Such a cute place and love the big area for kids to play! The food truck was closed which was a bummer but the drinks were delicious!

Trying to discover places in my home town. I saw an event notice about Boozy Bingo at a place called Pierced Ciderworks. I have never tried hard cider, i like bingo.... Off i went. Soo much fun, i even won bingo twice! Free drinks and then a tee shirt. Had a food truck on site, very good. Loved the atmosphere and the cider? Refreshing alternative to beer. Bar tender was responsive and friendly. Yep glad i found yet another place to go.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and they were hosting a beer fest. Breweries from the area were offering all you can drink samples for a flat rate of $20! The band was great. They have picnic tables to sit at. Dogs are welcome. I enjoyed the spicy mango cider! Must love hot stuff for this cider! Free parking in the area. We brought our bikes in.

The cider flight of 10 was plenty for both of us!

Great place to hang out with a large assortment of unique ciders. We sat outside and enjoyed a flight and took in all the neat decor. The small indoor area is dark and cidery feeling with even more quirky decor! Service was nice and ciders are cold, couldn't ask for more!

I'm always up for visiting a new cidery. I actually found Pierced because I knew I'd be passing by Ft. Pierce, and was looking for breweries to try I'd not been to or otherwise overlooked. Cider it was! Don't get me wrong, I love my beer, but the choice was one of going to a brewery to have yet another stout, or going here to check out what looked like a cool list of ciders on tap. Breweries are a dime a dozen, cideries, not so much. I'd honestly never even explored Ft. Pierce much. It's halfway between Miami and Orlando, and at that point in the drive I'm usually getting really bored and just start mashing on the gas to get to Orlando or back to Miami quicker. It is an interesting place in its own right - it has a different feel to me than South Florida, or even Central Florida. Pierced is reflective of this. Aesthetically pleasing wooden buildings, small taproom with a nice bar, spacious coquina-shell beer garden with a stage for live acts and friendly locals both working the bar and drinking at the bar. I got a strange but not-unpleasant Low Country-meets-Key Largo type vibe. It's a fun place to hang out. It would be even if the cider was only average. However, I really enjoyed the ciders I tried. First I got a pour of a strong watermelon cider with a chili rim. Great stuff. It packed a punch at over 9% ABV, but I couldn't taste it - very easy drinking. Next I had a grapefruit rosemary cider. This one is probably not for everyone, but I loved it. I wanted to try at least 5 more ciders on the menu. Next time. Note that even if you're not in the mood for apples, Pierced does offer a nice list of local beers on tap. I will definitely be returning.

Pierced Ciderworks opened as the first cider brewery in the Treasure Coast in 2018. It is in the former Sailfish Brewing Company building in the Edgartown portion of historic downtown Ft. Pierce. Sailfish brewed the first craft beers in the area and when they needed to expand they moved down the road paving the road for Pierced to come in and take over their old digs. The name of the Ciderworks is a play on words of it's location in Fort Pierce. Pierced Ciderworks used Sailfish Brewings concept of taking two wood frame houses from the early 1900's and using one as a brewery and one as a tap room. The look of the taproom is industrial with a 20 seat copper penny bar, metal floors, steampunk gears, and pipe work. The cider is made by fermenting apple juice after which sweetener and flavor is added. There are ten flavors to choose from plus beer and wine. I chose the Coco Loconut which was a tropical coconut paradise in a glass. Other flavors offered included Purple Drank, Pear, Margarita, Cream Soda, and Bad Apple. As I had a long drive ahead of me I could only try the one but I was definitely intrigued by the other flavors. In addition to seating in the tap room they also have outdoor picnic tables and corn hole. The place was kind of empty on my early Sunday evening visit. I was hoping to find some of the live music other reviews mentioned. The cider was wonderful and I liked their Facebook page in order to get updates of when they have events. I will be back the next time I am in the area.

The berry cider mixed with the coconut cider. So very delicious. This was recommended by the bartender.

