What a gem to find! We had a book club here on a Thursday night. The bar is located in the hotel lobby and although it was busy there was lots of different seating options. We sat at a huge table that was perfect for our party of 10. I ordered the margarita pizza and the baslsamic beads were so amazing! I highly recommend ordering this pizza!!! I love that everything on the menu was on theme for the restaurant name pin and flour! The manager brought us a beautiful dessert plate to end the night which so delicious. This restaurant is located in the lobby of The Eddy Hotel, however it is open to the public. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to choose from and a pretty expansive, chef-driven menu of southwestern flavors and unique cocktails will greet you. Tried a few dishes during my stay- I highly reccomend the shrimp street tacos and the chicken club sandwich. Flower Power drink (mule) was tasty as well. Vibe is definitely on par with a hip boutique hotel and there's options for everyone including vegetarian and gluten free. read more

Absolutely terrible descriptions of the food on the menu. Açaí bowl is nothing more than yogurt. Avo Board had oxidized old smashed avocado and what they called chili oil was nothing more than red pepper flakes mixed in, a scant amount of grape tomatoes (one of which was unripe to the point of not even turned red yet), and the potatoes were bland and under seasoned and we had to ask for ketchup. The only reason for the two stars is the friendly service from the poor lady who has to serve quadruple duty as host, server, bar tender, and busser, and the ambiance is cute and clean. We would have complained about our food and sent it back, but we didn't want to put any more work on this poor woman's shoulders! I'm sorry, but there's just no excuse for this poor of a performance from the kitchen for the price. For five of us, it cost us about $140...FOR BREAKFAST! For terrible breakfast. No, just no. Every meal we've had here has been delicious. We stay at The Eddy whenever we're in Tucson, and the meals here have been consistently good from visit to visit. We stayed multiple nights at The Eddy Hotel and loved it. Pin and Flour is their small restaurant and bar inside. If you're looking for fancy and private this is not it. Your dining area and bar is an extension of the hotel lobby. It is still nice however and if the weather is nice they even open the larger windows to bring the bar outside. There are also some outside seating areas as well. My review is based solely off of drinks, appetizers and service. We did not have breakfast or dinner during our stay. Our servers/bartenders were phenomenal. I wish I remembered her name, but the woman with the long white hair was so great and made you feel so welcome. Drinks were made well and my margaritas were perfect. Prices are steep even with happy hour, but for convenience it's wonderful. We also had the Barrio Beer on tap as well as their chips, guacamole and salsa. The guacamole and chips were good. Guacamole being the best. We are not fans of the salsa however. This hotel is a gem. We spent a night at The Eddy and enjoy both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. For dinner, we had a salad with salmon, shrimp and grits, and chips with guacamole. The kitchen did an excellent job preparing each dish - both in terms of taste and presentation. You could notice the use of fresh, local ingredients that combined to make each dish very tasty. I've had a fair share of quesadillas in my life, but this one ranks right up there in terms of overall flavor, the balance and combination of flavors, and the portion size. It came with a Prefix Menu with bread, asparagus and burrata, steak, and a Chocolate Hazelnut Torte which was $35 a person (not bad at all!). This is one of the best kept secrets for us from now on. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant/hotel lobby, and we were AMAZED that nobody was here. It was a great meal and our server Roberto was spectacular. This restaurant deserves more love in the Tucson scene. They also have a daily happy hour from 4-6pm. The Eddy Hotel is equally as beautiful as well. New hotel in town as I was told. Came here for appetizers and drinks Fall get together from our Realtors, Christina Tierney and Frank Lococo. Found the place nice and cozy. It was clean and perfect for sunset drinks. There's a bar, tv and some nice furniture for chill get togethers. Servers were friendly and attentive. I was staying at the Eddy Hotel in Tucson on a work trip and didn't have a car, so my food options were limited. I expected to be disappointed by the hotel restaurant, as so many are perfunctory, but Pin and Flour surprised me. Their seasonal salad (with added grilled shrimp) and avocado board (a deconstructed avocado toast) were both fresh and tasty. But what really blew me away was the burger. It was as good as the most gourmet burgers I've had, with perfectly cooked, juicy beef and a buttery toasted bun that was branded with an E (for Eddy). The branding isn't just cool - it also tastes great, like burnt goodness. I just wish you could look at the menu online. It's not listed on the hotel's website or on Pin and Flour's Yelp page. I had to physically walk over to the bar to see what they had. But they were nice enough to bring the food to my room without adding a room service fee. read more

