We had a working lunch last week and I am still thinking about the great taste of that turkey wrap I had. mmmmm We ordered about 8 sandwiches online, it took about 30 mins to prepare and we went to pick it up (literally right down the street). When I got there, absolutely no problems. The order was ready to go-they were waiting for me :) We had turkey, chicken, southwestern,tuna, and veggie style wraps, all nice in size, all delicious. While each wrap was about $9 bucks/wrap (by itself), it was worth it. Absolutely delicious. Free delivery with purchases over $25 bucks, and they send out great coupons through the mail as well. My driver probably isn't even back to the store yet and here I am. I placed an online order @ 12:14 am, the driver was at the door of my building @ 12:42. Less than 30 mins. My food (mac n chz w/ broccoli and grilled chicken) was still hot, my dr peppers cold, ice-cream still frozen, and my cupcake was placed ever so gently so as not to fall over in its container. I was a Pink Dot virgin until today, and I gotta say...my first time was *great* ;) I am impressed. Im sure they take longer than 29 minutes during busier hours, however I would definitely be inclined to use their services again. It was late and we didn't feel like going out. We were hungry and out of cigarettes. Pink Dot delivers select cigarettes and booze! Having lived in CT all my life (where we having nothing like this) I thought this was the greatest thing ever! We also ordered corn chowder, cupcakes, a baked potato, a wrap and some drinks. They brought to us: chicken noodle soup, a brownie, an ice cold potato, the wrong wrap and only 1 of the drinks we ordered. I'm so confused as to how our order was so wrong?!?!?! I've ordered from this place a few times in the last few years. Every time I order, I ask myself "why did I do it again?". They never get here on time, their food is frozen food at best and their customer service is sub standard. The new delivery apps are much easier to use, faster and great customer service. First time going to Pink Dot and let me tell you...I was in Aahhh!! What didn't they have at their store and they deliver too which made it even better. The prices were pretty good, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. The store itself was very clean and organized which made it easy to find what I wanted. Came to Pink Dot the other day and while checking out found out they make sandwiches. I ordered the Turkey Sub and very surprised, I had no idea Pink Dot could make a sandwich that tasted that good and that was loaded with so much meat. It was made super fast. Avoid at all costs!! Waited over 2 hours for incorrect order. About 25 minutes after I ordered I received a phone stating they were out of ingredients for my sandwich and asked if I would pick another. I did and explained that I wanted no onions or vegetables of any kind, which of course, it showed up covered in. None of the food is hot and they offered nothing for my wait or cold food. not a professional delivery service. I've been waiting over an hour for a simple convenience store item that I paid 11$ delivery for. they were out of the product I wanted and i got a call from an unknown number and no message was left, no indication that pink dot called or that my order was out of stock. I just thought it was a spam call because no message no text, nothing. I ended up calling back the number and they guy answered with an attitude stating that he didn't wanna assume and that he's out of stock and was waiting for me to call back. why would I think to call back an unknown number that is not associated with the delivery service ? I said I've been waiting over an hour and he didn't seem to care. if a customer has paid for something ahead of time and you're calling from a number not associated with your business you should atleast leave a message or a text Instead of just not showing up or not trying to call a second time or something. I try really hard to only write glowing reviews so this sucks. Pinkdot used to be my go to for delivery but it's gone WAY downhill. Last 3 orders were 90mins-2hours plus. They always claim to be short-staffed when I call wondering where my order is, but do nothing to resolve the issue if they are. The last time my friend and I ordered off of Pink Dot's website - not thru Postmates - we ordered a bag of ice and a bottle of tequila. The driver delivered us a bag of ice and someone else's food. We called Pink Dot immediately and they said nothing could be done to rectify this situation. The receipt for the food was on the bag, so we called those people and they came and picked up their food, the driver never showed up to there place, and they stole both of our drink orders. I still haven't seen a refund to my account. This dependable service has gone off the rails. Huge disappointment, and what a waste of money for their business - had to supposedly refund over $200 in orders because their "uncontactable" driver from their own website wasn't able to be reached because of their business protocols. Also, if you order by phone, good luck if your order goes thru or some snappy jerk person doesn't just hang up on you mid order. BYE PINK DOT. Really convenient place with a cool selection. Over priced but high rent I'm sure. No price tags is very annoying and kind of schemey. In the past, employees didnt like to go out of their way to help identify prices and have confused me for a tourist. It came off as rude, and this wasn't the only time I left the store rubbed the wrong way. When I wrote a review about it in the past the owner reached out, but I never responded because I didn't want to feel obligated through bribery to change my opinion based on my experience. I would have said something like, if you're going to price things so high and not put price tags, you should be giving the extra money to the employees so they are more willing to be more helpful when a customer wants to know about a price. Figure I'll give it a second chance now that my voice was heard, and even raise the star count of my review but will most likely stick to the post mates version so I can see prices and not have to deal with the whole issue. Good food in the kitchen. It would be a shame to miss out on the convenience and selection that it has to offer. read more

What better timing than on Halloween? My bf and I stopped by this place to pick up some snacks before heading to the West Hollywood for the Halloween parade. Pink Dot is conveniently located on the corner of La Cienega and Sunset blvd. What's even more cool is that they make home deliveries with their cute little mini beetle car. Of course there is a limit on the radius ( around the West Hollywood area) Apparently,they are known for their alcohol, wine, and spirit.
