I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I had to share the reality of this photoshoot café. The service wasn't the best. Upon arriving, I wrote my party into the waiting list where no one else was waiting before us. We had to wait 30 min for one of the 5 tiny table's to open up inside. When we finally got a table, my party of four was squished into the hottest corner of the establishment with the smallest/unstable table. Every review is true when they say it's incredibly hot in there. There's no AC and the front door stays open so you may get flies around your table. I ordered the pink chilaquiles with red salsa and my requests were met (I asked for no crema and eggs) I give kudos to that. On the side I additionally ordered rice and beans which were $4 EACH. When all of my food arrived, I was shocked at the size of the portions of rice and beans. It is not even a full scoop of either, they also were flavorless and cold. I'll say the chilaquiles were tasty and hot, definitely spicy. The sodas are canned sodas and the agua fresca's come in a plastic pouch that felt way too flimsy. Unfortunately, the only delicious item I enjoyed was the chilaquiles, they were crunchy & served hot (how I like to eat them).. But it's definitely not enough for me to return to this establishment. *very honest review* there is no parking lot so you have to park along the street with parking meters, or along residential street. The restaurant itself is pretty and yes everything is pink! In my opinion the place is small. I don't remember the exact number but if I were to go based off memory there's about 4 booths and 4 tables inside and about 3 tables outside. I went on a Wednesday so the wait was not an issue but if you plan on going in on a weekend then assume a long wait. When I was there I was surprised that there was only one waiter and one chef, therefore it took about 10 minutes to be serviced once seated and we had to ask to be serviced- it took maybe 15 minutes to get our food. There were 3 other parties there apart from us and like I stated, only one waiter and one chef. All that being said let's get into the food. The dulce de leche coffee was great! I ordered the pancakes and while the fruit was fresh and great, the pancakes tasted a little stale. I don't believe they were actually stale, I'm sure it was due to the ingredient that made the pancakes pink+ being overcooked. The tater tots were good but I wish they were crispier. Overall, this restaurant was a fun experience because of all the pink. Definitely cute for pictures and aesthetic. Maybe the food experience is better when there are more workers. read more

Finally tried Pink & Boujee! My friend and I had a weekday off work and decided to stop by on a Thursday. The space is super cute, everything is pink, from the seating to the walls, and of course the food! We both ordered the pink trio tacos. I went with the asada and al pastor, while my friend chose chicken and asada. The asada flavor was a standout, better than the al pastor in my opinion. The salsa was another highlight, just the right level of spicy to elevate the tacos. What caught our attention is that the pink tortillas! The cashier mentioned they're made with natural ingredients. We also got the horchata and it's got the right amount of sweet. The horchata comes in cute bag that has fun and sassy quotes on them. We got lucky with parking and found a spot right in front! I came yesterday to try this pink aesthetic food shop. It was alright , the coffee wasn't all great , the way they sell the items separately was wierd. I ordered French toast and it doesn't include egg or sausage. You would have to pay extra for sides which is wierd too. I felt cat fished because people hype this place up so much. The lack of air inside was making me very hot & it felt stuffy. The place looks like it needs to be renovated or refurnished. I just didn't think it was all that good. The place was also very small. But the cheese & carne asada inside was actually really tasty. Of course I added that wonderful salsa verde-- again it is AMAZING. One of the best salsas I've tasted periodt. The boujee pancakes did not wow me. They tasted like regular schmegular pancakes to me! The pink color of course makes it so cute to be eating. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to order these again. The glitter pink latte was aesthetically pleasing and cute! The taste was a different story. It felt a lil TOO sweet for me. We were trying to visit Pink & Boujee last month for my daughter's birthday, but the restaurant had to close because that day it was raining and place flooded. So we didn't get to eat there. We went yesterday during spring break and it wasn't too busy. We got seated right away and our server was very friendly. I decided to get the horchata french toast, a carne asada sope, and a cafe de olla. My daughter had a carne asada taco, rice, and a horchata latte. The horchata french toast was delicious and the door was flavorful. The green salsa that it comes with is a bit on the spicier side compared to other green salsas I've had at restaurants. The cafe de olla was on the stronger side, so it wasn't my favorite. My daughter loved her taco, rice, and horchata latte. The restaurant is small and happy we went during the week when it wasn't busy. They don't have public restrooms, but they'll let you use their small bathroom if you ask. I love the whole pink aesthetic and definitely will come back to try more of their pink menu. read more

Pink & Boujee was on my list for a while and I finally got to try it out! I absolutely loved it. :) First of all, it's the cutest little brunch spot. They have such pretty pink decor everywhere. I liked that they have both inside and outside seating areas as well. The food was amazing. I ordered the pink chilaquiles and I ordered them with green sauce. They were flavorful and had just the right amount of spice. The chilaquiles were not soggy or too hard; they were perfect. They also had pink sour cream on top, which was delicious! The dish comes with eggs on the side which were also cooked well and had great taste. My other favorite was the heart-shaped boujee mulita. So good! We ordered ours with carne asada and it was so cheesy! The carne asada was juicy and tasty. For drinks, we ordered their jamaica, which tasted authentic. The jamaica came in these unique pouches with cute statements on them. I thought the prices were fair, especially for the experience and cuteness overload. They have street parking in the neighborhood by the restaurant. We came a little later in the day, around 3, so it wasn't very crowded. Their hours are great- from 8-5 p.m. all week. read more

I love this place and all , been a loyal customer since before they were a restaurant and were a pink taco truck in front a jeans store in the fashion district. But they are beginning to disappoint every time I visit. They are not consistent with they're hours always "closing kitchen early" or "turning stove off early" I'm starting to think the all pink and pink food coloring is not worth it at this point. First it was the pricing sky rocketing every visit which I was able to put to the side and be okay with in order to continue supporting but inconsistency I can't. I can also do the flies everywhere while eating or even walking through the kitchen to use their bathroom and risk getting burnt or cross contaminating food but If always they will close early or worse , not open at all and say they are open online they shouldn't have permanent hours they can't keep.
