola pizza. The fish specials are a must try as well! The decor is warm and inviting. The alfresco dining during the summer is a nice treat! All of the staff and management are super friendly and give excellent service! Bathrooms are immaculately clean with nice decor. Gotten take out a bunch of times and the food is above average. However, they are completely incompetent. Three separate times they screwed up our order. The first time they messed up our pizza. Ok, that happens. No biggie. The second time they messed up three fourths of our order. When I went back to get the correct food, the guy actually said to me that it was so loud in the place that he couldn't hear the order over the phone so he took a chance. A chance, really???!! Is that how a restaurant is ran? I didn't hear what you said, so I'll just pick something off the menu. We decided then that we were done with this joint. I've only eaten their twice, and both times I've been disappointed. My first time was a long time ago, so all I really recall was having general Italian dishes and not being too satisfied. I'll skip the details on that one. The other day we tried it again, and this time we had cheesesteaks. I had a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and my wife had a cheesesteak hoagie. Mine was over cooked on the grill and the buffalo flavor was lost. My wife didn't think her hoagie was any good either. We have been to Piazza Presto a few times over the past year and have recently been very disappointed. They can't seem to get the orders correct, have slow/inattentive service and their Dinner Entrees are over priced for what they are. It is sad when a strip mall Italian Restaurant in Limerick has higher prices than an upscale Italian Restaurant on the main line in Paoli. During our most recent visit, it took 10-15 minutes to get the check and have our card swiped. Our waitress walked back and forth by us 2-3 times to take a new table's drink order, bring them their drinks and then take their dinner order. We had to ask for our check after she was finally done with them, and she suggested just going up to the front to get it ourselves. Unbelievable! The time before that, we ordered take out and when my husband got home he realized that they gave him a vegetarian wrap instead of a cheesesteak. When he went back to exchange it there was no real apology or offer to make it right with discount, coupons, etc. We are not normally ones to write negative reviews, but tonight was the last time we will ever make the mistake of going to Piazza Presto. read more

My wife and I have eaten here a dozen or so times, nice decor, conveniently located, friendly staff and byob. No more for us though, too many bad experiences eating here. Typically, the food is salty. Garlic knots are good if they are fresh and hot, not so good when stale, old and cold. The house salad is okay. There marinara is more like a can of tomato paste, not a typical Italian red sauce. Definitely overpriced and inconsistent. read more

Food and service were good but way overpriced. Portions were average size but other places within 10-20 minutes are much better and MUCH less expensive. We went there on a recommendation and were disappointed with the pricing especially if you order a special as the prices are then not disclosed. To be charged $31 for an entree in pizza shop/ family eatery is pretty ridiculous! MUCH better choices for Italian food in the general area are Guiseppes in Skippack and Ginos in Norristown/Trooper. Those places have prices that are 30% less, larger portions and honestly atleast as good or better food. Wasn't very crowded at all on a Saturday night so most likely other people may be realizing it's overpriced as well. Won't be returning at those prices! read more

We just had lunch here today. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We ordered sandwiches with fries. The portions were large. We took half of our lunch home to have for dinner tonight. I made a special request for a tuna panini and it was no problem. Our 2 yr old great nephew was with us and they spent lots of time interacting with him. Our food was hot, delicious and everything we were expecting. We will definitely be returning again. Highly recommended. Looking forward to trying their pizzas. read more

This is our go to italian restaurant. We've been coming since shortly after they opened. The veal parm is real veal and excellent. Pizza is also great and was voted best pizza in Philadelphia area a few years ago and hasn't changed. Staff are friendly and helpful. read more

Piazza Presto has become my "home away from home" for food JUST THE WAY I like it. Lucas constantly surprises me by preparing dishes with a "twist" to appeal to the way I like to eat. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and clean, and the food servers go out of their way to make sure I'm enjoying my experience EVERY time - and I eat there 2-3 times a week. read more
