I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

I've been a customer of this establishment for over 15 years. The owner swears up and down it didn't happen there, but I am very meticulous about how I care for my clothes. I inspect everything before they go to the dry cleaners and their were no stains or spots on any of the garments. It's going to cost me $400 to replace the damaged pants and shirt. The owner refuses to take any responsibility whatsoever. They were not even willing to share responsibility and split the cost with me. I no longer trust them and will cease giving them my business. The first time something goes wrong they will deny responsibility!