We decided to have food here after staying the night for a work Christmas party. The menu is a bit pricey but you pay for convenience of it being in the hotel. My husband and I decided to share a burrito based of the waitress saying it's fairly large. I do want to note this poor waitress (Brooke) was working our Christmas party late last night and is working the restaurant this morning which is sad but impressive as she was attentive to our needs. the food itself was not as large as i was expecting. The breakfast burrito was a bit smaller than the standard Tucson Breakfast burritos you'd get at a losbertos or equivalent. it did have pico and peppers in it which i want a fan of. It did come with another side of guac and pico. takeaways are this, if you aren't staying at the hotel its definitely not worth it, service took awhile about 30-45 min to get a breakfast burrito out and the prices don't match the service or quality of the food. read more

I would like to start off by saying that Janelle and Jon (waitress/bartender) were great but the food was sub par. Besides the shrimp tacos, I'd have no reason to go back here! The hotel is lovely but the decor, rolling pins and truck stop sign just don't make any sense. The guacamole was bland, even after adding salt! The chicken and carne asada tacos were both dry as the Sahara but that shrimp taco was bomb‼ hence the trim shrimp you see in my photo, I asked for two additional shrimp tacos but Jon misunderstood and brought me two shrimp LOL no biggy, I ate those too! New restaurant inside the Eddy - more than a restaurant is has almost a bar feel. The hotel and the space was designed beautifully! The staff was friendly - everything is still brand new and the staff is still training. Unfortunately, several of the appetizers were not available. The staff was apologetic about this and recommended replacements. There is outside seating which would be great for happy hour. The food was tasty, but nothing exceptional. read more

Let me start with the draw-back but end with the great stuff. The drawback is the eating area set-up. The eating area is basically an extension of the hotel lobby area. So the ambiance isn't quite like a fine-dining experience. But that being said, the food and the service were simply outstanding. We ate at Pin and Flour during Tucson's Food Week -- and order the set menu. The meal came with an appetizer, main, and dessert. In one word -- the food was fabulous. The main (hanger steak) was cooked medium rare to perfection. The gal serving is (Emily) was super attentive, upbeat, and just a pleasure to interact with. I ate dinner here last night with three friends. I ordered two items from the happy hour menu (available 4-6 p.m.): chicken wings and a beef taco. The food was OK and the prices reasonable. (The regular menu is more expensive, but choosing from the happy hour menu, I got dinner for less than $20 including tax and tip.) The place was almost empty, but service was slow and we didn't see our server for long stretches. The atmosphere is airy and modern if a bit sterile. Overall, I'd say it's probably not worth eating here unless you're staying at the hotel. read more

Fortunate that our server took our orders within three minutes of the kitchen closing. They close the kitchen from 10-11 to prep for lunch. Since we were here during the weekend, I had assumed it would stay open during brunch hours. We had Eddy's breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon (choices of sausage and ham), and potatoes. We also tried the cast iron carnitas. It had charro beans and pork shoulder meat with two sunny side eggs on top. Service was good. The food was not bad, but nothing spectacular. read more

