This coffee shop is so adorable! I drove over a half hour just to go because I wanted to take my twin sister and niece while they came to visit from out of state. The staff was so great! The coffee was delicious and so were the pastries! The shop itself couldn't be more cuter! I didn't get many pictures because my baby was having a little melt down. (My fault I woke her up from a nap) so one of the girls gave her a ballon and that seemed to help so that was a huge help! After that my baby was able to get a bit more comfortable there. We do plan to go back before my family leaves back home because it's definitely picture worthy! read more

We moved close to this place 2 months ago and have been sleeping on a wonderful coffee shop until now. This place is SO cute. Very Instagram friendly. It's beautifully decorated inside and the staff is wearing masks and face shields to keep you and each other safe. The coffee is delicious and cheap! It was less than $9 for two large iced coffees, which is an absolutely steal AND the larges are truly large! I can't wait to come back and try some of the snack items and sit in the carriage when it's open for seating again! They sell bagged beans (and have a wall of beans with copper accents - although this may just be decoration). The menu isn't extensive, but that helps me make decisions and guarantees what they do have will be great! They have little pre-packaged pastries or they have warm food items too. This place quickly became my favorite coffee shop. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They're always eager to make your time here enjoyable. My regular drink is their iced Dark Mocha latte with oat milk. They learned my drink right away and always maintained excellent customer service! I've never had a negative experience, however a couple of things did concern me. They have made great accommodations to the cafe by limiting the seating space. They have blocked off every other table with a sign "Table Closed" as to follow the social distancing guidelines. This is great because there's a ton of space between each person/group and has made me comfortable enough to enjoy my coffee inside. But there has been at least two times I've witnessed people sitting in those "off limits" tables. The workers have even still served them with the "Table Closed" sign in the middle of the table. So now instead of at least 6-8 feet in between people, it's 2-3 feet which made me uncomfortable. I don't see the point in prohibiting table space if people are still allowed to sit in those tables. I've also seen people come inside without a mask and order and walk around and never be told to kindly put a mask on, which is supposedly required by them and have it posted on the front door. Aside from those two concerns, this is a great place with great coffee and the best customer service. The store manager and Baristas are very kind and friendly. read more

I went here because of that pink wall I would see on IG. I didn't realize it was a wall that was leading to the bathroom, haha. Nevertheless, it is a cute pink rose wall and the chair next to it is warranted for great photo ops. I'm much of a coffee drinker, so I got a French soda, which is basically sparkling water, fruit syrup of the berry variety, and milk. This was really good, light, and refreshing! In addition, I got some baked goods that are offered in front of the cashier/menu, prominently placed for those waiting in line. Here you can get cookies and pastries. It kind of reminded me of Asian bakeries like 85 Degrees Bakery, where pastries are placed and you just pick and choose what you want before you pay up. On my visit, I got a bag of small crispy cookies for a friend and a sweet potato sponge cake which I enjoyed later in the day. There are more desserts on the other side of the cashier, which includes cakes. During my stay here, I was given a sample of their chocolate cake which was really good! Back to the aesthetics: yes it's like Valentine's Day up in here. The decorations are very pretty and pink. In addition to the infamous pink rose well, there is a large carriage where you can sit inside for a photo op, without food and drinks please! The kolaches are warm and flavorful and the slices of cake are a reminder to come back another time for dessert! We were in town for the USA Water Polo Junior Olympics and had time in between games. Looking for a local coffee place, we found Pink, close by to the Garland natatorium. It's an interesting coffee shop with their own Roastery and great selection of coffee beans, The coffee is fresh and you can buy some in bulk to take home. They have some cakes, desserts, pastries and gelato. I came for the coffee and tried a small Cappuccino for a test. My order came up fast. The Cappuccino smelled right and looked properly made with thick foam and tasted good. I got mine to go, so it came in the typical paper cup with plastic lid and I don't know if they serve in cups or mugs if you stay in to enjoy your coffee. Came here around noon on a Saturday. There were a couple of people there but I was still able to find a table. I absolutely love that this place has a lot of options. If your craving gelato, they have it. If you want baked goods/cake, they have some. And of course if you want a drink, they have several to choose from. You can sample most things (except the packaged food). I got a white chocolate mocha upon the suggestion of the barista and loved it. The shop itself isn't that big. There's limited seating and limited outlets. They have a big room for meetings but it's only available upon reservations and it does cost money. Workers were kind, and the store is super aesthetic. You can definitely get a good picture here. I don't know if I would come back to study, but I would come back to enjoy company and fellowship. read more

I am so disappointed in Pink Coffee. It has been my Saturday morning routine for more than a year! So much so my spouse and a friend each bought me a gift card fir my birthday in October. I used one, from my spouse he had tucked his receipt with it. I went to use the second card ( the value I do not know). it would not go through. the staffer called a more senior employee to help and they just say it's invalid. As I said, I am known here because I am least there once a week. They give me the customer service email address. I contact them. crickets. no response. I waited a full week fir a reply then I looked closely at each gift card. The cards were bought in the same week yet their numbers are nowhere near the same numbering sequence and then I notice the Pin# had been scratched off the card not working....I wrote Pink service again (calling did not bring manager to phone), nor has she been present on my visits. I stated what I noticed and said it makes me think my friend was sold a used card, that was not reloaded. I have no idea of the value it could be $10 or $50. I won't embarrass my friend by asking her. Or disappoint her that it was frauded. my second contact with Pink has still not yield acknowledgment. I know unexpected things happen in business but it is the owner's responsibility to be responsive and attempt to make things right. Gift card purchaser beware. I sure no Santa sock contains an unfillable gift. I am disappointed in the ownership of this problem UPDATE - Pink contacted me this AM regarding the gift card situation. The transactions were readily explained to me and and nothing nefarious had transpired. They still have no record of my prior communications, but did have a transactional data and issued a "courtesy" thank you card. It makes me happy they reached out. read more

My new favorite spot!! We live right next door and had been meaning to try it for a while. So glad we finally did! The inside is adorable, and they have the friendliest staff. It's always the same woman taking my order, and she is so kind and helpful. She recommended I get the espresso Frappuccino with coffee added to it - I'm in love! So delicious, especially with whipped cream, and half the price of Starbucks. They also have amazing pastries, as well as gelato that we haven't tried yet but looks delicious. The cold case hosts a fantastic array of cakes and other treats. I tried an Americano and it was just lovely. Plenty of drink options including Vietnamese coffee, we got an assortment but I think the pink guava tea stole the show, wish it was a little larger for the price, but the taste was still great. Chocolate covered strawberry was definitely overpriced, if it wasn't for the toddler that was with us that demanded that, would never have paid $5 for that. The little patisserie has a variety of fresh made pastries. Almond Cookies, banana bread that are shaped like actual bananas, strawberry twists and so much more.
