Omg. I'm not from the area whatsoever, but I visit this area to see friends often enough. I have passed by more times than I can count and I wasted so many chances at a PHENOMENAL meal. My boyfriend and I finally decided to stop in and I said it right in the middle of the meal. BEST WINGS IVE EVER HAD. Without sauce, with sauce, the small ones, the large ones- every bite was amazing and literally left me speechless. We also tried the soul warming rice pudding which tasted like a bit of home. :) On top of the to-die-for wings, the staff was INCREDIBLY warm, friendly, welcoming and engaging in telling the story of the inn. There's definitely something genuine in the bones of this family owned place and it's felt through every moment of the experience there. There is no way I won't be back. I highly recommend for anyone to stop in if given the chance- I look forward to returning in the future!!

The food was outstanding, We had buffalo wings with two different sauces. One being hot honey and second garlic Parmesan both very tasty. Not to hot but spicy. French Onion soup was delicious. Crap cheese soup was right on. The Chicken steak sandwich was very tender . The loaded french fries were delicious. The service was excellent our waitress definitely enjoyed working here and it showed. Very pleasant and courteous. The atmosphere was that of a rustic time period which this establishment goes back to the 1930s. They pictures on the wall displaying many generations of family members. They are up to their 6-7 generations. Mostly family run and work the business. Do yourself a favor and stop in and have some delicious food you won't regret it.

I placed an order for pick up so I can't really tell you about the ambiance but it seemed clean and staff was friendly. Then I got home and looked at my wings....the picture says it all! Soooo many pin feathers! The wings are small and scrawny, and not seasoned. Any trained cook knows how to cut wings at the joint, these are cut through the bone, making them look unsightly!! Please do better!!!

Great wings, and great service. Especially our busboy Finn who humored me and my friends joking with him, he definitely deserves a raise for his consistency and dedication to his service.

Has been on the list to try as I have heard they are known for their wings. We were on our way to Atlantic City and thought it was a perfect opportunity to try it out. They have a pretty big parking lot in front and next to the building. It looks like they are currently under some construction but it is still open. We were sat in the dining room off to the side of the bar where there is a fireplace. Our server came over with menus and we told her it was our first time here. She explained the difference between the wings, tails and ears. She said the wings are the drums and flats still attached. The tails are more of a tender and the ears are more of a chicken breast. We ordered one order of wings and one order of tails. I went with hot sauce for the wings and hot and honey for the tails. An order of blue cheese and ranch dressing is extra along with celery and carrots. Our wings and tails came out but we waited and had to call the server over for the dressing and celery and carrots. You need that when eating the wings! Once we dug in, they were so good. Juicy, full of meat. I personally liked the wings better. I felt the tails were a little tough, but my boyfriend like the tails better. We got full super quick. We ended up taking half of everything home. Real good, would go again. Atmosphere feels super homey. Decent size bar with a bunch of tvs and beers on tap.

Have been on a wing kick lately trying as many top wing places that have been recommended from the South Jersey Foodie group. Came for the wings and was left a little disappointed! First off... this place has a ton of other food options if you're not coming for the wings which is a huge plus. Their soups were advertised as made from scratch. Tried their crab soup which was delicious! They also had a baked potato and French onion soup that looked good as well. Had many different sauce options (no dry rub tho bummer) and many different quantities you can order for a fairly good price. Went with the garlic Parmesan and the Jim Bean Maple. Wanted to try the "smoker" but our server said those are their spiciest flavor they have, so didn't feel like it that day but I'm glad she told us lol. The wing came out as a whole wing, but oddly enough, it was small in size. I like that it's not breaded, but unfortunately, the flavor of the sauces was underwhelming. I couldn't tell the different between the sauces. Usually the garlic Parmesan flavor is very distinct, but they tasted the same. I also like my wings on the crispier side. So it's was just ok for me. Had the crab fries which were good! But of course having the cheese and crab toppings make the fries a little soggy. None the less, it tasted great! So I came for the wings, was disappointed but i did enjoy the crab soup and crab fries! Worth a try if you are in the area! But nothing to drive out of your way for!

