The food is amazing! My favorite is the vaca frita bowl! The prices aren't cheap but for the amount of food you get it's reasonable. Parking is free here because it is located in a shopping center. Pincho (no longer Factory) is fantastic! I remember going to the one on bird and never eating a meal that was less than superb. This Flagler location is much more convenient for us. After a long time of not having pincho I decided to get a bowl which I enjoyed until I was chewing on a staple... I placed a pick up order so that it could be done by the time I got there to go home and it took a while until I finally got my food and it wasn't really busy since it was already 9 pm. The bowl was good at first but then I completely lost my appetite and couldn't even finish eating after almost swallowing a metal staple. I never leave reviews but this has never happened to me and I'm glad I didnt swallow this staple. Yet, it was so good. I went through at least 52 napkins in this one sitting. Great food overall but the price can get a bit steep for the type of food. They never fail to mess up an online order. I've ordered from here time and time again. The food is good don't get me wrong but they always mess up an online order. I ordered a cheese burger with bacon and sauce and they just gave me a plain cheese burger. I ordered some cheso frito cubes and they were never in the bag when I picked it up. I didn't check trusting they did their job correctly but they didn't. I got home and realized the errors on the order and I called to let them know very calmly but they offered no solution as if I was trying to scam them over some cheese cubes and two bacon strips. Moral of the story. Open your online order at the restaurant check that is correct before you leave. Don't leave it up to them to get your order right because they won't. I ordered delivery from here. I got the pincho burger with fried cheese and sweet potato fries. The burger was delicious but a little overcooked. I wasn't the biggest fan of the fried cheese. It was a little squeaky against my teeth but that just might be since I don't have much culinary experience with eating fried cheese. The sweet potato fries were delicious and came with a sauce that tasted like Thanksgiving. Very pumpkiny. I loved it. Giving this a four out of five because it was relatively expensive for a burger that was delicious but not necessarily outstanding. We decided to go Pincho Factory for a late lunch on Saturday with some friends and their children, because we were told they had the croquette burger. My wife and our friend ordered the croquette burger. It was lackluster. It tasted exactly like mushed croquettes between two buns. I was not thrilled about it, but enjoying my steak rice bowl with chimichurri sauce and fried cheese. I added chipotle Tapatio sauce. That was awesome. Couple of problems though. When my wife's friend ordered her family's meals, she started with the specialty sandwich first. Then ordered the rest of the food. My buddy had to wait over 10 minutes for a beer. Kinda long time just to put a 12 ounce beer. Then after they brought the food for our friends, they didn't even place the order for the croquette burger. So that sucked. Firstly, its site is definitely the key winner here. Planted right across the street from the Flagler Corporate Center, this location caters to the working crowd. Therefore, lunch time is the busiest time for this location. If you only have a short time to dine, certainly make a to-go order and call it in ahead of time as there will be a long line within the restaurant. Not only that, the wait time for the actual foods for dine-in is absolutely on the longer side, nearing over 30 mins at one of my visits. The fact that they are the closest restaurant to serve craft beer makes it a very good after work spot. The interior design for this location is spectacular and very aesthetically pleasing. The flashing lights and huge mural on the wall makes for many instagrammable areas. They also have outside seating if for some reason you want to seat under the hot Miami sun. read more

Solid spot with something for everyone. All three items were very tasty. Will definitely be returning. The toston burger is the must have here, with that being said if you've had one before no need to order it again as there are more delicious choices to choose from. I would only suggest the toston burger as that's what made Pincho what it is today. Would definitely recommend the bowls which are fairly new menu items at Pincho. My personally favorite is the Fritanga burger which is a Nicaraguan inspired burger with fried cheese. My only complaint (which is very minor) would be that the air can get smokey. So you will probably smell like Pincho on the way out, but at least you smell delicious. Visited Pincho a couple of times now and every time they are on the money. Most recent visit tried their monthly special the hangover burger (see picture attached and drool). It was amazing! For a fast food joint, Pincho Factory has pretty good burgers. This location opened fairly recently. It's pretty big and modern. My favorite burger is the Pincho burger with their pink sauce. Also a big fan of the sweet potato tater tots. Most people know of this place because they have toston burgers - burgers where instead of the buns you have Tostones (or Patacones as our Venezuelan friends like to call it). I'm had it once - it was fun to try but sounds more exciting than what it is. They have these modern touch screen soda machine with a great variety. This is the location closest to my job so it makes it easy to get to regularly. The food never disappoints so I'm glad that's consistent at every location. There is only one downside: they play the music so loud you can't even hear yourself think. I love how they have a special burger every month that's unique. I try it at least once just to see if it lives up to the rest of the menu - it always does. This months burger was the Hangover Burger, which was delicious. It had queso frito, caramelized onions, and a yolky fried egg on top of potato sticks and cilantro/pink sauce. This should be a regular on the menu. I informed them that my friend is a vegan and instantly the manager took over and gave such great suggestions. He told us his wife is vegan then went ahead and told my friend what customizations need to be made for her burger to be fully vegan. The look of the restaurant itself is nice and welcoming, a big tv above to kitchen to watch sporting events if the time comes (I'm assuming as it was on a sports channel). This is good to know during NBA finals time... go have a burger and some beers while watching the games. This is the worst Pincho Factory I have ever been to. Service at the counter was not friendly; it wasn't the usual Pincho experience. After ordering, we looked for a table and they were all dirty. We had to move the plates on one of them so we could have somewhere to sit. The place was disgusting. There were napkins all over the floor and crumbs on the "clean" tables. I even went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no soap or paper towels. We waited for our food and one of my friends orders did not come out. I finished my food and still no bowl in sight. I was thinking maybe they're having an issue with the bowls? But then I noticed that people who arrived much after us got their bowls. Finally, we went to the counter to ask where the bowl was and the girl at the counter said that I never ordered the bowl in the first place. Oh, hell no. After she found my order, she recited it one by one and stopped abruptly when she realized that the bowl was in fact there. In the end, they apologized. Granted, the place was busy and I could see how everything can be very hectic during the mid-afternoon. Nonetheless, the whole situation could've been handled differently. This place really surprised me and I'm so glad I gave it a try! I'm not a burger eater so I was dragged along to this place for lunch with some friends. I ordered the shrimp salad with "The Mix" and it was amazing!!! The shrimp was grilled perfectly and didn't make the shrimp dry at all. The shrimp had a lot of Flavour which I feel is very hard to find a places like these so I was very happy about that. The service was great from all their employees and I enjoyed that they give you a table number and the food is brought to you.
