This was a first... When we arrived we were instructed to take menus, a number and seat ourselves. We were greeted promptly and the waitress was wonderful. She was the only waitress for the whole dining room and did a good job keeping up. We had a party of 6 and unfortunately, there wasn't a table that would accommodate us comfortably. Had to squeeze at a smaller table. I had a bacons salmon sandwich which was a good single portion if eaten with a fork. But the salmon only fit on 1/2 the bun. Wings had good seasoning and sauce on the side. Wings were a bit on the small side. If you're look for the Kretzlers fish sandwich.... It's back!! It was a quiet Monday night and we were looking for somewhere to stop before heading home after an appointment nearby. Yelp has this place listed as closed Mondays and Tuesdays but that has recently changed. Found it on Google. Anyway-the space was welcoming right away with a huge garage door open and so many different sized TVs.arranged nicely, all tuned to local and national sports. Just a few people at the very well-kept bar, but my guess is that's because people don't know it's open on Mondays. We're really glad they were. First, their happy hour is from 6-8- 1/2 off all drinks- (!) They have a nice little selection of craft brews along with the usual suspects. We ordered two beers and grabbed a menu. Pretty standard fare. Again a nice solid offering of apps, salads, hand-held and smash burgers. They also have BBQ on Saturdays and Sundays that I hear is pretty darn good. The bartender was super friendly, greeting us right away- it was still happy hour! We ordered the hot dogs with coleslaw and baked beans to share and asked for them to be chili cheese dogs. They were super yummy with plenty of chili and cheese. The coleslaw was creamy, which I really enjoyed. The beans were good, but not my favorite. Baked beans are one of those things that everyone has a personal preference for, so I don't judge. Overall, it was a pleasant find and I recommend you make a stop when you're in the area-or make a little detour. Worth a try! read more

I stopped here to get two burgers to go on Saturday. Waited 45 minutes for the burgers. I was told they were making fresh patties. While that's fantastic and great to hear, you really think a busy restaurant would have patties made in advance. But still fresh. I had the Gyro burger, no flavor to it whatsoever really needed a cheese or some more seasoning . Burgers were thick done well but mine just didn't make the cut on top notch. read more

Stopped on a Wednesday evening for dinner. We have been hitting up all the local spots by our new house. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was nice and attentive. I ordered a flat bread cauliflower pizza. Hubs got a chicken sandwich and fries. The chef even came out just to make sure I didn't have a gluten allergy. The ambiance was typical sports/pub decor. Nothing fancy, but everything seemed clean. Large tvs above the bar. The bar is pretty big and takes up most of the space, which I think is great. We chatted with the regulars seated next to us, and the food was good. I think it's a great little neighborhood spot, and to me, food prices were reasonable but drinks a bit more than expected. Service was excellent had a very nice waitress who was quick to take our order and bring our drinks. The only real issue I had was that we both ordered salad as one of our side dishes and they did nto bring the salad out first but instead brought it out with our food. I prefer to eat my salad first. The food however was pretty good. I had the batter dipped fried shrimp and truffle fires, both of which were very tasty. The batter on the shrimp was nicely seasoned. My mother had the Grilled ribeye. She had ordered medium rare and the steak was just pink so it should have been taken off the grill sooner but she said it did taste pretty good. It has so much potential. Great neighborhood location. Friendly staff. Good food. Good bar. Menu isn't overly fussy. But you have to be able to cook a burger to temperature. Even though they just opened, everyone worked very hard to make a great first experience. Our waitress, Lisa, was wonderful. She made us feel as if we were the only customer she had. Very attentive, and seems to be enjoying working there. The one owner made her way around to greet all of the customers. Our drinks arrived promptly, the Old Fashion was wonderful. They also have a nice beer selection. Our food was very good. The brisket, I highly recommend. It did take a while for our food , and everyone apologized. They are trying to hire more staff. it was a slow night at the pine creek on Allison Ferguson road. We were the only table the waitress had. everything was perfect to start, unfortunately she did not brew any unsweet tea that day but it was ok. we ordered our meals and they came out in a great time! unfortunately I asked for no sauce and no onions but still got onions. Ok no worries I will just take them off, but the fries were burnt and I swear they just poured a gallon of salt on them. so I was just patiently waiting for our waitress to come back over. instead of checking in on us and asking how the food was tasting she, the bartender, and the cook were at the bar doing shots! I'm not one to call you over, but my mom is. the fries were so burnt i could not understand why the waitress would even serve the fries, but to each his own. after the new unsalted fries came they were ok didn't really eat them because they came out so fast they were just terrible greasy. in all of this I needed a refill so I placed my cup at the edge but the waitress was just to busy being on her phone. at this point I'm over it and just want to leave. if you don't want to be there then find a different job don't do shots in front of your customers (especially when u cook the food) and please check in on them after they receive there food. please keep the phones to a minimum and please just be an actual waitress. Been there twice. First time was ok. Nothing great. Today was not good. Wife ordered a Blue Moon draft. It was skunked. Terrible. Didn't even smell like it should. The waiters poured it out and replaced it with another draft. The waitress then poured another Blue Moon for another customer who also sent it back within 5 min. She dumped it out and rinsed out the glass and poured him another one. Omg. Like the beet is bad. She should have put a cup on the tap to acknowledge it was bad and to stop using it. Bad. We got cheese curds. 9$. They were good but we literally got like 14 of them. Not worth 9$. We also ordered the quesadilla with brisket. The salsa and sour cream cost .75 each and the tiny drop of guacamole cost of dollar. Holy cow. The beef brisket wasn't get good. Weird slices and not shredded. We got two small plates for the apps. The plates were stuck together with some old food. So gross. We took a set of plates from two there tables and they were all the same. Old food stuck between the plate. Yuck. I also ordered a side of soup. She wrote it down but never brought it. It wasn't on the bill so I don't even mention it. Add this to places I won't go anymore. What a shame. read more

