It is a small place but the food is sooo delicious. We went here for the 1st time after my son's graduation. Although it was busy on a mid morning Tuesday, we were seated within 5 minutes of checking in. They sat us at a back table next to the window looking out towards the road. Service was fast and friendly. Everything we ordered was phenomenal. The flavors were on point and everything was cooked well. The only complaint on food was the snickerdoodle was too much sugar on top for us. There was only 1 issue when there and that was something my husband noticed because he was facing the window. They seem to have a fly problem. In one photo I took, there was a graveyard of flies just on the window. We also had some on the side of our table. I know flies can be hard to avoid and they get especially bad during summer but it was not something nice to look at (for my husband since he was facing them) while eating. Overall though the food was so good and I can see why it has the high stars.

Myself and my wife decided to come here for Easter breakfast. Surprisingly they were able to get us some really quickly. I ordered eggs Benedict, my wife ordered bacon, eggs, and the snickerdoodle pancake. Food was fantastic as well as the Service. The only thing I don't know if Bre should cost $60? I know people have to make money. It just seemed a little bit high for a casual breakfast place. It's definitely worth the visit. Absolutely give them a try. Maybe next time we'll go back and just get the pancake. It's very big and two people can share it easily.

We brought my hubby for his first visit to Baja. Short wait at 10:30am on a Monday for a table. The interior is colorful and cozy. Our server was terrific! Our breakfast was fast and so delicious! My hubby loved his train wreck dish. He enjoyed all the flavors. My daughter's monsoon egg Benedict was delicious. The avocado with arugula and balsamic glaze, chef's kiss! First time trying eggs Benedict and she truly enjoyed it. My son devoured his burro. It was filled with eggs potatoes, bacon, green chile and cheese. I had the pancake combo but shared the amazing pancake with my family. Eggs cooked perfectly, delicious hash browns but I don't use salt as much anymore so the bacon tasted pretty salty to me. The pancake was delicious, fluffy, sweet, crunchy. You all need to get one!

I stop by Baja Cafe a few times a year and recently went back to visit again. Still 5/5 for flavor and price. You can't beat the cinnamon roll pancake. I also love that their breakfast plates are huge and can easily be shared. We sat on the shaded patio with the mister which was perfect since we have a new baby. Service was quick and the waitress was friendly and knowable about the dishes. We'll be back!

This place is off the charts!! Open until 2pm everyday. We had breakfast & they serve Bloody Mary's & Mimosas. (They do have a cocktail menu as well). Corned Beef & Eggs, Berry Danish French Toast, Sausage & Hash Browns. I'm not sure where to start. The Corned Beef Hash is cooked over 12hrs. The most delicious I've ever had!! Cinnamon sliced Broche bread for French Toast w/a creme, powdered sugar and loaded with fresh fruit & toppedcw/whipped cream too. Unbelievable!! Sausage perfect & top notch. But the Hash Browns were huge & again, perfectly cooked. Wash that down with a great mixed Bloody Mary's & you have all the touches on a fantastic Brunch!! Bill $67 + tip. Service was excellent as well. This is a must have on your list for breakfast in Tucson. Nobody else comes close! Thanks so much to this team here!!

I'm from out of town and the Baja Cafe came highly recommended. I happened to love breakfast, it's my favorite meal. The Baja Cafe did not disappoint. I had the true homemade corn beef & hash which I love. i drink my coffee black and it was smooth and not bitter. The service was excellent. I will differentially be back. The ambulance was, clean calm and comfortable. Not loud & noisy. Thank you Baja Cafe for a wonderful tasty experience.

Umm Yes! Yelp you have done it again. Thank you thank you thank you for leading me to this delicious local spot. We took a day trip to Tucson on a whim and figured we eat some Mexican food out there ! Baja cafe is the perfect place for breakfast classic with a Mexican twist! The menu is so well thought out. They honor the simple classics like waffles and eggs Benedict but add a little something special. All the ingredients are home made, like sauces and the beef; which is seasoned perfectly then slow cooked for 20 hours + ...There's so much love put in their meals!! I also had a prickly pear mimosas; dude it was deeeeelicious!! oh and the juice is fresh squeezed. Everything was really tasty and satisfying ! They even gave us a treat as a token for being a first time guest. I will be back when I'm down in Tucson!

