The bartender, Scott, engaged us in the usual small talk. But we quickly observed that he was genuinely interested in us as human beings! We stayed much longer than we intended and had a bite to eat. The food we had was delicious and competitively priced. We came back the next day for the great food and the wonderful staff! We had the very best fish and chips we've ever experienced while we watched whales migrate north through the scenic windows overlooking the Pacific Ocean! The crab was sweet and delicious. They definitely did not skimp out on the amount of crab in the crab roll which was great. I liked the creamy and thickness of the clam chowder and was really glad that it wasn't too salty which is usually my fear. I really enjoyed the cherry cider as my beverage. It is refreshing, fruity, and light. It tastes like juice pretty much. Just a nice touch of sweetness and acidity to balance out the meal. I was grateful to the employees for getting our orders out in a timely fashion. There was a bit of a mix up with some of the orders but it happens with big parties and for the most part everything was correct! Overall, I had a great meal here and would definitely come back next time I'm in the area.
