My wife and I took our son to Universal Studios this weekend for his 10th birthday, and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank. We were looking for a mom and pop pizza joint we could sit down and eat in, and decided to try Reno's. We were the first to be seated inside, and then it got busier after we came. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was really good! We ordered Mozzarella sticks, garlic Parmesan bread, a small 10" cheese pizza, and a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage. We live in Las Vegas, and like to try places we can't get back home. Parking can be a little tricky, but we parked one street over and just walked around the corner; no big deal! Bottom line next time we come back to Burbank we're definitely eating at Reno's again. read more

I ordered pizzas to be delivered to Providence Hospital where my father was being taken care of. I ordered 5 XL pizzas for the staff and tried each one myself for 'quality control'. The pizzas were all a home run. Everyone loved the pizzas, especially the crust! I loved the sauce and quality of ingredients. My least favorite pizza was the mediterranean as it was very similar to a margarit pizza with olives and feta cheese. The Reno's Supreme was the most popular and favorite. Flavorful and packed with ingredients. The chicken alfredo was unique to me and very enjoyable, satisfying, and comforting. We were lucky to have a late lunch after a peewee hockey game. The entire restaurant was filled with our kids and parents minus the bar area. The staff was amazing getting everything put into the kitchen, filling drinks, etc. $28 for a 18" thin crust supreme pizza seems a little high. The toppings were fresh but the price jump for more supreme vs a single topping was surprising. I thought it would have more toppings for the price increase but it was just more variety. I'll pivot from the negative nelliness. $16 for 12pc wings were delicious and I cannot stress enough to say YES to the ranch. The ranch here is "the good ranch" which seems pretty universal and everyone knows it's the thicker version. Thank you for having us! Thank you RENO's you are the best! I'm staying at the UNIVERSAL HILTON and was craving pizza & wings. I called and confirmed if they delivered and was informed "YES WE DO"! I ordered a RENOS SUPREME consisting of Pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, onion, black olives, mushroom, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Plus an order of buffalo chicken wings. I mean how can one not have pizza without wings... The nice man on the other end of the phone said 1 hour which is acceptable. What happened next I didn't expect . KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK was the sound emanating from my hotel room door and a guy with pizza in hand, WOW that's amazing service. I'd fully expected I'd have to come downstairs and pick it all up. 2025.10-28/TUE_2015: We moved back to Burbank and the hubby found a new pizzeria. We have ordered takeout before but I had forgotten to make a review! LOL It's a cheat day, no work tomorrow and it's the fourth game of the World Series. We've never had a sandwich here so he wanted to give it a try. The minute we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. The aroma of baked bread and marinara sauce filled the air. The interior was the awesome Italian decor with red and burgundy seating. This restaurant is great for gatherings and just good ol' comfort food! Their menu is extensive and there's something for everyone! Today we ordered the Turkey and Bacon 10 inch sandwich. We love that the bread has sesame seeds which really added a great flavor once it was toasted. To our surprise, french fries cane with the sandwich! What a great price for the amount of food you get. The picture I took gives the sandwich no justice at all because I didn't realize I forgot to snap photos until after he started eating it! The Applewiod bacon, turkey and avocado, coupled with the toasted sesame seed roll hit the spot! I can't have bread but I took a bite and it was delicious . I can say that their pizza is excellent, though! I haven't had any issues with the dough and pizza sauce. I'm gluten intolerant and allergic to tomatoes so you know Italian cuisine is out of the picture for me. I was able to eat Reno's pizza! They're definitely using fresh ingredients. You can taste the love in their food. The flavor of their pizza sauce was perfectly seasoned and savory so I can only imagine what their marinara sauce must taste like. Next time, we'll have to try their Calzones! After we picked up the sandwich, we decided that the next time the game is on during the weekend, we will definitely be here to watch and chill out with the owner! He was awesome. Reno's is so good. It is cute and comfortable inside. You are never rushed and you always have food to take home. Their portions