Their toasts keeping us coming back. They're fresh and satisfying and offer unique toppings of high quality. It's always busy, so be ready to stand in line. There is seating inside and outside on the sidewalk but it's usually full. People tend to camp out at a highly coveted seat and work on their laptops. Parking in the area is a challenge too. It's street parking and you should be willing to walk a bit if you find a spot a few blocks away. The staff knows what they're doing and while they're not particularly friendly, they're all business and they are gelled together and pump out food and drinks efficiently.

Came here for a weekend breakfast before thrifting and had such a good experience! I had heard the line was insane and it wasn't too bad, maybe 5 people in front of us BUT it was 9:15am on a Saturday so I think it was faster due to the early timing. I got the Matcha Pistachio which is an on tap iced matcha latte made with pistachio milk which was super good. I also got the avocado toast on gluten free sourdough which was SO good, tasted so fresh and was so filling. My boyfriend got the brown sugar latte with an extra shot and the biscuit which he also really enjoyed. Was all a tad bit pricey but worth it for a fun experience. It's decorated super cute and does have a good amount of seating even though you do usually have to fight for a spot.

Parking was absolutely atrocious -- I felt like I was doing stairmaster just to get my morning coffee. The line was out the door but it moved fast. There's very limited seating inside. I was skeptical about the color of the vanilla latte but it was flavorful and rich. The banana sesame bread was also yummy and sweet.

Love the ambiance. Quiet and warm wood interior, exactly what I needed. We were lucky to find parking only one block away. Tried brown sugar latte with pistachio milk on tap, Yummm. My friend got matcha latte with whole milk, adjusted sweetness with vanilla syrup. Perfection. They were so nice about adjusting the sweetness of my friend's drink so she can enjoy it 100%. They had vinyl record player for music and it completes the aesthetic vibe. Overall, everyone seemed enjoying working, which made me feel comfortable being there. Yes, I would come back

I got the matcha pistachio - let me start by saying that I feel it was a little misleading because I expected matcha flavored with pistachio. If it's only pistachio milk, I think pistachio milk matcha would be more appropriate to mitigate confusion on that. That said, the matcha itself had a fine taste - not bitter, not astringent, not grassy. However, I think there definitely needs to be more matcha in the drink because it was on the milky side with light matcha flavor. The drink is not sweetened, or if it is, it's very, very light, even as someone who does not like drinks too sweet. I like that it gives you the opportunity to sweeten it to your liking. The cafe is cute inside and I'd really like to try that biscoff cinnamon roll one of these days. I think I may give the hojicha a try next.

Great coffee spot. The brown sugar latte and chai latte were delicious! Would definitely get again. Super curious about the lemon ginger drink, will try next time. Lines get big but we went on a slower day so not too bad. Street parking

Wanted to try this spot for a while and my expectations were definitely exceeded! So cozy inside with some good seating indoor and outdoor. Some of the friendliest coffee shop staff I've ever met! Gave me great recommendations, super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I tried the labneh toast and a drip coffee with oat milk. Also got a carrot coconut slice to go. Delicious fresh coffee with the perfect amount of milk. The toast was incredible. A thick slice of toasted grain bread with a generous layer of labneh, a drizzle of honey and a bit of za'atar. Perfect breakfast. 10/10 would drive out of my way to come back (:

The vibes are def great here. Poppin lil corner cafe with every seat taken by people hanging out or doing work. Drinks weren't notable. Brown sugar latte, nothing to note bad or good. Hojicha pistachio latte on tap - it was okay, didn't really taste like pistachio and tasted almost more chocolatey than hojicha-y. Labneh toast good if you like labneh, i personally am not a big fan at least not in this form i guess.

Wonderful coffee, great vibes, and super friendly staff. My latte was made to perfection and honestly I can't wait to go back and try other menu items.

One of the best hot lattes I've had! Locations/Ambiance: Located in Echo Park by Dodger Stadium. Can be a bit of a trek to get there if you aren't local! I missed a turn and my eta went from 2 min to 10 min! The cafe is sooo cute! The interior is aesthetic with lots of wood and warmth. The place was packed even on a rainy morning in LA. Patrons were polite as well holding doors open for each other. A bit hard to tell who is in line and who is just waiting for their drink though. Food/service: The woman at the front counter was such a light! She greeted me and others with a big smile and asked how I was doing. Her energy was contagious in the best way! I didn't want any sugary drink this morning so I did a classic hot latte so I could taste their espresso better. Delicious and balanced, no bitterness at all which is delightful. And I couldn't help but order a glazed donut after I saw it in the window! Also bomb. Very fresh as the woman mentioned they were brought in this morning. The price point for each item was fair and reasonable compared to other shops. Would happily go again! *Only two wishes would be parking can be tricky (I got lucky!) and that if it's raining (like it was today) couldn't stay and drink my coffee since there wasn't anymore interior seating.

