Response to Dave S. Actually I could of got the tires at several places in town. Including Discount , tractor supply. They both had them in stock. Rex quoted $99 plus tax. If a service is "optional" as you say then I would be given the option. I was not. I am here to say that Rex was extremely unethical and dishonest during my experience with your company. I am glad I did not trust him to provide service to any of my elderly friends or relatives. $99+tax was the quote from Rex. The rest of the bill is a scam. I certainly do not appreciate you trying to justify or make excuses for Rex. It is like you are trying to feed me the same BS that he did. It is a crooked way of doing business. We made an appointment at the Pinetop Future Tire location for our truck to get an alignment and tire balance on a Friday. We recently had the tires rotated by our mechanic and he recommended getting the tires balanced and aligned following that. At that time, the truck was driving fine, but we followed the recommendation to get the work completed to be sure. I paid $205 for the work. The next day we drove the truck to the valley and noticed that it was pulling to the right significantly. I called the Pinetop office that Monday morning and they said to bring it back so they could look at it. When my husband dropped it off, they said they were unable to locate the service record and asked him if he was sure they did the work. They said they had never worked on our truck and didn't have the license plate on file. My husband said that the person who was denying they'd worked on it was the same guy he spoke with when we dropped it off that Friday before. I provided the invoice number and the work order summary they gave me on Friday and then they recalled providing the service. They then shared that their alignment machine was broken, so they called the Lakeside location and asked us to take it there the following morning. This is the only vehicle we own, so we worked out plans to have someone help drop it off the next day at 8:00. They said it should be done by 11:30. When my husband arrived at 11:30, they shared that they were having issues and it was not done. They also said that they were losing money on us because it was taking so long. Finally they finished at 1:50 PM. The Lakeside shop did not charge us since this was due to poor workmanship at the Pinetop shop. Save your money and take your vehicle to a shop that will get the job done right the first time, provide better customer service, and maintain adequate service records. read more

They took wonderful care of me when I had a need for some tranny fluid. They were fast and had what I needed.

Our toy hauler tires needed air, we pulled in, they aired us up in about 5 minutes and we were back on the road! THANK YOU!

Had a low tire warning light come on during a busy holiday weekend. They got me right in, checked the outside and couldn't find a leak so they took the tire off the wheel and inspected the inside. Very thorough and great staff. After all of this they wouldn't even charge me for their efforts. I would highly recommend them!!! read more

I loved this future tire! Went in to get my car tires changed because I had a blow out and they were all in pretty bad shape. The guy I worked with, Tony, did a fantastic job and was super professional and just all around great service from him and his team. This place must have a real attitude problem because other reviews mention how unpleasant the employees are. My husband experienced the same thing. He needs 4 new tires but after being treated rudely he won't be getting them from Future Tire. I wonder how they stay in business. read more

Do not go here! The people working at the counter have no customer service skills. They do not greet customers and they are sarcastic know-it-alls. I can only assume the counter people own the place, since they should have been fired a long time ago. I went in to get a tire repaired, told them which tire needed fixing, they pulled the wrong tire, then blamed me for telling them the wrong tire needed fixing (which I didn't). I needed a new tire sensor and they told me to go to the dealer to get it replaced. I went to another tire store and they replaced it, no problem. read more

Well, we had our service at the Future Tire store at 5860 White Mountain Blvd. in Lakeside AZ. That store will not come up allowing a review, so I'll do it here. They're all related, I reckon. The folks at Future Tire on White Mountain Blvd. were the best we've ever worked with. 5 stars +! We came in with our motorhome on the verge of breaking down (seal blown after rear wheel bearings replaced elsewhere) and with no appointment they made room for us, had the coach jacked up (outside) and were hard at work in 10 minutes. Repair was complete in less than 2 hours, everything neat and tidy and just as it should be. Even cleaned our wheels! Very good price, too. Dan and the entire crew were exceptional. While visiting Pinetop we had an issue with a tire pressure sensor. Asked a local where a tire shop was and he recommended Future Tire. Well, I know we got there right after they opened, but they did not appear to be happy we showed up. We explained the situation and they said they would check, that whoever filled the tires more than likely didn't do it correctly. There were 2 employees and another gentleman, I believe the owner or person in charge. My husband attempted to make small talk, but no one would even engage in a conversation. After they fixed the tire pressure my husband went in to pay. The gentleman sitting at he desk never looked up. My husband finally asked how much do I owe you. He replied, never looking up, nothing. While I am grateful for not having to pay I am somewhat bewildered about the behavior. read more

What a horrible place. I had a tire with a slow leak and this place was close by. They went out of their way to be unpleasant. First Thing they said was: "we are not responsible for any damage we do your wheels." Huh? I've been driving for 50 years and so have bought new tires, had tires repaired etc. dozens of times and nobody's ever said that to me. Basically, they are asking my permission to damage my wheels without any recourse. So what incentive did they have not to damage my wheels? None. I need a new donut tire for my car, and so when I was paying my bill I gave the guy (a different guy-they are uniformly unpleasant here) the size and model number of the tire and asked him to look up the price. He said "well I can't do that now! I have all these people waiting behind you". Apparently he was too stupid to realize he was waiting on me at the time. I was not asking to be served ahead of somebody else. The tire repair turned out to be very simple. The tire was in perfect condition but was leaking air from the rim where there was a bit of corrosion. So they put a bit of sealer around the rim to solve the problem. For this they charged me $25. Discount Tire goes this sort of thing for free. They realize if you treat customers well, you just might return there to buy tires. There is no way I would ever return to this Goodyear store for anything. I learned too late that there is a Discount Tire in show low. read more

New to the area and Future came recommended by friends. First of all, super nice employees! I called for a routine oil change and they didn't hesitate to give me a firm price and let me know current wait times and a better option for less of a wait. I went in the next morning and had excellent service, waited on site and had a pleasant conversation with the staff! I've found my tire and automotive place in Pinetop! Weirdest experience ever. When I walked in the door I was immediately met with passive aggressive behavior. I was going to stick it out to get the job done and get back on the road, but the guy was relentless and made it clear he didn't want my business. Never again. A couple of years ago, we tried Future to work on our work vans. They broke 2 lugs and billed us to fix them. After a couple of years, I thought we would try again. This time we used them to put tires on my wife's Mini cooper. They scratched the heck out of the new wheels and left grease all over the fenders and wheels. Couldn't believe it. Rex and his crew should get an award for their service!!! After driving from Sunrise to Pinetop (about 30 miles) with our Expedition thinking it was in 4Low, at a top speed of 25 mph, the guys at Future Tire where ready to help. My wife had called the dealership and two other local shops only to be told that they could not get us in or they were closed on the weekends. Not Future Tire, within minutes of our arrival, and a few fw/rv attempts, our SUV was on a lift being diagnosed. Twenty minutes later the problem was a found to be a dead transfer case motor (the 14-pin one of course) which nobody had locally. Rex explained that they could open the transfer case and manually put it in 2High. It was close to closing so we had to leave it overnight. Ninety minutes after opening on a Saturday, Rex was on the phone to say that it was ready. I immediately rushed over, after making bets with family members as to how much it would be, $250-$350 was the consensus. Imagine my surprise when Rex rang me up for $131. Unbelievable, these are the stories you hear about where you break down in a small town and they rob you blind. NOT the case with these guys, they treated us fairly, DEFINITELY did not overcharge us, and got my family and I back on the road in no time.