Oh em geeeee. This little adorable, rustic tropical cider hideaway is such a nice place to visit! It's in the cute area of downtown fort Pierce. I love how the building itself was 100 years old and it's got an amazing outdoor hangout area with an even cooler indoor area to grab some beer and sit on a stool by the bar. The service was friendly and prompt. And there wasn't any food being sold but the ciders were exquisite and delicious. All that you can ask for as a beer lover. Great prices for a 12 ounce pour!

The vibe here is super nice, specifically the outside area. They have a tree covered in a crochet blanket thing which is really cool. Was a first time for us here and the bartender was really nice with helping my friends pick out their drinks. The happy hour prices/ portions were decent and they were happy with their drinks. Jenga games outside also to play, which was a nice touch for sure. There was also a food truck by the stage area serving food!

Last week, I made my way to Fort Pierce with my lady to check out Pierced Ciderworks, as they were hosting a little event, which was well put together. The cider is very good, well made, lots of variety. I was very impressed with not only their selection of ciders but distinctive in flavor and character. Some ciderworks may have a variety of ciders on tap but can't discern one from the other. Pierced does not have this issue. The Key Lime cider I had was delicious along with the Banana Hazelnut and Smoked Apricot. Formerly the old Sailfish Brewery location, which is a historic bungalow, the taproom is gorgeous. I am always a fan of taprooms that have a rustic boathouse vibe with Edison lights. Pierced's holds a good number of patrons without feeling too crowded between the bar area and the mezzanine sitting area. Additionally, they have a very large back yard area to hang outside if it's not too hot and humid. The particular Saturday we went was gorgeous. Situated near the coastline doesn't hurt Pierced patrons who want a little sunshine and can receive a little breeze while they sip on their cider.

This is an excellent place to "get away" in the heart of Fort Pierce. The back area is tree covered and pleasant all times of the day. Cider selection is always changing and you can buy flights if you wish to try a few. My favorite is Peach Habanero. Sweet with a bite at the end. Excellent. They often have live music and there is a food truck most of the time if you are hungry. Service is also great and super friendly. Highly w!

Stopped in on a whim since we aren't really fans of cider. We know a few people who work there so we thought we would give it a try. I now like their cider. Forgot what flavor I tried but it was pretty decent. The interior of the tasting room is decorated with old pipes, lots of steele and is very rustic as well as industrial looking. Out back is a really cool stage for outdoor concerts. There's a few mushroom statues so I'm thinking that's their vibe for that space. It's probably a very laid back, chill place to enjoy some live music. Even if you're not a cider fan give it a shot. I think they have a few local beers on tap as well as a hard seltzer. read more

Looking to get a taste of them all? Order the flight. It comes with a great presentation and reasonable price $40 for a flight to try all of the ciders available. There is something for everyone - a bit of heat, a bit of sweet, champagne-like and traditional cider. Drinks on happy hour are reasonably priced. There are a few beers from Florida breweries for those non-cider drinkers. The location is awesome. Both indoor and outdoor space to spend an afternoon or evening. Check out special events/offerings, like live music and yappy hour. read more

We stumbled upon Pierced Ciderworks while vacationing in Hutchinson Island. Such a great neighborhood cidery/bar/music venue! The have a steam punk theme that carries well throughout the bar. We went there every night while we were in the area. We ordered the 10-cider flight so that we could taste all of them. Overall, I love most of their ciders. Pineapple, peach-habanero, choked berry, and 'Merica dry were among our favorites. Other flavors like red velvet cake, coco loconut, browny batter, and velvet cakes... not so much. But that's the thing, it is a matter of preference and taste. That is why doing the flight is the perfect introduction to what they offer. Every Tuesday they do a bluegrass jam in their back patio. There was a stone fire pizza truck that night. It was so much fun! The staff is super friendly too! read more

