The pasta was perfectly al dente, the cheese was creamy and mild, and the pepper nicely balanced the richness with a mild spice. I ordered shrimp on the side and it was well seasoned and nicely charred. My wife had the geilled salmon and loved it. We didn't really have room for dessert, but since everything else was so good, we couldn't resist trying the Tiramisu and Strawberry panna cotta. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The pizza is usually done within 10-15 at the most, and so it sits. The bigger issue though is the way the pizza is made. The crust is way too big now. And the cheese and sauce have been reduced. The pizza has no flavor. McKinney is a very competitive pizza market. They will need to do much better to retain bunnies.