But the service that is amazing and all the smiling staff here make up for anything that I don't see on the menu. The place is really well put together and is a very handsome bar it's mostly very wooden and heavy duty. The ambience is something for everyone on the TV or you can just chitchat. They even have this little side room that is nice but beware and bring a coat or a sweater cause it does get chilly in there. They're always seems like a really great group of people there and our favorite waitress is KB/Kristen. She is truly amazing and very attentive, but not annoying. We love their chicken fajitas and steak fajitas, the Cheesesteaks are delish! But My Newest Favorite for the Moment..... is the "We Jammin Burger". It has bacon onion Jam on it and it is amazing! I didn't think that I would like it as Much as I do! But I Realllllllly Do! I'm not really a burger fan... like my husband Is, But THIS BURGER..... has been a Game changer for Me. Warning: Make room in your fridge... because You will definitely bring leftovers home. This meal can feed a family of 4 Easily!! Their Cajun quesadilla is delicious and it does have a nice little zing. Their traditional wings are amazing and their beef stew is delicious and very hearty. We have tried many of their specialties. The Hail Mary is a delicious Caesar salad on top of chicken cutlets and their Broccoli Chicken Cheesesteak is amazing. I recommend you get it pressed on the grill and that way it won't fall out as you bite each delicious bite. I would say 80 to 90% of the visits that we have had at this amazing establishment. We always bring home leftovers. So be aware that you were going to have lunch for tomorrow. You will get to the point where you will just think of something to eat that they have on their menu and your mouth will just start to drool. We definitely recommend going. I'm not a huge drinker so I really can't say much as for their drinks but everyone there seems very happy and the portions are huge. I definitely say try it, what's the worst that happens you have leftovers for the next day or two lol It is my husband and my favorite new place that's been around forever Hey, maybe we'll see you there

The portion sizes were generous; both my burger and the Cheesesteak Deluxe were large enough that we brought leftovers home from both entrées. Cons: Unfortunately, the drinks were not good. I ordered a Downeast Cider on tap and it tasted like the line may not have been cleaned recently. My companion ordered a cosmopolitan that was essentially undrinkable--extremely strong and not well balanced. We later learned the bartender is new, so hopefully that improves with experience. The wings were also served cold, and the Jammin' burger came out without the bacon jam that's supposed to be a key part of the dish. The restaurant itself is also very tight quarters. If you prefer more personal space or feel more comfortable in places where it's easy to move around or exit quickly, this may not be the best spot for you. Overall: The staff was very attentive and clearly tried to make things right after several mistakes occurred. They comped our soda, appetizer, and dessert, which we appreciated. However, given the number of issues during one visit, I'm not sure we'd return.

Live music set a fun vibe and a large group for a bday added to the party atmosphere. We had the option of sitting right by the singer/guitarist or by the door. We were actually fine sitting by the performer but the waitress offered to show us the "speakeasy" and we decided to stay seated there. It was a quick walk out the back door where there was a fire pit and an outdoor bar area then back into the building and up the steps where there were 2 small rooms with seating, a bathroom, and a dim, small bar with stools and a separate booth. We decided to have a seat at the booth by the window. Drinks were limited in the speakeasy but the bartender did her best to make comparable drinks to what was available at the bars downstairs. The drinks we did order were made very well. Wings for appetizers were delicious. Nice sized wings with our choice of Korean bbq sauce. Since it is a Polish restaurant, I felt like I had to try the Polish classic ... Kielbasa w/pierogi, served w/slaw & sauerkraut, mustard, horseradish & sautéed onion. Dish was flavorful and filling. For dessert, we had to get the funnel cake fruit pierogi - served with ice cream. Yummmy! Service was also great, despite how busy it was. The rest of the menu had other types of food (not just Polish) and it all sounded great. I also love places like this that have monthly specials. The drink menu also had a lot of unique and delicious sounding options. I'd definitely come back and the brunch menu looks intriguing. I'll probably give this place a 5 star review when I try more things on the menu.

What I got instead was an existential paradox that came in a compostable box. The Chopped Cheese Loaded Waffle Bowl was a triumph of entropy. Ground beef, waffle fries, lettuce, pickles, and some house-made sauce that probably had no right being that good. It was sloppy. It was a mess. It looked like what happens when a cook gives up on the idea of neatness and embraces chaos as a culinary principle. It was also delicious. I ate it with the same mixture of shame and pleasure that one feels watching late-night television while knowing there are better things to do. Then there were the wings. I had ordered five of them, boneless, with Mango Habanero sauce. The wings were not terrible, but the house should not be named after them. The chicken tasted like something that had forgotten its own purpose. The sauce, advertised as a union of spice and sweetness, was neither. It sat there on the wings like a politician's promise, shiny but insubstantial. My wife ordered a build-your-own chicken sandwich and cheese fries. She said both were fine, in the same tone people use to describe the weather or a dental cleaning. Fine is not bad, but fine is not what one hopes for when dinner arrives in a paper bag smelling like grease and glory. Still, the Loaded Waffle Bowl was enough to earn a return trip. I would go back for it the way a moth goes back to a porch light, knowing full well it might burn me. Next time, I'll try the bone-in wings. I'll give one of their nineteen sauces another chance to find meaning in the void. Four stars. Because life is messy, the bowl was good, and hope dies harder than it should.
