I came in here with my mom to get dinner and eating out lately has been a hassle with my new found milk allergy. I tried to search what was dairy free on their menu before ordering but was unsuccessful. Upon asking the woman taking our order, Jennifer I believe, who was patient and took her time to help me and my dietary needs, and even brought out the binder that listed each ingredient in each entree. I go to this location because it is the closest to my home. I can understand it's hard to get workers at this time, but stupid is stupid. It's happened a few times in my last few visits, where the person taking my order just don't get it and doesn't know what I am talking about. Then the portions are just ridiculous, I expect the tiny package of rice to be packed full, it's bad enough you give me a tiny box, then you don't pack it full with rice. Very disappointing, as I am not a canary. The the main entree is also low in the box, where I expect it to be chugged full. Last time there, I yelled at the girl at the cash register taking my order, she didn't know what I was talking about. I had reached my reward for a free meal on my app and she didn't know what to do, then she called the manager and she didn't know either, OMG. So she just used the company card to override the charge as she was clueless. When my dinner was ready the girl said here it is and handed it to me. Very disappointed with these guys today! I ordered online house special chicken spicy and white meat only! Some how it printed on their end... extra white meat chicken. So they mixed extra white meat in with the house special chicken. When I said that's NOT what I ordered and showed the "manager" my app. That clearly says sub. White meat!!! He argued with me! Didn't offer to make make amends... just kept arguing and then ignored me filling other orders. Eventually when I said look it's says sub. I have had the fried rice from here, it could have been an off day but I just know 5.99 for a good serving size of their chow mein works for me! Well, this visit started of on a bad foot and did not stop until we left. I had to ask the shift manager multiple times if she got my order correct, ask her did you get this, did you get this, etc? I had to tell her multiple times I wanted edamame. Since I was busy verifying my order, I forgot to order drinks. When paying, the order was not repeated back, nor was I asked if I would like a drink with my order even though I was eating in. When receiving my order, it was correct, but it was not made per the recipe. My dish was spicy basil chicken sub white meat, egg on the side. It was VERY oily. Not once did anyone approach and ask how the food was. Mind you there were 3 managers on duty, and I know that the one that came out very briefly from the back was the gm. While eating dinner I noticed how disgusting the vents were in the dining room. Mind you this is SUPPOSED to be done at least once a month. This probably has not been completed in 6 months at this location. You may be asking yourself how do I know how often the deep cleaning is supposed to be done and what the recipe is for spicy basil chicken. My stomach churns as I write this... My sister gets on these food kicks where all she wants is a particular item from a specific restaurant for weeks on end until she gets tired of it. This time she was on a Pick Up Stix kick where the only thing she wanted to eat was their House Special Chicken. I being the good sister I am, took her to pick up stix since I've never tried their food. I figured I'd give it a whirl since she constantly raved about it. We both ordered the House Special Chicken since it's their claim to fame and obviously she was obsessed. I dont know what the hell they put in their food or if it wasn't cooked correctly, but we both got soooooo sick. It may have been a fluke, but some places can never be redeemed and earn my business again after I was as sick as I was. Waited close to 25 min for dinner with a walk in order that I was quoted 10-15 min for. Chicken chow mein has no flavor. This is a first and strange. It truly tastes like they forgot to add sauce or seasoning. Ordered house chicken with vegetables. Apparently entrees don't come with steamed rice anymore and the container of vegetables doesn't appear to be cooked based on how crunchy and cold the broccoli and carrots are. This is my best visit they do not mess up your food and have always fresh food available cooked right on time . This is the one and only location I would go to because they have great customer service and have always amazing food . Overall the dish was tasty, with mild heat, and real veggies in the "upgraded" rice, healthier I imagine than plain white rice. The $11.34 price was a shock as meals cost way under $10. five years ago. Don't expect ambience bc you won't find it here. The TV was on but with no sound. After eating pick up stix I will never eat at Panda Express again! Sure if you don't order ahead you have to wait for your food to be cooked but people that is a good thing! It means it's fresh! The staff at this location are great! They are so friendly, even the cooks will wave at you and say hi when they're not too busy. It's the perfect Chinese food to pick up and take home when your looking for a nice warm meal. You can call ahead and it usually only takes them 15 min to make. My usual order will typically include generals orange chicken, Mongolian beef or beef and broccoli, and the house chicken. All entrees come with white or brown rice and you can upgrade for a small fee and get chow mein or friend rice so I usually will get the chow mein because I like to get variety. They even have choices here if you are looking to eat healthy, although I've tried some of those and they aren't as yummy, obviously. The one downside I will say is the amount of money you can spend if your trying to get a few entrees. I usually enjoy getting a couple different things to share with my husband so we can try different things and our bill can come out to around $30 Which is kind of a lot for a fast food type of establishment. But its definitely worth it every once in a while! read more

Just went to this pick up Stix and I'm highly dissatisfied with the service from the manager on duty. I placed an order through the app and my card was charged but the order wasn't appearing in the app or on the stores side. I understand the app has its own issues and that doesn't reflect the workers, however when I arrived at the establishment the service was very upsetting. I ordered thru the app specifically to get curbside service, but instead I had to go inside and show the charge on my bank account to prove my order was placed (understandable), I showed my account and ended up still having to pay for my meal even though I proved my card was charged for the meal in the first place. I'm very understanding and get that I would still have to pay because there's no record of my order, however the least management could do was give me a free drink or something for the huge inconvenience and extra charge for another meal. Granted I usually get the same thing every time (beef fried rice and cream cheese wontons), so I don't think I can rightfully comment on the quality of all the other food. Recently the portions have definitely gotten smaller and I have no idea how they're supposed to feed a family of 4. Susanna helped us and you can tell she hated her job.
