First time here and tried the Vienna corn coffee! It was really nice and not too sweet at all. But I barely got any corn flavor. But nonetheless it was still a great drink. Cute little shop with some outdoor seating and a lot of great pastry options.

Such a CUTE little coffee shop. The drinks are reasonably priced and their matcha is soooo smooth and delicious. I got the strawberry matcha latte and my husband tried their mango passionfruit special as well as an oat milk latte his second time. I really want to try the rose flavor matcha next time but their strawberry is just so good and smooth. Line moves pretty quick and reasonable wait and there's cute outdoor seating as well called their "picnic area." Def worth coming to get your coffee or matcha fix!

(+) Vienna latte (+) Picnic vibes Picnic coffee is a coffee shop that serves some great coffee, matcha, and foam tops that everyone loves nowadays. It is a cute place because there are picnic chairs on the sidewalk to sit down on and sip on your drink. There are tables inside as well. The servers were very helpful explaining the menu to me. I would recommend their Vienna latte. It has a foam top and the perfect sweetness. I wanted to try their matcha but didn't want two drinks at once. We'll have to come back!

This place has great quality coffee and the employees were so friendly. I got my go-to but this time hot- latte with whole milk and no sweetener and it was so delicious. Especially having it on a cold rainy day. Just warms you up and makes you want to be cozy.

A cute, aesthetic stop with genuinely great selection of drinks. Perfect for a quick coffee date or solo morning reset. Seating is limited and it's more of a grab-your-drink-and-enjoy-the-moment kind of place. Parking is street only, so be ready to circle a bit. Staff are nice & welcoming. I will come back to try other drinks for sure!

SERVICE - located in silver lake off of sunset blvd - quirky interior with unique chairs and retro decor - some outdoor seating available - interior is small and can get crowded during busier hours - drinks made relatively quickly MENU - creative cafe drinks - plant based milk options available for no extra charge - average price DRINKS - vienna matcha with oat milk (7/10): iced matcha latte topped with sweet cream and a hint of sea salt. This is definitely a dessert-like drink, not an everyday one. The sweet cream layer is thick and feels like drinking whipped cream. When mixed with the bitter matcha it creates a pleasant blend that serves as a gentler alternative to matcha's classic grassiness. I am not a huge fan of sweet drinks so I personally would get a plain matcha next time. But if you like things on the sweeter side, I would recommend this. WOULD I GO BACK? Yes! It was quirky and there were a lot of drink options.

Ordered a pistachio matcha and it was very delicious!! I love that the flavor was not overpowering and was actually subtle and yummy!! The baristas were very nice and drinks came out very quickly! The vibe of the cafe was very modern with fun and unique art as well as interesting furniture!

Cute spot for a quick grab-and-go coffee. I tried the Vienna latte and vanilla latte--both were good, though a bit too sweet for me even after adjusting the sugar level. Since it's a busy takeaway place, the customer service felt a bit lacking. There were no greetings; they just took my order and quickly moved on to the next customer. Street parking can be a little difficult, so plan ahead.

A whimsical, colorful, charming, coffee shop in Silverlake, Picnic Coffee always seems to have a bustling crowd. I appreciated the eclectic decor and the unique drinks. Though it's a tiny spot, there's still ample seating inside and out, and it's a good spot chat with friends before or after romping around on sunset. I went with the seasonal iced sweet corn cream matcha with oat milk. I wasn't impressed with the matcha powder itself (I like my matcha a lot bolder), but I thought the sweet corn element was innovative and tasty. I can see myself returning when I'm craving a funky, speciality, drink.

Visiting a friend in the area, we were in the mood for matcha and decided to walk over to Picnic Coffee. You'll easily spot this place with all the chairs lined up along the sidewalk. I ordered the Vienna Matcha with oat milk. Service was fast and friendly. I absolutely loved this drink that's topped with foam that taste like marshmallow. The drink was so delicious and reminded me of ice cream. There are maybe 2-3 tables inside, but you'll always see all the chairs outside filled with people. Definitely worth a try!

My husband and I came here for coffee on Juneteenth. We don't live in the area but we were planning to hike in Griffith and I'd heard great things about this place from a friend, so I'd wanted to try this place for awhile. My husband got a cappuccino and I got the spiced matcha latte, which is one of their specials. They had a lot of delicious-sounding drinks, including a cherry matcha, which is a seasonal summer drink. Staff were really welcoming and friendly and the drinks were served quickly. Ambiance here is trendy but it doesn't seem like a place you can hang around for a long time as there isn't a lot of seating.

So glad I stopped by! The Ube latte was AMAZING -- especially with the foam on top (not sure what it was but it made it so creamy and delicious). My friend got the strawberry matcha with the foam too and loved it. Super cute, aesthetic vibe inside. They accidentally made my drink wrong at first, but the girl in the blue top with the slicked-back bun fixed it right away with no hesitation. Shout out to her for the great service! Also, the pastries were bomb. Definitely coming back!

Gloriously mid largely flavorless matcha. +1 for pistachio milk, although we initially thought the pistachio matcha latte had pistachio sauce, and the barista was kind of rude about correcting us. Parking is rough in this area and there is pretty limited seating, not as ideal for working.

The key is to go on a weekday to avoid the line, as the weekend can definitely get busy. This last time I finally got to try the tofu cream topped croissant, which was ~to die for~. It was a little bit savory with the miso but still (not too) sweet. This felt super original and I would definitely recommend. I also tried the pistachio croissant and asparagus danish this time round and both were extremely good as well. I would have no qualms with re-ordering either. The only note is the pistachio cream is pretty runny, so it's hard to cut and share, as the cream just oozes out. The workers there are super friendly and kind. The drinks are also very good if you're looking to get a little extra treat as well.

I got a sausage bbang, a chocopie, and a dalgona latte. The sausage bbang was soggy on the bottom and honestly tasted like it was from the day before. The chocopie barely had any filling, just a thin layer of marshmallow and jam. It honestly felt like they used most of the marshmallow for their Dubai choco cookie because it's probably more profitable, instead of properly filling the chocopie. If that's the case, it's better not to sell it at all than serve something like that. The dalgona latte was also disappointing. With ice, the drink only filled to the bottom third line of the cup marking. Clearly, they skimped on the milk. There was also a weird moment when I paid. My total was $15.25 and I paid cash, but I was given $4.75 in change. When I said it should be $5, she seemed confused and asked what I meant. I told her I literally gave you a quarter right now, and she questioned it before eventually giving me the correct change. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a mistake. I understand times are hard, but charging more for products that clearly had corners cut doesn't sit right with me. It just comes across like there's no integrity. Clearly the quality and portions are going downhill. I wasn't even planning on writing this review. I was going to stay quiet, but the chocopie really ticked me off. I'm not going to pay for food that skims on ingredients and shortchanges customers by charging more for less, so this will be my last visit.