We Came here for happy hour on a Tuesday. Janel was our waitress and she was fabulous! She had a positive attitude, very cute earrings, and she was very helpful with the menu. The bartender, John, was very attentive and funny as well. Food wise, I had a chicken taco, a steak quesadilla, a peach sangria and chips and guacamole. The steak quesadilla was delicious! It was juicy and flavorful and they used multiple cheeses. I was very disappointed in the chicken taco. It was very dry and lacked seasoning. I only had one bite of my taco and struggled to swallow it. the meat was not moist at all, the entire taco was dry. My friend had the shrimp tacos and she said they were delicious with a spicy sauce. The chips that came with the guac were warm and crisp. I really enjoyed the chips. However, the guacamole was very bland. I even added salt and pepper, and it still needed more help. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The patio was very beautiful with fire pits near the pool, But it was still a little warm so we sat inside. I was sooo pleasantly surprised by this hotel bar & resto! Came for the food that I heard was pretty good, delighted by the service, chicken sandwich, and incredible live jazz music happening. My bartender was a sweet lady (Sundee? Purple highlights)- refreshingly hospitable, so kind to me and my family. She suggested the hot chicken sando and I was SO impressed. To top it off, there was a jazz duo playing some classy tunes to accompany the experience. It was refreshing to see well-dressed, professional musicians who were also really humble and nice to speak with. The bass player used to live in NYC and his performance confirmed that. The menu offers a good variety of appetizers, salads, and entrees. We enjoyed a shared salad with warm goat cheese, candied nuts, and mixed greens. We also shared a quesadilla and a vegetable dish of asparagus and burrata. We decided to eat at Pin and Flour our second night after enjoying lunch downtown. We enjoyed a salad with ahi, and the chicken club sandwich (which was not a typical club sandwich...perfectly cooked chicken breast on a delicious bread). The fried potatoes were beyond regular French fries- creamy on the inside with a nicely spiced exterior. Our server was wonderful each night. The wine was reasonably priced. A friend and I had lunch at Pin and Flour. No other customes were there. I had seasonal salad with grilled salmon. Service was good. Salmon was good; salad itself was not very good; particularly the salad dressing. It is not something I will eat again. My friend had quesadilla with chicken. It was so-so. I tried to pay with a credit card, but their card reader declined the first card and then all of my credit cards numerous times. I called one of my credit card companies and they said that they had not declined my card. They suggested that the card reader was not working properly. I think that was the case, since it declined every card in 1 or 2 seconds. Anyway, Since I didn't have cash, it caused a problem. I'll never go back. read more

I love everything about the Eddy Hotel although I haven't stayed there. It's modern, bright, open and welcoming. I love the history because I'm from Helena, MT, where Eddy's Bakery was once located. Take a look at the history wall! The food I've had was great. The hamburger is delicious and very shareable unless you're really hungry. And the fries - yum! The appetizers another time were great - the boneless wings, the potato skins and the meatballs! Part of our group had street tacos, I had a chicken sandwich, and another had the salmon special. Everyone loved their food. Our picky friend ordered his usual Perfect Manhattan and said it was indeed perfect. Everything was above average, including the service. read more

This restaurant and bar is inside the brand new Eddy hotel, but would be worth stopping by even if you aren't staying here. Awful food! The ahi tostada was inedible. As I brought the tostada towards my mouth, the smell should've tipped me off. Needless to say, sent it back. My son ordered a burger and I even reiterated that he wanted it plain and medium rare. It came out with lettuce, tomatoes, and fried onions. It was well done - looked like they set fire to it, reminiscent of a hockey puck! Needless to say, sent it back. They made another and it came out the same exact way but this time the cheese was cold and not even melted. Still dead! They wound up taking both meals off the check but overcharged me for my glass of happy hour wine. Needless to say, NEVER ever going back!!! read more

The ahi tuna tostadas were fishy and inedible. We had to send back a hamburger because it was well done instead of medium rare and when they brought it out the next time it was still well done. I've been to Pin + Four twice now. I wanted to like it. It's a nice space and a cool atmosphere. But the first time I was there, the following day there were unauthorized charges on my creit card and that was the only place I had recently used the card. The second time (last night), my card was charged and uncharged repeatedly but was ultimately charged multiple times for my food. Two strikes and you're out. I was considering putting my work's outside guests up there, but that won't happen. read more