Tiny hole in the wall breakfast cafe. Popular place, good thing we went early (9/5). Our waitress Angela was fantastic and gave my husband a run for his money with wisecracks. I loved it. When our food came, I totally forgot to take pictures. I had the pancake combo and you could choose from 6 different types of pancakes. The combo came with eggs, hash browns and your choice of meat and choice of pancake. My husband had the French toast combo with the difference being the french toast. He didnt realize that the French Toast was made using a cinnamon roll type bread. It ended up being too sweet. He couldnt finish it but he ate the rest. I will admit my eyes wer bigger than my stomach. I also got the Liege waffles, they looked so good. Overall, very good breakfast spot. Would go again AND probably get the same thing.

I will start of saying I didn't want to like it. But oh my G-d I do. The food here is so good. Be prepared for a carb overload if you go the pancake direction, but I think if you need a cheat day or something get the cinnamon roll flavored pancake. DIED and went to heaven. The benedicts are ALL bomb as well. Basic sausage and eggs is even remarkable. My waiters have all been exceedingly nice and attentive. The locaton is usually crowded but it's spaced out nicely between tables and its a fun vibe for a restaurant. One of the best large portioned breakfasts in town. GO!! It's also a great place to bring out of towners.

I had previously been to their Campbell location, so this time I wanted to try something completely different for breakfast. I went with the Monte Cristo with a side of their potatoes, and wow this dish absolutely delivered. First, the bread. It's thick, almost like Texas toast, which gives the whole sandwich a perfect structure. Inside, it's stuffed with delicious ham and melty cheese, then battered and cooked into that classic Monte Cristo style. The outside is crispy, the inside is soft and gooey, and every bite is full of flavor. It's the kind of breakfast that makes you pause for a second after the first bite because you know you made the right choice. And the potatoes... how do you make something as simple as potatoes taste that good? They're small, perfectly cooked, and somehow packed with flavor in every bite. My friend ordered the Duck Confit Skillet and she was definitely not disappointed. Just the presentation alone makes it look incredible, but the flavors are where it really shines. It's made with braised duck, shallots, spinach, cabernet-braised cherries, and cherry goat cheese mousse. And let me tell you they did not hold back on that cheese mousse. It was a generous scoop and it paired perfectly with the dish. It also comes with the same delicious potatoes I had, which again, did not disappoint. She ordered her eggs over medium, and honestly that's exactly how I'd get them too. For drinks, she had an iced matcha latte and I stuck with their house coffee. She said the matcha was amazing, and my coffee was exactly what you want with brunch, warm, smooth, and reliable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which always makes the experience better. The restaurant itself is spotless and really aesthetically pleasing. It's bright, welcoming, and kind of feels like you've stepped into your grandma's cozy cottage kitchen - warm, charming, and just really cute. Safe to say... I'll definitely be back.

We made a reservation well in advance and even then there were limited time options. The atmosphere of the restaurant is slightly upscale while still being cozy. I love all the plants! The beets and everything that came with them was very fresh! I love anything with pickled onions. The steak appetizer was excellent and my dad could not stop talking about them. Next, I ordered the swordfish special and my dad got the pork chop. Everything was cooked to perfection and flavor was everywhere! For dessert we split the dark chocolate ganache. The ganache was very rich but paired wonderfully with the whipped cream and other flavors. I don't drink, but my dad also loved the cocktails he ordered! Neither of us had been there in quite a while and were looking forward to it. The restaurant is clean and spacious and we were seated right away and given menus. Eclectic is a perfect name. Everyone should be able to find something that appeals: sandwiches, egg dishes, salads, Mexican, and more. I'd been craving a Rueben and my friend decided to try the taco salad, which is on the seasonal menu. The waiter complimented my choice, saying the Rueben is the best thing on the menu and likely the best Rueben I've ever had, so I was excited. He offered sweet potato fries as an add-on, and I took the offer. Our food arrived soon. I am a bit late on the photos, sorry. A couple bites are gone from my sandwich and the top layer of my friend's salad was already gone. The salad was billed as chicken, beans, cheese, and a host of others things, packed into a generously-sized bowl. She was sure the meat was pork based on taste and color and asked the waiter, but he said it was chicken. My sandwich was plump with corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut. It had lots of tasty sauce but the bottom bread was so soggy that it disintegrated and was difficult to eat. I ended up separating the breads, scraped all the good stuff onto the crispy side of bread, and it was good. I was getting full, so just ate the insides of the second half, so didn't deal with the other soggy toast. The sweet potato fries were lightly crispy and should have been served hot.they did taste good and came with a dipping sauce I enjoyed. All in all, it was a nice lunch out, great company, but the food was nothing special. My sandwich, fries, her salad, two soft drinks came to $54 plus tip.
