I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and was able to return my online order quickly. The cashier was very kind and the return was quick. I never used the product, the sizing was just way off, even though I had followed the product's website video guide. When I visited, it just so happened to be Member Days so I took a look around. This location certainly has "everything." It feels rare to have a fully stocked store these days. Since I did not need anything at the moment, I plan on stopping by again in a few months when I have an idea of what to use my gift cards on. There were employees throughout the store and they often greeted me and asked if I needed help. Great customer service! There was also restrooms for customers to use. Our stay lasted about two hours, and Judy was amazingly attentive the entire time. She was so patient and detail-oriented, going back and forth to bring out ten to twelve different pairs of shoes for us to try on without ever frowning, even though there was no commission on our purchases.
