Extremely disappointed.. shoulda went to limoncello or bite. Spent $17.35 on the combo including tax. Walked out with a measly sandwich consisting mostly of bread, missing one of the major two ingredients. I was already a mile's drive away when I noticed the avocado wasn't in the sandwich. Decided to drive back because the sandwich was basically just a Dutch crunch roll without it. Guy gave me avocado on the side, but wasn't very kind about it and didn't offer any other compensation. One of the worse sandwiches I've had in the Bay Area and super expensive now. They didn't even give bag, napkins, etc. Oh and they don't have honey mustard. What sandwich shop doesn't have honey mustard? Take your business elsewhere. read more

I have purchased from this store via drizly several times as they always have the product I'm looking for at a good price and are quick with delivery. However, tonight they went above and beyond with customer service. The driver realized- after delivering the order and walking away - that the order was missing items (before I noticed, by the way.) He immediately told me he would go get the items and bring them back. I have had many frustrating experiences with third party delivery apps and poor customer service, and it was refreshing to have such a good experience. We stopped by Pine & Jones Market on Friday, January 20th around 10:30pm. My gf ended up buying a bottle of Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon 2016. I think she was the one who ended up picking the wine. This was fine by me as I just wanted a table red at a decent price. I'm into my ten buck chucks. I think this one was priced around $10, maybe less. Good for ending our night since this was our second bottle of wine after HH and dinner. I didn't look around much, but the store seemed to have your standard offerings. Beer, wine, snacks, etc. The cashier was super nice and we were rung up quickly. Fast and efficient. That's all I need from a convenience store.
