This place is consistently good! Been here several times- most recently last week. My husband had birria tacos for the first time and LOVED them. I had a Paloma which was delicious. Service always good. Wish they had outdoor seating.. maybe they will in future?? Lots of bar seating if you have to wait for a table, but we did not have to wait this time. Will be back!

The margaritas were bomb.com with stunning presentation. Birria bao to die for! The fajitas were really good! I ordered the mixed however I do not eat shrimp so they just adjust the amount of protein for the chicken and steak which was nice!

    Shrimp ceviche was pretty good

Friday night family outing. It was packed and it was quite a wait. However, we were able to find a spot at the bar to enjoy some drinks before dinner. So that turned out to be a win. The seating is quite tight and with all the people it was extremely loud. The wait staff were friendly and our food was delicious. I would recommend but not sure when we will be back. Just too crammed and noisy.

Nice little Mexican place in Raymond. I was here years ago when it was a different establishment. Nice small bar with plenty of dining seating. We came on a late Saturday afternoon and it was really busy. Service was really good. Chips and salsa were very good. Their house salsa was delicious and they also included a spicy chipotle salsa which was also very good. I had the wet burrito with chicken and my wife had the steak tacos. Both items were so delicious! Overall, a great place for Mexican food and we hope to come back soon.

This was the new restaurant of the week and it just entered my radar because it's like in the middle of nowhere and an area that I don't even look for restaurants. The place has a nice bar and it looks fairly fresh with colorful artwork on the walls so not a dive at all. I was started with chips and salsa and I ordered a strawberry mojito while I looked over the menu. Ah yes they have combination plates which is awesome until my excitement dropped like a rock because it's only beef or chicken and no Al pastor or carnitas etc and only one with no mixing the meats in the dish, very rigid and disappointing. What's the point of a combination when all three items can only have the same exact meat, it's almost silly. The chips were warm, thin, crispy, fresh seasoning nicely with a stone ground corn flavor that were good. The salsas were good with one mild and one hot to make your nose run which I liked. The strawberry mojito was ok but tasted it like a hard seltzer but wasn't hard and just tasted like it was unbalanced. My plate hit the table and was huge and looked good which reminded me of no tortilla options because all tortillas were hard only. I had the beef enchilada, beef taco and beef tostada with rice/beans garnished with sour cream which I said I didn't want. No complaints on the service. My plate looked like the Exxon Valdez with all the oil pooling around the food. The beans were loose while the rice was cooked perfectly but not seasoned very well but once I mix them together and top with salsa they would be ok, thanks for the salsas because no tables had any hot sauces on them. The enchilada was covered in melty cheese and all the items had plenty of greasy ground beef so no skimping on meat at all. My final thoughts is was the food authentic like the 20th and Lincoln area taste wise, no. Was the food bad, no but it was Americanized for the masses with very little options because the plate is the plate with one meat. And the menu shows my combination plate is $14 but my bill shows $15 which just makes a restaurant seem sketchy, posted prices on the menu at the moment should reflect in the receipt for the meal.

SO. GOOD. I'm not kidding when I say we have been told multiple times a week to try this place, and oh gosh I'm so glad we finally did. Literally everything we had was SO fresh and so speedy to come out. Our waitress was attentive for how busy she was, and really kind. They did a great job renovating the building as well, it's very nicely done. I remember coming here when it was Los Mariachis so it's great to see it as a Mexican restaurant again. We tried several drinks, including the pineapple mojito (so, so refreshing and tasty) and the spicy pineapple margarita (my husband loveddd it). All of the drinks we tried were delicious, though we can't speak to the margaritas. They had a great menu selection. We went with the queso flameado, and it sure enough came out flaming. Such a good mixture of the chorizo and poblanos in it. Our entrees were to dieee for. Pina Pollo and Carne Asada. Such great flavors, and so so fresh. Ended with desserts and gosh the options were excellent. The churros came out so hot and freshly made, and the tres leches cake was no joke. All around, excellent experience. Reasonable pricing and great food and service.

After being disappointed at our last visit to El Beso we decided to give somewhere new a try. Let me tell you that Pina Cocina and Cantina was wonderful! Our food was excellent and abundant. The margaritas were great. We've found a new favorite!

This was our first time here. Very clean and friendly restaurant The food was scrumptious and the staff was great. It was a Thursday night and the place was hopping! We will definitely be back.

Just came from a Sunday lunch. About noon, and there was not that many people here, although it did get busier later. Inside was nice, clean, not huge, but big enough. Ordered the 3 taco dinner w/rice and refried beans. Taco dinner was Asada...all was good no complaints on the food. Service was great. A "five" rating would have occurred if (2) things: The refried beans were a little thicker and if I could have had 3 different tacos. I was told I could only order "1 flavor" and not mix and match. It was still good, gives me a reason to go back. Love the location, out in the "country". Easy drive. Prices were fair. 4 person lunch under 70 bucks. It is better than "El Beso" and I give a little higher rating than "Little Cancun". Give it a try everyone!