I will give credit to being patient from a highly understaffed kitchen. It's a great location and would be a nice spot to watch the game and hang out, but this bar is cutting corners on the food. Family member ordered a chicken sandwich and ended up with a Tyson chicken pattie, and simple requests were not given despite orders being written down (forgot things, gave the wrong item, didn't provide a glass for drinks). The menu of this place needs to change, I think more people would prefer a simple menu with 5-6 items that tasted great over gambling on whether we're just going to get something out of the freezer we can make at home. Less is more. Hopefully things will change, has great potential otherwise. read more

Wish I did not give a tip either because when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, I asked for more condiment because I could not leave a comment on the app, and was told it would be an additional .75 cents and then realizing my food was not recently cooked and cold. I should have known, there were only 2 people at the bar after 5:00PM but I had already paid online by cc. Their Famous Family Kretzlers fish sandwich was NOT like remember. Place is huge and very understaffed, Our pick up order was 40 minutes late, and was brought out by an elementary school child. brisket sandwich was poorly rendered and very chewy. All three sides were wrong or missing. Cheese fries ordered without bacon obviously had the bacon. We may have to give them another try, but the prices were higher ($13 for a cheeseburger, $10 for a beer) - this wouldn't be a deal-breaker if the food was really good, but it was honestly pretty average bar food. We had some over-fried chicken fingers and a hoagie whose meat had very little (if any) seasoning. A few small changes to food prep and pricing could really improve things overall here. The service was friendly and attentive, so no issues there. Most of the seating is at the bar with a few high tops and three normal tables - may not be an issue for most, but it's worth noting. I can't imagine they would be able to accommodate a larger party unless there was additional seating in the back we didn't see. All in all, Pine Creek Public House was nothing to write home about - we'd love to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a second try as they only recently opened, but there are so many offerings in the area it's hard to justify given the mediocre quality of our meals coupled with the somewhat higher prices. Started off by a great welcoming in with a smile , staff was very pleasant and polite. The view with the open window was great. The food was all delicious and served fresh and hot. We started with the spinach artichoke dip which was delicious, I had the build your own burger which was amazing. went to PCPH as a last minute decision. I ordered the PCPH house salad and added chicken as the protein, I think they should remove it from the menu, it was tasteless!!! Only one waitress was staffed and she worked hard, but you don't get the attention you need, when you have more staff. when I spoke with the waitress and told her my salad was tasteless. she said "well it is a salad, and you got oil and vinegar"to which I replied " I love oil and vinegar", I also mentioned about the chicken not tasting good (dry and tasteless) she told me they don't season the chicken because people have allergies . they just grill it. The menu mentioned spring mix and it was just had head lettuce and BITS of cucumber/tomato/onion. From the waitresses comment, I was blamed for choosing a salad with chicken and oil and vinegar dressing. Let me tell you, I've chosen salads at many, many restaurants with oil and vinegar and they were delicious! I guess you have to put tons of dressing on PCPH salad to mask the tastelessness. 2 stars because out server was running with zero help. We were seated and got menus, drinks and our order taken. 3 Reubens, a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and a house salad that took about 30 minutes to come out, the chicken sandwich was cold as were the fries that came with it. In the time it took our food to come out we watched the hostess seat tables all over the restaurant and outside for the 1 server that was working. No one set up her tables they just walked up to her and said that they sat her, no drinks, not helping clear tables, nothing. The bartender grabbed about 5 glasses, filled them with ice and told the server they want water. He did help her run food but that was it. People standing around talking and laughing while this poor girl was legit by herself. As we left, the owner, the hostess and another young man were at the counter talking and giggling. No way to run a business nor keep good employees. Such a shame as the restaurant looks like it could be an amazing atmosphere if everyone would work together instead of standing around making everyone seem like the didnt want to be there. read more

On 8/28 we ordered take out - 75.00 worth of food. When my son arrived to pick up, he waited for the order. We live 5 minutes from the place. All of the food was very COLD. My reuben had no sauce on it and no side of fries; the two seafood flatbreads had langostino and not real lobster; a $9.00 ceasar salad had the dressing put on it and so was all wilted - who does that ?? None of this food was worth it. A salad that we paid $6.00 extra dollar for chicken had a tablespoon of tomatoes it it and that was it - what kind of salad is that for about 14.00?? I immediately sent a message and thought I was sending it to the restaurant but it was with their service Menufy - they answered and said they would investigate. We went back and forth for over a week and they told me that the restaurant has not responded. So, I will not get a refund, which is what I wanted. But, what does this tell everyone about the owners?? WE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN and I am tellling my friends to not even try them. read more
