What began as poor service has escalated into a serious safety concern due to a specific female manager's extreme unprofessionalism. For two Fridays in a row, I've dealt with her blatant disrespect and bad attitude. Tonight, after she caught yet another attitude during my phone order she also cut me off and slammed the phone down before i finished talking, I attempted to address the issue in person. Instead of a professional apology, I was met with verbal abuse. She didn't just provide bad service--she became unhinged. She told me i should know how to order food... she cursed at me, multiple times and told me my "life is miserable," and physically chased me to the door while screaming at me. I was already at my car door and she was still screaming at me. As a frequent customer, I have never felt so disrespected or unsafe. So after she refused to give any refunds or do anything she also refused to give us any numbers or speak to a manager or anything. So I conclusion the food is horrible, the place is dirty, the employees are sitting around on their phones and then the attitude and lack of ANY attempt at customer service is beyond unacceptable.