When we walked in at 6 pm on a Tuesday it wasn't very busy and we sat at the bar. The bartender immediately greeted us and got our drinks right away. I had a pineapple jalapeño margarita that was amazing but my only complaint it had too much ice. My tacos Al pastor Mexican style w corn tortillas were very very good. The food came out in less than 10 minutes. They had Mexican music playing in the background and it was pretty quiet in the restaurant overall. I could've done without Jerry Springer on the television for date night though

It was good, but then I discovered there was a fruit fly floating in the drink. Stuff happens, and they quickly made me a new one, but there was no offer to comp the drink (and I didn't ask). We also ordered guacamole, salsa, and chips. Those were good, with nice chunks. The salsa was flavorful, with a good texture. For dinner, she got the pork belly tacos, and I ordered the special birria tacos. After a short wait, they both came out. They were good portions, with a nice side of rice and beans. The pork belly wasn't in chunks, but instead was shredded. The birria tacos had good flavor, and the consommé was rich and flavorful. Service: When we arrived, there were only two other tables, with a couple of people at each. We stood around waiting for someone to notice us and seat us. No water, just menus. After a while, the server was replaced by the owner, who did a good job taking our orders. Friendly and helpful. Atmosphere: The place hasn't changed much since our last visit. It has a bright color scheme. Since there were only a few tables, it was reasonably quiet. There are a couple of TVs on each wall, which I am not a fan of. Overall: Not an inspiring meal. It will probably be another long while before we come back.

The service was good, as it was a slow night. And because it was slow it was actually a reasonable volume inside. Every time we've visited prior, it's been too loud to even have a conversation. The food itself was pretty basic. I had the pork enchiladas with tomatillo sauce. The refried beans were delicious. The rice was really good. The tomatillo sauce was do flavorful. The pork was bland as heck. I was honestly let down a bit by that because I enjoy a good pork enchilada. I don't think I'd order it again. Hopefully the chicken and steak are better options. I'm sure I may be back at some point, it's a decent sized restaurant with a ton of parking space right in the middle of Muskego. But with so many other options for Mexican food within a 10 mile radius, Tres Locos just doesn't make the top of my list of options. If you're a fan of American-Mexican cuisine then this may be the place for you, I just prefer a more authentic taste.

P&B Station falls firmly into the latter category. Walking through the doors, I initially believed I was simply stopping in for a casual meal. Little did I know I was unknowingly embarking upon an experience that would prompt me to reflect upon the delicate relationship between quality cuisine, exceptional customer service, and the often-overlooked beauty of genuine human kindness. Let us begin with the wings. To describe these wings as merely "good" would be doing them a profound injustice. They were not simply cooked--they were crafted. Every bite demonstrated a remarkable understanding of balance. The exterior possessed that elusive texture that countless restaurants pursue yet so few achieve: crisp enough to provide a satisfying bite, yet never so overdone that it compromised the tenderness beneath. The meat separated effortlessly from the bone, almost as though it had reached a mutual agreement with gravity that resistance was no longer necessary. The seasoning deserves its own paragraph, perhaps even its own dissertation. It was present enough to remind you that someone in the kitchen cared deeply about flavor, yet restrained enough to avoid overwhelming the natural taste of the chicken itself. Every wing seemed to arrive with a level of consistency that suggested precision rather than coincidence. It is astonishing how something as seemingly simple as chicken wings can serve as evidence that attention to detail still exists in today's fast-paced culinary landscape. However, excellent food alone rarely creates a memorable dining experience. Restaurants are ultimately remembered not only for what is placed upon the table, but also for how the people within the establishment make their guests feel. Our waitress was, without exaggeration, one of the kindest and most attentive servers I have encountered in quite some time. She greeted us with a smile that appeared authentic rather than obligatory, and throughout the meal she managed the impressive balancing act of being consistently available without ever becoming intrusive. Drinks were refilled before they became empty. Questions were answered patiently. Requests were handled immediately. At no point did we feel forgotten, rushed, or like just another table in a long list of customers. In an age where customer service often feels increasingly automated, transactional, or rushed, her professionalism stood out in a way that deserves recognition. She demonstrated the type of service that reminds you why tipping well feels less like an obligation and more like an opportunity to acknowledge someone who genuinely takes pride in their work. One of the things I appreciated most was how natural every interaction felt. Nothing seemed rehearsed. There were no exaggerated sales pitches, no forced friendliness, and no sense that she was simply trying to move us through the dining process as efficiently as possible. Instead, she created an atmosphere where we could simply relax, enjoy our meal, and spend time together without interruption. As I sat there enjoying what had become an unexpectedly excellent meal, I found myself thinking about how businesses often spend enormous amounts of money attempting to improve customer satisfaction through consultants, surveys, marketing campaigns, and corporate initiatives. Yet sometimes the formula is surprisingly simple: serve genuinely good food, hire people who care about their customers, and consistently execute both at a high level. P&B Station appears to understand this principle remarkably well. By the time we left, I realized I had spent far more time there than I originally intended--not because the service was slow, but because the overall atmosphere encouraged us to stay a little longer. It is a surprisingly rare accomplishment for a restaurant to make you lose track of time in the best possible way. If you are looking for wings that exceed expectations, accompanied by genuinely excellent service from an incredibly friendly waitress who clearly values the customer experience, I can confidently recommend P&B Station. Sometimes the best dining experiences are not the most extravagant or expensive ones. Sometimes they are simply the places that get the fundamentals absolutely right. In conclusion, I came expecting dinner. I left having regained a small measure of faith in the timeless concept that good food, genuine hospitality, and sincere human kindness remain a winning combination. The wings were excellent. The service was exceptional. The experience was memorable. Five stars, without hesitation.
