(They re did my oil change and sort of cleaned up my car). June 2023,ht as blazes outside! I take my car to have the AC checked. It was working fine, but not quite as cold as it had been. I explained to them I was a neonate kitten bottle baby foster, and had 6 kittens currently and really needed the AC because 3 day old kittens can not regulate their temperature. After a few hours of waiting (I don't have another car) I was told they needed a few parts and they would not be in until Wednesday (I took my car there on Monday). I had NO idea they evacuated my AC and just left it not usable. No one told me. Keep in mind my AC worked when I drove in! They said they would call me as soon as the part came in. No one ever called me back...I waited weeks. I had my AC put back together some where else, and for much less. The odor was making me nauseous any time it happened and I'd have to roll down the windows which defeats the purpose of the AC. When I pulled in, Anthony greeted me and I explained the problem. He said it was due to dirty filters. My car has 2 filters and usually the one you have to access through the passenger side is ignored. He also told me about a filter sale from $49 to $29 each. Love it. I would've paid whatever to get rid of the smell seeing as though I'm running the AC nonstop now. I waited in their air conditioned lobby with a TV that was watching the Sweet 16 College Basketball. Anthony showed me the new filters before installing and the old filters after removal. Huge difference! Wyatt and Mikey joined in to assist so I think I only waited maybe 15 minutes. It felt like I sat down and took a breath and they were finished. Wyatt rang up the charges and they had coupons but my military ID had the greatest discount. He printed my receipt and highlighted my discount. He even took the time to send it to me via email.
