My son and I stumbled on this place one day for lunch. We both had the Loco Moco, rice covered with an Angus beef patty, brown gravy, topped with two eggs. Not only did we eat there, but I called my wife and she wanted something too. That night my sister-in-law came by and we ordered something for her! Excellent customer service and super friendly staff. I had the hamburger steak plate and my wife had the garlic chicken and fries. We came in close to closing to time and they served with Aloha even towards the end. We stayed and ate and watched then serve customers into the night near all the way to closing time. I love it when a food truck goes brick and mortar! Not only are the people incredibly nice, the food is really good too. I usually go for the teriyaki chicken and Hawaiian pulled pork while the boyfriend goes for the teriyaki chicken and beef. He gets the macaroni salad and I switch it out for a side salad. Where do I begin?!? This gem in Hurst, TX was plucked from the island of Hawaii itself. The atmosphere was opened and friendly. We met and was served by the owner, a lovely lady. The spam musubi was freshly made, pepping hot and delicious. The chilled tuna poke was plentiful and had decent size chunks of fresh tuna. The butter garlic grilled shrimps were perfectly grilled to perfection and peel right off. Lots of shrimps, enough for two people to nicely share. For dessert we finish it off with mango shave ice, a sweet delight and refreshing away from Texas heat, we will definitely come back many more. read more

Tried Pineapple Grill Texas for the first time today. It was AMAZING!! I had the BBQ Chicken and my husband had the BBQ Beef. I can't decide which was better. The chicken was cooked beautifully and the taste was exceptional with the perfect amount of bbq sauce. My husband's beef reminded me of a beef dish I had in Hawaii. Anyway, decided to stop by anyway last week with few of my colleagues for lunch. The owner's daughter was very friendly and took our orders.