Went to Pierced Ciderworks after Sailfish Brewing Company because I enjoyed their "Purple Drank" cider so much. They are about 0.1 mile walk from the brewing company. They have a nice selection of ciders. I tried their Mango Cider and it was the perfect amount of sweet. They have a lovely outdoor area with picnic tables, lights and different outdoor games you can play. Inside is a darker more rustic vibe which I loved. Most of the decor, lighting and seating inside was repurposed materials which always makes me happy to see companies commit to sustainability. Side note: their bathroom outside is really nice as well. They had complimentary sea salt scrub and the faucet was made from a beer tap lever. read more

Sometimes gems are right under our nose and we don't even know it. Located tucked away in a low traffic area of Ft Pierce, Pierced is a definite "come back" spot. No food is served but there is a food truck on site that seemed to be serving lots of smothered fries and pickle fries. I'll sample that next time. Tried a flight of cider that had Blueberry Basil, Strawberry Banana, Rum Punch, and Raspberry Lime. Lots of other harder, less sweet things but it's summer and this was a Saturday vibe. We enjoyed the live music and hanging out with friends on picnic tables while kids and dogs played. The tap room also had tables and is located in one of the great old Florida houses in this part of town. Parking is kinda challenging but we were here for a fundraising event so I'm guessing it was more busy than a usual Saturday. Lots of shady spots to sit and enjoy. The ciders we tried were pretty good, with my favorite being the Rum Punch. Definitely worth checking out again! read more

We come here at least once a month on a Sunday. We enjoy the live music, the weather, and the cider. We always run into folks we know and usually end up making a few new friends. We are locals and tell other folks to visit this spot also. The last couple of visits have been a little disappointing. The service has been less than friendly. The first time I chalked it up to a bad day. Yesterday we brought friends visiting from out of town. We walked in approached the bar where only about 4 others were sitting. The bartender barely acknowledged us and it was not with a welcoming smile. It was more like just a minute . We discussed the ciders and beers amongst ourselves but were offered no menu while we waited. Amother couple walked in and the bartender proceeded to settle up their tab even though we were still waiting-she then returned to washing Mason jars. Another guest walked in -someone we know-was served a cider. The bartender turned her attention to us...I ordered a cider and asked for a menu. Still no welcome or small talk. We ordered a couple of beers and 2 Merica Dry and moved on. Usually they offer samples and sell what they do here... On our way out the bread lady was friendly so there's that. We sat on the patio and listened to Jon Prestage. Husbands went on for the rest of the days orders so not sure how the rest of the service was. My friend took home a couple of Pierced Cider jars she bought and said what a lovely place it was. Everyone around town was very friendly at the other establishments we visited I was just a little disappointed is all. And the ladies room had NO toilet paper...the same thing occurred last time I was there. If Sunday's are so busy that TP can't be stocked and the staff isn't smiling-maybe it's time to step it up. Still holding out hope for redemption for this lovely place. read more

10 different flavors of hard cider on tap at all times! Their happy hour is amazing, m-f 3-6 HALF PRICE ($3) for a pint. They have two different flight options, a flight of 4 for $8, or a flight of 10, for $20.....and yes that covers all the cider on tap. I recommend doing the flight of 10!! Dog friendly/ kid friendly. They do not serve food but you're allowed to bring in your own food and eat it at the bar or outside on the deck. Food truck on the weekends as well as live music. This place is a MUST try!! It is beautiful inside & out. read more

New addition to the area since February, housed in an old house and decorated with a cool bar and tractor seat stools, the cider is top notch. We got a flight of their 10 brews and really enjoyed all of them. Another patron suggested we mix the pineapple and coconut ciders and it was great. They had live music outside and 2 vendors selling bbq and baked goods. Fun place near downtown. read more

My fiancé loves occasionally stopping by to pick up a cider to bring home (since we can't go in due to COVID). They have a 15 or 20% off deal on Tuesday's which is awesome. When we used to go before the pandemic, the set up inside was super homey and cozy, really inviting. The people that work here and polite and knowledgeable. Overall, the vibe of this establishment is awesome and always a chill atmosphere. Highly recommend read more

