I enjoyed a Hochija Vienna latte with oat milk and vegan cream! So tasty and made quickly! Great service, clean, and areas for sitting inside and out. Street parking in the area.

The coffee and Matcha here are absolutely delicious! I do wish they had larger sized drinks available, but other than that everything else is absolute perfection. The care and attention to detail that they put into each drink as a parent. You can taste the quality and attention to detail. The lines move quickly and are well worth the weight. Highly recommend recommended if you are looking for a great drink in the area!

Wanted to try Picnic because I've seen some videos online raving about it. First, there's plenty of free parking around the area which is always a plus. The inside is very small, you order in the back of the store and pick up your drink at the front. I got a strawberry matcha and it was all strawberry no matcha. I think the batch of matcha they used this day was a bit older due to the color being darker and not as vibrant. The pistachio matcha was also overpowered by the pistachio flavor. Wouldn't come back but it's a very cute place.

Came to Picnic in search of a good matcha latte and with some high hopes. Love the location and seating option right outside the shop. The barista taking my order was super nice and cool. I appreciated that he engaged and humored me in conversation. Ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk and my fav part was the lack of extra charge for non-dairy milk substitute. Cheers to the outdated idea of charging for milk sub! Wish the matcha tasted better than it did. It was a bit watered down and not matcha forward. With all the alternative matcha spots in the area, I likely won't be back but can appreciate what they're doing.

My partner lives down the street so we come here very often! Drinks: 11/10! My partner and I got the sweet corn matcha latte and the mango matcha lemonade (which were seasonal items) and they were so yummy! We both agreed (along with my best friends) that the sweet corn matcha latte was PERFECT! We even convinced one of my friends to re-order it as it was absolutely delicious. They have a couple of pastries too and we always come back to the ham and cheese + everything/cream cheese croissant. Service: 10/10! Workers here are always so friendly and knowledgeable when we visit and we appreciate it always! Hence why we always come back. Ambiance: 10/10. Small coffee shop, but it's so cute inside! I can see why it is always so packed inside and people come/stay here to study or work. Love this place and always love their seasonal menus!

Good stuff here! I got a latte and I'm picky with my espresso, but theirs is smooth and tasty. Their signature flavors are more unique as well, with a cherry matcha standing out most to me. Not many tables to work, but lots of seats to chat. The kind baristas were the cherry on top

(+) Vienna latte (+) Picnic vibes Picnic coffee is a coffee shop that serves some great coffee, matcha, and foam tops that everyone loves nowadays. It is a cute place because there are picnic chairs on the sidewalk to sit down on and sip on your drink. There are tables inside as well. The servers were very helpful explaining the menu to me. I would recommend their Vienna latte. It has a foam top and the perfect sweetness. I wanted to try their matcha but didn't want two drinks at once. We'll have to come back!

This place has great quality coffee and the employees were so friendly. I got my go-to but this time hot- latte with whole milk and no sweetener and it was so delicious. Especially having it on a cold rainy day. Just warms you up and makes you want to be cozy.

came to try the vienna matcha, and it did not disappoint! the salty cold foam complements the bitter matcha to create a sweet and salty experience. the matcha isn't super strong, but i would definitely get this again if i was looking for a sweet treat. service was fast, and the interior has a cool mid century modern vibe to it. only a couple of tables inside, so more of a grab and go spot.

First time here and tried the Vienna corn coffee! It was really nice and not too sweet at all. But I barely got any corn flavor. But nonetheless it was still a great drink. Cute little shop with some outdoor seating and a lot of great pastry options.

SERVICE - located in silver lake off of sunset blvd - quirky interior with unique chairs and retro decor - some outdoor seating available - interior is small and can get crowded during busier hours - drinks made relatively quickly MENU - creative cafe drinks - plant based milk options available for no extra charge - average price DRINKS - vienna matcha with oat milk (7/10): iced matcha latte topped with sweet cream and a hint of sea salt. This is definitely a dessert-like drink, not an everyday one. The sweet cream layer is thick and feels like drinking whipped cream. When mixed with the bitter matcha it creates a pleasant blend that serves as a gentler alternative to matcha's classic grassiness. I am not a huge fan of sweet drinks so I personally would get a plain matcha next time. But if you like things on the sweeter side, I would recommend this. WOULD I GO BACK? Yes! It was quirky and there were a lot of drink options.

    Strawberry matcha latte

Such a CUTE little coffee shop. The drinks are reasonably priced and their matcha is soooo smooth and delicious. I got the strawberry matcha latte and my husband tried their mango passionfruit special as well as an oat milk latte his second time. I really want to try the rose flavor matcha next time but their strawberry is just so good and smooth. Line moves pretty quick and reasonable wait and there's cute outdoor seating as well called their "picnic area." Def worth coming to get your coffee or matcha fix!

Cute spot for a quick grab-and-go coffee. I tried the Vienna latte and vanilla latte--both were good, though a bit too sweet for me even after adjusting the sugar level. Since it's a busy takeaway place, the customer service felt a bit lacking. There were no greetings; they just took my order and quickly moved on to the next customer. Street parking can be a little difficult, so plan ahead.

Delicious drinks and creative pastries!…read more Tried Fondry LA and the matcha vanilla pistachio drink was definitely the highlight--so delicious and perfectly sweet without needing any sweetness adjustment. Easily my favorite thing I tried! The tofu cream croissant toast was airy and light, with a creamy topping that wasn't overly sweet. The mushroom béchamel was savory and good. I only got it because my brother suggested it. Normally I would not seek mushroom pastries even though I like mushrooms. The yuzu meringue croiffin was good, but I am not used to tart flavors in croissant/pastry combination. The cafe is very tiny, with only one table for seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot. There are seats outside. I also wanted to try the black sesame pastry, but didn't see it available when I visited. I'd definitely go back to try it. The drink was the standout for me!

The key is to go on a weekday to avoid the line, as the weekend can definitely get busy. This last time I finally got to try the tofu cream topped croissant, which was ~to die for~. It was a little bit savory with the miso but still (not too) sweet. This felt super original and I would definitely recommend. I also tried the pistachio croissant and asparagus danish this time round and both were extremely good as well. I would have no qualms with re-ordering either. The only note is the pistachio cream is pretty runny, so it's hard to cut and share, as the cream just oozes out. The workers there are super friendly and kind. The drinks are also very good if you're looking to get a little extra treat as well.

The mango had the perfect balance of tart and creamy. It wasn't too heavy, and it's easy to finish one by yourself. I also tried the pistachio, and it was really good too! It's nutty with a strong pistachio flavor, and again, not overly sweet. It even has little chunks of pistachio throughout, which adds a nice texture. She took me here. The place was very clean and tidy with a lot of different types of sweet treats. I was there for one thing only. I did ask the gal working if they were made that day and she said yes. We ordered a raspberry, an orange, a coffee bean and the popular mango. This was my 2nd time trying these and our hopes were high BUT the raspberry was just awful the filling was strange and it had just raspberry jam inside,I dint eat it. The mango was okay so we shared that. The coffee bean was just awful as well so we didn't finish that either. The orange was the best of the group but overall just a disappointing experience once again because these are not cheap. I'm starting to think I might just have to give up my journey to find these although there are some places in Vegas that look promising. I don't think Reno has any bakeries that make these. They look so beautiful but the taste is a let down.