are very nice. The service is just great. They know the menu and can help you out. They make a fine pizza. We have been a few times and it is always good, but they also have great sandwiches on wonderful buns. What we really love is their homemade pasta. It is so fresh and wonderful. Each pasta dish comes with Garlic bread and Garlic butter and a great salad. We have had their PENNE BOLOGNESE with mushroom, and a great meat sauce. Their ground beef lasagna is ever so good. My grandson loves their chicken fettuccine alfredo and their penne pasta with chicken and great sun dried tomatoes. It is all just so good. Their home made spaghetti and meatballs is some of the best in town. We have not tried their desserts, but will one day. This is just a fun, not fancy fine dinning, place to relax. read more

Hello everyone. I am writing a review about this place because I feel as if people need to be warned about the attitude and service. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. The cashier/waitress Maria always has an attitude. Makes remarks under her breath. Makes unusual faces and is also very rude. The whole attitude of this place just sucks. I thought this was a family friendly place when I read the reviews and decided to give it a chance. Not only was my food that I ordered given to me the way I wanted it but when confronted about it they just were downright rude and offered no apology whatsoever. We found this cute place in Burbank when we were craving pizza. We found street parking and it was a relatively quiet night during the week. We were seated right away and ordered some wine. We started with a small garden salad with house balsamic dressing for the 3 of us. It came with tomatoes, peppers, onions, and garbanzo beans, which I love on a salad. We probably could've ordered a large just to have more of a serving. We then had a large pizza with sausage and mushroom. I thought it was flavorful and just the right amount of toppings so it wasn't overloaded. I really liked the sausage, just a hint of spice and smaller pieces. He picks it up and wipes " the dust" from the floor and goes in the kitchen. 15-20 seconds latter magically appears with a slice of pepperoni slice and serves to a customer outside. Now if the customer has been waiting 15 minutes for this slice and this guy just appears with a new slice in seconds??? Bullshit. Im not buying that!!. I would never come back to this place, and I have been a regular. AVOID this place and eat at your own peril. To respond to the nonsense from the manager, consider it too 15 or so minutes to produce this slice, so if it was ready you might expect to see it served after 3- 4 minutes. When the slice fell on the ground, why the fuck is your server wiping the slice of dust from the floor??? You would just trash it, but he too it back to the kitchen and 45 seconds latter the same slice gets served. It doesn't make sense unless the employee just cleaned it up and to save money, served that same fucking slice....you are a bullshit manager that knows shit and you are just covering up for incompetent people who don't know better. I recently had a pretty uncomfortable experience at this pizza place that honestly ruined the whole visit. Me and my cousins came in as a group of seven and got seated, but one of my cousins stepped away to use the bathroom. The waiter was actually really helpful and went out of his way to move another table over so we could all sit together instead of splitting up. We even asked if it was okay, and he was just trying to help us out. But right after that, who I assume was the manager or owner came over and started yelling at the waiter in front of us. He was complaining about the tables being moved and did it in such an aggressive and unprofessional way that it made everyone at our table feel really uncomfortable. It honestly felt unnecessary and awkward, especially since the waiter was just doing what we asked and trying to provide good service. There was no reason to embarrass him like that in front of customers. It completely changed the vibe of the night and made what should've been a normal dinner feel tense and unpleasant. Because of how uncomfortable the situation became, we ended up just leaving instead of staying to eat. Overall, it left a really bad impression. Our first time here and our last. The pizza was only okay; nothing to write home about, as the crust was like cardboard, and overall flavorless. But what was really surprising and disappointing is that we had a coupon for two large pizzas with three toppings each for $34.99. When we went in to order, and asked for one of the pizzas to be cheese only, the lady who was assisting us said that they couldn't take the coupon, because both pizzas had to have 3 toppings each. Odd, considering it probably costs them more to add the toppings. So we ended up paying $40 for one cheese pizza and one 3 topping pizza.
