The crust is delicious - slightly sweet, a bit spongy, not too thick but not too thin... we get the family special or the Pinball special depending on how hungry we are, but instead of wings get the chicken strips tossed in buffalo sauce. This is my go-to pizza in Burbank! They are always so nice when I call and I rarely have to wait long for my food to get delivered. I love their crust! I've had regular and thick and although the thick crust is a bit sweet, it's right up my alley. I even got my Italian other half to give them a thumbs up which is saying bunches. It is overly sweet and all thick and doughy, no crispiness at all. However I will admit there is something comfortably enjoyable about it, plus like everyone said its cheap, 5 dollars for a 14 inch. I don't really write reviews nor bad reviews for that matter but this place just got me so angry, I have to say something. They get my order wrong after I ordered on-line, missing a whole entire pizza saying it wasn't in their system. It was a coupon that gets you a free cheese pizza if you order a certain amnt. which I did. Next, I ordered wings and "sauce on the side" on their special instructions area and guess what I got...wings soaked in sauce with an extra "sauce on the side". I called the establishment and I spoke with the manager I'm assuming and he had the nerve to say "order right next time" instead of apologizing and saying they were wrong or at least say it was a misunderstanding. 45 minutes for delivery which is fine but, our order was missing a whole cheese pizza ... So, I called and they said they would bring it in another 45- 50 minutes. They never showed up! The pizza we got was good, garlic bread is better from the grocery store frozen section, chicken nuggets actually came from the grocery store freezer section I think. Pinball is an appropriate name, as the pizza tastes like that you'd get by the slice at an arcade. Only worse, because there is a horrible chemical taste to the crust. At first I thought maybe it was the sauce (since that definitely tastes like it came out of a can), but it turned out to be the crust. I wound up picking off the toppings and eating them by themselves, it was that bad. There are only a few specialty pizzas available, but the pricing for creating your own makes that no problem -- except for the fact the list of available toppings is pretty boring. We moved to Woodland Hills about five months ago and one of the things we miss most about Burbank is Pinball Pizza. We were in town tonight and picked up a pie. It's better than I remember. I love pinball pizza! I'm usually not a giant fan of pizza. I always find that other places never put enough sauce on the pizza, so then it ends up being just a cheese and dough pizza, very dry and vey gross. But not this place! I can even ask for extra sauce and they actually do it! Like you can tell that they put extra sauce on the pizza and it is heavenly. And the price is amazing. I spend 17 bucks and get a five course meal as to where at dominos or Pizza Hut 17 will get you a pizza and MAYBE some wings. Again love this place! read more