Cute spot with great vibes Canyon Coffee has such a cute storefront and is in a great locatio, perfect for a casual stop or a coffee break while exploring the area. The vibes are cozy and stylish, and the service was friendly and welcoming. They have an extensive menu with lots of options, and the pastries were tasty and fresh. While I wasn't a big fan of the peppermint mocha (it was a bit meh for my taste), everything else made up for it. Overall, a really lovely spot with great energy, and I'd definitely come back to try a different drink.

Beautiful coffee shop! Found myself in this neighborhood and this was a perfect spot to walk, get a coffee, and read my book outside inside was packed, but there are some adorable tables outside. Street parking. The fig leaf latte was delightful! 10/10 with a soft, citrusy sweet flavor. Impeccable. The oatmilk latte was good too. The tuna toast needed some more seasoning but I see where they were going with it.

Kind of disappointing. I'm not sure if the male barista with the performative long hair is deaf or ignorant, but I clearly asked for an espresso grind which I've gotten here before, and ended up with a bag of coarse grounds instead. Womp.

The drink was well executed overall, with a nice texture, good balance, and clean presentation. What stood out most was how clearly the coffee itself came through. Once the drink cooled just slightly, I was really able to pick up the characteristics of the coffee, and those flavors became even more apparent toward the end of the cup. If I had one small technical critique, it would be that the drink was served just a hair hotter than my personal preference for a cortado. Not by much, but enough that I felt the sweetness and nuance opened up a bit more as the temperature dropped. Beyond that, the milk integration was solid, the body held together well throughout the drink, and it was an enjoyable from start to finish. One thing I really appreciated was getting to watch Jack work. You can immediately see the passion and attention to detail he brings to his craft. It's rare to see someone so committed to quality that they're willing to remake a drink as many times as necessary until they're completely satisfied with it. That level of care and consistency is something any coffee enthusiast can respect.

She was genuinely engaged in talking about coffee, understood the beans she was serving, and was able to answer questions without hesitation. That's becoming harder to find these days, and it definitely added to the overall experience. The cortado itself was well executed. The temperature was right where it should be, allowing the flavors to come through immediately without having to wait for the drink to cool down. I was able to clearly taste the notes in the coffee, and the balance between the espresso and milk was excellent. The body held together nicely throughout the drink and never felt thin or watered down. My only critique would be that the crema and microfoam leaned a little more matte and foamy than glossy. It wasn't enough to take away from the drink, but a slightly silkier, shinier texture would have elevated it even further. That said, this was an Ethiopian natural, which can be a bit trickier to dial in and pair with milk while still preserving the character of the coffee, so it's a fairly minor criticism. Overall, a very good cortado from a shop that clearly cares about coffee. Good execution, proper temperature, clear flavor separation, and knowledgeable staff always make for a better coffee experience.

I stumbled across their Yelp page when I was visiting from out of town and checked the Instagram for their hours on a Saturday afternoon and was happy to see they were open! I am a sucker for pop-up coffee shop/cart concepts so I had to check it out. The pop-up is easy to find, it's outside facing into the parking lot, and they had a cute A-frame sign out by the street side. There was no line, and I ordered and sat down at one of the tables out front. The service was so warm, and I believe the shop is owned and operated by one man on his own! He was an absolute delight to meet, and he brought my matcha latte to me at the table when it was prepared. He suggested I get the cream top on it, and boy was that the perfect recommendation. I would say I'm a little bit of a matcha fiend... I think I got a matcha latte at 3 different places this day... and this one far surpassed the others. I think it was one of the best matcha lattes I have ever drank to-date. It was perfectly green, the matcha quality was phenomenal, both taste and look-wise. The texture was just right, perfectly creamy with barely any grittiness. The cream top only added to the drink, and didn't take away from the matcha flavor at all, which I feel like has happened at other places for me. I'm dreaming of this matcha latte days later, and need to go back to Kokoro No Coffee as soon as I am in town again. This was a spectacular find, and I hope this spot gets all the love it deserves! There is truly nothing like a great business ran by a great person and you can tell there's so much intention put into this concept. Highly, highly recommend and I could not sing praises more!
