Every time I go to this location I am always greeted by very friendly staff. Monique has been exceptional in her guidance for the yard.

Staff is rude and trying to charge me a double for a brake light when i come here probably once a week. The lady manager that works here is so unprofessional. I don't care if the part is 500$ new on your part pricing if it says 24.99 it should be 24.99 not 95 dollars. Won't be coming back here anytime soon. read more

Never sale them a car. I was told $220.00 for my car they were to pick it up from the auto shop. New tire, no dents in the body $3000 worth of work done the previous year. Unfortunately the car needed transmission. I could not afford. Pic n Pull schedule pick up then reschedule then no longer offered a tow. I had a offer from cash for cars to find out the offer was pick n pull. Again they could not pick the car up I had to pay 135.00 for a tow. When the car arrived without even seeing how nice the car was they said the offer expired and would only give me $85.00. I felt robbed I could not afford another tow back to my house. They took advantage of me. read more

I called Pick-n-Pull to sell my car. I spent half an hour working out the details of my title with them. When the tow truck driver arrived they told me they couldn't take the car And that I woul have to drive to the office to show them my paperwork. When I got to the office they sent me to a notary and showed me where to sign. When I got back with the notarized document they told me it was notarized in the wrong place and then denied telling me that that's where they told me to sign. They now can't take my vehicle until I get more documentation from DMV. I'm going to get the documentation because I have to but I'm going to sell my car to somebody else. read more

I would give them a zero star rating if I could. They sold me illegal tires (according to many dealers) and I went to different shops who said it was illegal to put them on. Pick n pull in Redding would not give me a refund and said I'm shit out of luck. The customer service was horrible. I can't afford new tires and trying to get my kid to school. I've never been to a business in Redding with such horrible customer service. They don't care about about anything or anyone but making money off of illegal junk. They sure have cocky attitudes for working at a junk yard. I went to Corporate who apologized for everything and are resolving the matter. Don't waste your money here. read more

The Redding location is poorly managed. The online inventory doesn't match what is in the yard. Vehicle make models in the yard are mixed. The online inventory is probably 75% accurate. Set aside inventory accuracy issues. Employees are rude. Terrible people who don't have basic communication skills. These people will play childish games with you. Ask you questions, such as, "Are you here to enter the yard"? Refuse to answer basic questions, and will tell you to go to a window. The counter staff will route you back and forth between windows. Additionally, they will physically write on the painted side of inventory that is displayed, such as fenders, hoods, interior panels causing the customer more work. It's obvious these employees are not happy, however this is not an excuse to be a rude human being. Prior years this location was better managed and staffed with good people. The lady in the office who was doing our bill of sale for a car we wanted to give to them was very rude, acting like we didn't know what we were talking about and wouldn't treat us with respect just kept throwing dirty looks at us. I have never known or met her before so there is no reason to be rude we were very polite. read more

Love it. My favorite place to go as an auto enthusiast on a budget. Picked up a set of wheels and tires for less. Be aware, though, that this is a junkyard where you will find lots of junk. If you're looking for serious or specific parts, best to go on ebay. read more

I have to say this is the shadiest parts yard that I have ever encountered. Don't bother reading the price list, it seems like the UN-knowledgeable staff will just make their own price up anyway. On many occasions I have been over charged or had to argue a price down to the price on the daily print out. It's funny because the guy in front of me in line always gets the shaft too, so I know I'm not that special. If you sneak up on the core pullers you can catch them doing stuff they aren't supposed to do. Like letting freon out of an A/C without a recovery system. I tried to speak to someone in the corporate office but multiple calls were not returned. They told me to try the web-site. I said I had a different web site in mind. The sad part is that for the thrifty minded individual, (AKA; cheap a$$) like me, there are not many other choices for affordable auto parts. I'm sure I will continue to patronize this horribly run business out of sheer necessity. I just hope someone with a little bit of 'give a crap' sees this and implements some change. Message to Pick-N-Pull; Please stop abusing your customers this way. I haven't met a single person the entire time you're place has been open that has a positive opinion of you. Public opinion does matter. Customer happiness does matter. Consistency does matter. Integrity does matter. The environment does matter. When I walk into an wrecking yard I am taken back to that place I would go as a kid with my dad. I'm pretty sure this is where most of us start our relationship with the junk yard. Getting a pop from the machine and trailing behind dad, listening to him talk about all the different car models. Looking for that part to keep the old Chevy running one more month. Paying silent tribute to some cars that are just too cool to end up here. The guy at the counter always seemed more than happy to help you out and get you the best deal. Why? Because he knew you weren't there on your way home from the country club for a part for your late model Mercedes. He knew you were a hard working schmuck with dirty hands and dirty pants, just like him. Please don't destroy that heritage with corporate greed. Embrace customer service above all else. We already have to work for our deals in your yard. Stop making us pay with our pride too. read more
