Craved a quick and easy dinner, but with a broken dishwasher, I didn't want to have to do a lot of dishes. I then got to the point of extra lazy and wanted someone else to make dinner. I didn't want to have to go very far to pick it up and wanted good leftovers. What is the world's best smell for leftovers? Pizza! Piedmont Pizzeria was close enough and something I hadn't tried before. Ordered a standard pepp pizza - what could go wrong? Absolutely everything was great about the meal. The establishment was clean, not overwhelming, tucked away and the staff was super friendly! Pizza was classically good. I will be back! 10/10! read more

Nice staff took my order in person 3.12.2020 and did fantastic. I work in the area pass this on way home I was craving pizza. I did a carryout - my food was cooked to order and it was piping hot. My order was accurate and I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger for pizza. I really felt valued with my interaction with the staff. The mushrooms and cheesebread along with pizzas = stellar. The (Staff) they were pleasant and smiling....that goes a long way! Thank you again for being awesome. Just moved to Piedmont and decided to give this place a try.. And I was very impressed with the service I received.. The owner was very friendly, nice and welcoming. Ordered large 1/2 combo 1/2 chicken bacon ranch. The pizza was hot and delicious with generous amount of toppings as well. Will definitely be returning in the future. read more

New to Piedmont and the first thing we did was search for our local pizza place. We have a tradition of Friday night pizza night! Phoned in a order and placed smoothed and simple. Our address is hard to map but the gentleman knew exactly where we were. Boom! Order will be delivered in 30-45min. BAM! Ding Dong!!! Door bell rings out slides our warm steaming pizza! After first bite were knew we made a good choice. Amazing crust, delicious sauce, right amount of every ingredient. We keep choosing Piedmont Pizzeria because of the 5* experience. If you like pizza with barely any cheese on it you might like this place. Frozen pizza's from Walmart are much better than this. Won't order again read more

We like the pizza, especially for the price. We can each get our own. The salads are good too. The service is always friendly. It is usually standing room only to pick up your order. There is one small table and a couple of chairs for waiting. read more

I got the small pizza, have to say it was a real disappointment, the crust was undercooked, and extremely overpriced, you can do better with a frozen pizza at home for that price, I would rate the pizza a 5.9/10 , service was really good however, I would most definitely not come back for the pizza read more

Their pasta bake is the best!!! Have paid a lot more for al fredo pasta at other restaurants that was not nearly as good. The pizza is great also, my family really like it, but I'm stuck on the pasta. Everyone should try it. read more

We have ordered delivery from Piedmont Pizza 2-3 times a month since we moved to the area last August. Typically the food is excellent and the deliveries are prompt. To this point I have never had reason to complain before. However today I ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger for lunch and was delivered the plain burger. That by itself isn't an issue accidents happen. The problem came when I called the store to let them know there was a problem (the first issue in over 20 orders). The immediate response was to tell me they in fact had delivered the correct burger did I disassemble it to find the bacon and cheese. Couple points here 1. You do not essentially call a regular customer who hasn't ever had an issue before a lier. 2. if there is so little bacon and cheese on a bacon cheese burger it needs to be disassembled to find it then you are doing it wrong (note in all past orders the bacon and cheese were prominent). I disassembled just to see, and neither bacon or cheese were present. I am sure as the guy on the phone insisted they did make my bacon cheese burger, but I am also sure it was probably given to whomever ordered the regular burger I received. Anyway customer service is garbage and makes me question if I will order from there again. read more

Grandkids and I had an early dinner and we enjoyed the salad bar the pizza, cheesy bread while the pizza and pasta was getting ready. Grands ages four and seven really liked items on salad bar as I did too and they liked the three varieties of pasta. Supreme, sausage, cheese, pepperoni and deep dish varieties of pizza were offered on the buffet. too. All very good. Oh don't forget the cinnamon sugar bread for dessert! Highly recommend and will come back. read more

I hate giving bad reviews but when the owner doesn't care enough to even ask how your meal was when you are paying I guess it's expected. The pizza on the buffet looked old, like it had been sitting there all day. So we ordered two pizzas instead, they were fine but not good enough to order again. We also ordered cheese sticks and asked for them to be brought out as an appetizer, we received them after the pizza and they were cold and hard (they were awful!). The female at the register was nice but our server was pretty much nonexistent! She brought us our drinks and a box, no refills and I had to get up and ask for anything else we needed. When we got there, there was one other person eating. When we left there was one other table, so being busy wasn't the reason for the poor service! Like I mentioned at first, when we checked out the owner didn't even ask "how was everything?". Piedmont is limited on dinning-out choices so I wish I could recommend them, but unfortunately I can't. Seriously when you only have a few customers at the time you should be able to give them the best service possible! read more

Terrible experience. Pizza was salty, taste was terrible. Was told ready in 15 min. Picked up in 15 min and pizza was barely warm , instead of hot. The crust was soggy not fully baked. Ordered a supreme and canned mushroom was used instead. The canned mushroom alone would be enough not to come back but the overall pizza was so bad I had to write this review bc I feel like I got ripped of. read more

A great addition to Piedmont especially since they deliver! You can get the buffet to go for an extra $1. The owner is great. She is very nice and was very accommodating to one of the special orders(food allergies/Vegan) at our table. Nice variety of non-pizza items for those of us that like options. The salad bar and pasta is great! I loved all the options of different veggies, salad dressing and various pickled items on the salad bar. Wait staff quality of service has improved since opening. My only complaint is I wish they offered better to go boxes if you get the buffet to go. I found putting a Layer of pizza of the bottom creates a nice barrier between the cardboard box when I want pasta and find the thought of cardboard flavored pasta unappealing! read more

This place USED to be decent. The owners is absentee and the inmates clearly run the asylum. Repeatedly, my orders aren't ready and I'm told they'll bring it out to me....never once have they actually don't that. Went back in after waiting 35min and the girl at the counter didn't even have a clue what my name was, let alone her promise. Get the owner on the phone and he seemed decent. Told me he'd refund my order when he arrived and call me afterwards, but that wouldn't be until after 9:30. When I arrived home, I discovered my order was incomplete and called up the store. When this has happened in the past, they have sent it out via delivery driver. Not this time. On top of that, low and behold the owner is suddenly there, without my promised refund or phone call. Fast forward until today...NO phone calls. NO refund. Was out and about so I stopped by, only to find no management whatsoever on site. Helpful young man gets Alex on the phone again. First, he claims he refunded me, but didn't. Then tries to call me a liar, even though I can easily prove it. Goes completely sideways on me, cussing, belligerent and ridiculously unprofessional. Asks me what I want, to which I reply that I simply want the refund he promised me. He threatened to call the police. Grossly unprofessional and shockingly immature. At least I understand why his employees don't care to do what they promise either. read more

Heard they made great pizza and I heard right!! I got a basic thin crust pepperoni and man was it good, might be the best in OKC, only downfall is it is a 25 minute drive from north side but I will make that trip again. Owner/Manager was super friendly and could tell he was truly appreciated that I was there. If your a Pizza fan you gotta try!! read more
