So where do I start because this is gonna be a weird review, my fiancé and I were in the mood to try something different yesterday and we have seen this place locally while passing by so we decided to give it a shot. She got the 6 piece wing meal and the wings were tasteless and dry :( I ordered two meals one for dinner and one for my meal at work last night meal one was the 4 pc fried chicken meal with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese the potatoes were a little bland and dry but the texture and portion was awesome definitely homemade not out of the box the Mac and cheese was Mac and cheese nothing to brag about once again bland and seemed like they were sitting under a heat lamp but my little guy seemed to like them a lot, btw he's 7 months old . Ah the chicken the meal came with 4 pieces of omg perfectly deep fried and amazingly tasty and crispy it came with a wing,leg,breast,and a thigh once again omg mouth watering thinking about it, so In short flat out amazing. The other meal was there meatloaf meal two huge slices covered in gravy with corn bread and I also had the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese with the meatloaf or should I say meatless loaf :( it was disgusting I swear I threw it out after two bites it was salty and mushy and yuck I don't know if there was even any chop meat in it ten dollars in the garbage and me hungry at work :( so all in all my girl didn't like the wings I hated the meatloaf and for 40$ I feel Like i should have at least gotten one meal that was totally enjoyable. We could have gone to boston market and gotten Better tasting cheaper priced eats,non the less we tried it once and will not go back, sorry but in my opinion pigs on a wing needs to fly the coup or get there act together read more

First time ordering last night and it was great. Delivery time was an hour which worried me because i had thoughts of getting greasy, cold fried chicken with no crunch but it was the opposite. It was crunchy extremely tender and delicious ! We ordered a few things. Some were better than others. Chicken & waffles with the sriracha maple syrup was ridiculously goods. The rib bites weren't that good. The mashed potatoes seemed instant but my husband apparently grew up on those so he didn't seem to mind. The Mac and cheese was good. Not too creamy, didn't taste like it came out of a box and if it did they doctored it up and it was tasty. Cornbread was good. French fries were soggy but that's to be expected in a way. Desserts (s'mores pie & apple crisp) were so good! And huge portion too. We had some last night and again tonight and there is still some left!! Defiantly will order again. read more

Rib tips were tender and delicious. Ordered a whole rack of baby back ribs - cooked beautifully. Their standard sauce seems rather sweet but not overly so. My nephew got a bacon cheeseburger and said it was the best he's had in a while. But the Mac and cheese was in no way shape or form baked (unless it was reheated after being baked hours earlier) and the pulled pork tasted like a pile of salt. This is the first time ordering from here and we decided on getting delivery. The food was very good, still hot when delivered and the delivery time was decent. We got popcorn chicken, buffalo wings, mac and cheese, veggies of the day and stuffed potato skins. The veggie of the day I was not thrilled with, It was a mixture of veggies with some sort of southwest seasoning just not my taste but all the other food was delicious. My boyfriend and I ordered extra spicy buffalo wings, jalapeno poppers, BBQ chicken, ribs and mac 'n cheese. We like BBQ places and were hoping on a good experience close to home based on the Yelp reviews. We're sad to say everything was average to below average. The BBQ sauce is bland, and looks like it was brushed on the chicken after is was already cooked. The ribs were okay, good meat not much fat but again the BBQ sauce is nearly tasteless. The wings were average at best, we ordered the extra spicy buffalo wings and they were ordinary, nothing extra or special about them. The jalapeno poppers were average and tasted as if they came out of the grocery store freezer, although the avocado lime dipping sauce was pretty good. We were supposed to get cornbread with the chicken and ribs per the family meal deal, but we didn't get any. Doubt we'll be ordering from this place again. I've been looking for a local BBQ place to grab lunch at and have been unsuccessful up to this point so I ventured down the road to Pigs On a Wing. I had the BBQ chicken and two sides. The chicken (although not a fair representation of BBQ) was decent, nothing to write home about. The sides on the other hand were amazing, the mashed potatoes, which were "real" were served with a brown gravy which was more like an Au jus with deeply developed flavor and the mixed vegetables were seasoned with just the right amount of, what tasted like a cajun spice mix. On my next visit I will try the ribs to see if they measure up to the sides and the cornbread which I forgot to order on my first visit. read more

Food was decent - we ordered the southwest chicken salad (delish) chicken and waffle was good, great portion, waffle was the bomb and the cutlet was yummy- but we could've done without the progresso battered onion ring. Side of sweet pot fries were good- a bit soggy though. Side of creamed spinach was delish and ribbed tips weren't that great. They sort of tasted like the Chinese food spot. So I went back one more last time, I really want to like this place or the notion of it. ordered wings, sauce tasty, packed awfully wrapped and suffocated and steamed in plastic wrap so were completely soggy, poor quality, fatty and breaded with that freezer taste. Kudos for trying to hand cut fries, however, these too were soggy and completely STALE, un edible so, great to hand cut fries but how about some quality control or better said inventory management so you rotate out and not serve stale food. Lastly, dr pepper pulled pork, tasty sauce, but meat dry and near the end of its life expectancy as was the roll. Said waste of good money again, done with them. read more

Came here right before it changed from "chickens" to pigs on a wing...and it was just..Ok. So glad we decided to give it a try after the changeover. Both the husband and I had pretty late work nights...picked up some take out close to closing time. Food was fresh and delicious. Got the dr pepper pulled pork sandwich. The bread was awesome. Pork was ridiculously good..sandwich was huge. Husband got the pulled pork platter which came with two sides plus two corn bread pieces. Corn bread was one of the best I've had. So happy with the quality of this take out place. I only have out four stars because I don't know what anything else tastes like being our first time..So I can't give five stars. Tried this spot for take-out on this rainy Friday night.. The food was really fresh and flavorful. My husband got fried chicken and said it was great. Mac n cheese was really good- better than most bbq places. I had the pulled bbq chicken and it was very moist, however it was made with some kind of sage seasoning and I hate sage, so I wish I had known that when we ordered.
