After having bookmarked Pincho Factory for nearly a year I finally made the drive to checkout the place with an open mind & empty stomach. The Good: Upon walking in I found the vibe to be relaxing & welcoming. Although the place is small, it had a few couches to help give a hanging at your friends house type feel & CutThroat Kitchen(Great Show!) was playing on the flat screen TV's. When we approached the counter we weren't sure what to order so one of the guys there politely steered us through the menu real quick. After we decided on a decked out hot dog, tostone burger, & some bacon cheddar ranch fries we went to take a seat. The Bad: This is the moment I was a bit disappointed from my visit... dirty tables. Having to clean my own table is a serious mood killer & I wasn't the only one who encounterd this. The food was excellent, but looking around there were several others that had to clean up a dirty table before they could sit & enjoy their meals. I can understand the place was a little busy being mid day on a weekend so the 3 people behind the counter had their hands full, but maybe having a part time busser during the busiest hours would go a long way. Something I found odd was there was only brown mustard at the table with the ketchup. I did score some regular yellow mustard from a big cup on the counter so crisis avoided! What do you get when you combine 90's rock standards, a modern looking cafe and a humongous Burger with tender meat and chock full of goodies? A Saturday lunch at Pincho Factory! After hearing so much about it from trusted yelpers (shoutout to Michelle Z) I had to check it out myself. The fact that it's close to my barber was a nice bonus. When I arrived, the sign for their daily special - the Big Kahuna burger - caught my eye. I love burgers and I love the sweet tartness of pineapples on Hawaiian pizza. Said burger combined those two flavors plus bacon, BBQ sauce and melted cheese. Fries were thin, crispy and not greasy. I was able to dip them in the yellow BBQ sauce I've only tasted at one other Burger place. Awesome! Add to that the 90s rock, along with baseball going on a TV and I was in Burger gourmand heaven. Also had the chance to speak with the owner (Nedal ) whos a very pleasant Guy and gave me a culinary lesson on said sauce and told me how they have different meals and specials regularly. Ridiculously long waiting time for a place with an army of workers and cooks. They messed up my order, even though my order could not have been simpler; I only ordered their trademark Pincho Hotdog and their trademark Pincho Burger (which was listed at the very top of theor menu) Also, there is a overwhelming , choking, cooking smell coming out of the open kitchen that gets in your clothes and even in your eyes as soon as you open the front doors on your way into the restaurant. There is obviously no smoke-extraction system in place. Had to throw my clothes in the laundry hamper when I got home, but I noticed that was not enough since the cooking funk was impregnated in my skin. I took a long shower and that took care of it. On my way to work this morning, I noticed that the PINCHO funk had impregnated itself in my car's interior, only that from funk it had turned overnight into a stench. Also, the difference between the pictures of the two items I ordered and what I actually got could not have been more diametrically opposed. From a bulging burger brimming with fixings, to two buns separared by some oozing matter in the middle. From a wide open hotdog with all the colorful trimmings to a plain wiener split down the middle on top of a plain bun; W.......T......F!!!!! While waiting to get my food I noticed a line of order delivery drivers quickly queueing up parallel to my line. And that's where the crux of of the unreasonable waiting time and the wrong orders is. Pincho recklessly neglects the walk-ins for the deliveries. The chain of PINCHO Restaurants should really PINCH themselves back to reality and live up to all that empty hype they have been FEEDING the customer. I live very close so this place has become my favorite local burger joint. Staff is friendly and the prices are "reasonable". For two I notmally pay around 30 including the tip; of course it also depends on what you order. I have also tried the burger place by 107 ave and 8st and although it was supposed to be better ohh no, nothing to envy. The sweet potato fries are not my favorite, id recommend to stick to the regular. As fpr the burgers i love the Pincho burger with the egg on top, all that runny yolk means yumminess; believe it! As a whole the burgers are great but don't expect to have a thick burger; the actual meat patty is not big. I have also tried the wraps, etc and although they are a good option for a change or for a healthier meal they don't stand up to the burgers. read more