This place and ciders were amazing. Bartender was awesome. The outdoor area had plenty of shade and musician Johnny Debt was great and hilarious. A perfect place to spend an afternoon. Social distancing and masks are used here so we felt safe but it was nice to be around other people. read more

Fantastic place! Really great, warm ambiance and decor inside at the bar. They have a great patio out back where you can enjoy your ciders while listening to live entertainment and playing some games! They usually have a food truck parked out front for some tasty treats as well. Staff is always friendly and wonderfully accommodating too read more

As a fellow Cider lover, I foun thy there not only was a shortage of local cider being made, but an actual shortage of availability of cider. We stumbled upon this amazing environment that fit our need perfectly. Fell in love with the property and environment and did a remodel to fit our customers needs. Come on by and check us out!

I really like the location. It's located on the water, technically on the inlet, next to Jetty Park. The views of the water is gorgeous - it's a deep aqua color, and I always enjoy watching boats navigate through inlets. The place has a tropical Tiki Hut vibe with palm trees and sand surrounding umbrella covered tables. There's also seating at the bar under the "Tike Hut". Service is at the bar. Instructions and a QR code (which downloads their menu) are provided on a board in front of the bar. So after a quick look at the menu I stepped up to the bar where I was greeted by a friendly employee. I ordered their Smoked Fish Dip ($14.00) and a Shiner Bock ($4.25). She brought me my bottle of Shiner Bock (no drafts at this place) along with a small electronic buzzer device that she told me to take back with me to my table, and when my order was ready it would notify me. It was practically no time after I sat down and my electronic device notified me that my order was ready. Again, service is at the bar - this time pickup was at the far end of the bar. You give the employee the electronic buzzer and the employee gives you your order. I found the Smoked Fish Dip very good. It consisted of a blend of wild caught Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Whitefish, and Whiting. It was served with freshly fried corn tortilla chips, red onions, tomatoes, and ¡alapeños. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of fried corn tortillas with any kind of smoked fish dip, and would have much preferred plain saltines instead. But no biggie. Note, there's a sign out front notifying everyone that: * 21+ for admission * No dogs * No kids * No babies (No kidding) I'm not sure of the reasoning behind these rules, but it's important to know before arriving with the family and your favorite 4 legged fur baby. The location, the food, and the friendly atmosphere gets 4 stars from me.

It is for me. I will usually tip even at lunch 25% for good service but when the management is forcing me to pay 18%, whether the service is good or not, then that's what I'm going to pay. Management is not doing their wait staff any favors. I took a star off for that. As far as the food, I was pleasantly surprised. I had fried green tomatoes and the fish and chips. My niece had a smash burger. She says hers was excellent. The fried green tomatoes were literally the best I've ever had. Which is saying a lot because I love this appetizer and will usually order it in any southern restaurant. The fish and chips were also good but not great. The fish was tender, and the breading was crispy and not too soggy, but it was not perfectly crispy. The french fries were lacking in flavor and chewy. But basically the food was good and the service was satisfactory but not great. But I will be back to try other items on the menu -/ if you're setting the bar for an 18% tip then that saves the customers a lot of money when they would usually do 25 to 30%. When I see this in a restaurant, it tells me that the management does not want to dip in their profits to give their employees health insurance, but depends on the customer to do it for them.

I seasoned it well first with kosher salt, top, and bottom. Placed it in an oven safe dish lightly oiled. Mixed cumin, paprika(1/4 teaspoon ) and 1/2 teaspoon oregano Mixed together. Rubbed mixture on both sides. Crushed two garlic cloves and evenly spread it across the top. After a drizzle of lemon juice and two serving spoons of diced tomatoes placed in preheated oven 400 degree, middle rack for 20 minutes. Walla! delicious. CLEANEST SEAFOOD MARKET I'VE EVER SEEN!