I came to this place with my boyfriend and and another couple we hang with and it was a great time. The feel of the joint is low key and cool. The food was delicious. I had been their truck and was ready to give the restaurant a try! I ordered their Sweet Potato Tots and the flavor was good, but I was surprised about the texture. It seemed like they were a little under cooked. Next I had "The Hot Dog" and I must say that is was the best quality dog I've had in a while! The dog was juicy and you can tell you were having the real deal ! Last, I had the Toston Burger. Best thing on the menu!!! I'm Cuban so I'm very picky about where I eat tostones, and these were fried to perfection. Crispy and not one bite was soggy with grease. Came to Pincho Factory for lunch only to experience they were having maintenance issues and would be opening two hours after scheduled time. I was bummed about it and just headed over to Sarussi that is located on the same shopping strip. After lunch and on my way to the car, we notice Pincho Factory is indeed open so we head in at least for dessert. The minute we walked in, I smelled burger juice...like the grease. Maybe it's because my husband is vegan and I've been turned off of meat a little but no lie the smell did slightly gross me out. For dessert, there were two options- an Oreo Pie and a Nutella Smore's Pie and they are provided by Sweetness Bake Shop. By the sounds of it, the Nutella would have been my choice but I'm glad we got one of each because the Oreo ended up being the better of the two. Although it didn't blow me away, it was alright- It must have been tucked away in the coldest part of the fridge cause it was a little hard and mega cold on my teeth. Ever since my first visit here I was dying to make a return trip for another mouth-watering burger but I had to put that on hold until next time. There is a reason why this "masterpiece," as I called it, always sells out. Customized just for me by Nadal, who was gracious enough to make sure my dog was extra spicy, just how I love it. Each part of this giant compliments the next, beautifully. From the lightly toasted bun, the crispy dog, the different signature Pincho Factory sauces, jalapenos, and a good amount of potato sticks, which helped keep everything together. I consider myself lucky to have a place so close to home with great food and wonderful service. I plan on making Pincho Factory my second home. I hope you will too. read more

You order at the counter and they give you a number to place at your table so that your food can be brought to you when ready. I have been there a few times and have left happy after each visit. I have gotten mostly burgers but recently tried the steak pita wrap with chipotle flavor and it quickly climbed to the top of my favorites list. My friend ordered the steak rice bowl and she loved it. Despite not having a traditional restaurant setting, employees are friendly and extremely attentive, removing dishes when finished and offering to refill drinks if they run low. How do you take a burger and make it Latin? You remove the bun and add Tostones!! The Toston Burger is truly something very unique. With a made to order patty between two Tostones as the buns, jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and an amazing homemade cilantro sauce how can you go wrong? Ordered a side of Cajun fries. My brother has been chasing me to go this place for months and we decided to give it a chance and we were super impressed and satisfied. We went to the Bird Road location last night for some take out, which is a small location off 98 avenue. We ask for recommendations and they told us to try the tostones burger with sweet potato tater tots. IT was one of the best and innovative burgers I have eaten in a while. Instead of buns they use crispy tostones with a lite touch of salt and pepper, while the beef patting is juicy and well cooked. They top it with the basic lettuce and red onions as well as a special while sauce. The sweet potato tater tots were crisp and came with a delicious apple butter sauce. Ordering during this pandemic has been fast, easy, and sanitary. I enjoy how easy their app is to use. You place your order and it's usually ready in 15 minutes. When you get there you pick up your food through the order window. The bag is sealed for extra sanitation. I'm happy that they decided to keep their dining area closed during phase 1 of opening, considering that it's a small place. It shows how they value the safety of their employees and customers. Pincho burger is a respectable place to go. I've been coming here since it opened and they are a nicely growing burger shop. Their most current problem is serving speed but I hear that they are working hard to fix this. A fix should be in the works soon. As for the food, I used to think their burgers were amazing but lately my diet has changed. I now order the "Amazing something chicken pita" which is truly delicious. It is nice and warm, has the right amount of greens, and the chicken chunks taste awesome. My girlfriend even likes to add papitas. Their sweet potatoe fries are very enjoyable too. The food here is absolutely delicious. I had moved out of Miami when this place sprung up and I know they've since expanded. I finally came to visit and had a chance to try it and was not disappointed. The food was very flavourful and the portion was decent. It's taken numerous mistakes to resort to yelp in hopes this opens up their eyes and they make some changes. Every single time I order takeout my order is wrong. I came into the the Westchester location today for lunch with my husband. The Pincho Factory is a tiny place but they offer a lot of meal options packed with flavor. They have burgers, pinchos, hot dogs, fries, and desserts My husband chose to have a fresco dog and that is his typical "go to" meal. He also ordered a side of Cajun fries, I had a few and they were freaking awesome! I got the chicken Pincho Greek salad and it was great.
