I had never been here before, but decided to try it because a friend had just been there. The new owner was sweet and the place was full. The atmosphere was cool, calm but welcoming and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I asked for a pedicure and was immediately given a chair. Someone said that it was under new ownership and I also saw the old owner working also. The new decor was striking, fall flowers everywhere, decorations adorning chairs, tables and front doorway. I went for the first time with my daughter and waited in the pedicure chair they had me sit in for 15 minutes I asked them to help me with the massage chair after sitting in the chair for 10 minutes then they finally did. then I asked them if they could soak my feet and they said they don't like soaking feet for a long time. I just sat there for at least 15-20 minutes with nothing. if they would of helped with the chair and had my feet soaking in water I wouldn't mind waiting at all, but I was literally just sitting there there the whole time while my daughter got her nails and toes done then they were going to help me. why put me in the chair if I can't even use it! Every couple of months or so, I come here for pedicures. They do excellent work at very reasonable rates. The atmosphere is relaxing and the ladies are very sweet, too. It had been years since I got a set of nails. I gave up the hassle of having to get fills every couple of weeks after I no longer needed perfect looking nails for work. However, I was getting married in a few days so I knew my nails had to be done. They were so wonderful when I told them the occasion. They went above and beyond to give me special pampering before my big day. They also made recommendations on the style and length of nails that would look best in pictures. I had never had ombre nails before and loved them! Also, though my nails were longer than I had initially wanted, they were absolutely correct about them looking better that way in wedding photos! This is a great place to get your nails done. They just got some new gel colors. They have more than enough to satisfy any color you want. The new colors have matching gel and regular colors, so you can match your fingers and toes! Sometimes they let you know it's okay to come down, but the wait is longer than they say or its busy - but it's worth the wait. They sometimes play the music to some hit Broadway tunes. read more

Came in early in the morning and they weren't super busy yet. Lynna did my manicure and pedicure. I asked for gel pedicure but they only did regular, there was no UV light, just fanned with their menu to dry off. I did French tips with an added sparkle for my manicure and she did a nice job. In the middle of my manicure however there were two people who walked in and the owner said something in Vietnamese and my manicurist all of a sudden started rushing to get my nails done. The owner then seated two ladies for pedicure and had their feet soaking for 15 mins+. I understand that you want to keep their business but if you don't have the people to serve them right away then you shouldn't have their feet soaking and looking pruny. Because of the owner, the manicure was rushed and the manicurist spent all of 30secs putting on the lotion and massage. Cleanliness: I like how they have individual packaging when it comes to their tools however not all tools were sanitized like this. They also did not use liners for their pedicure(will not be back for this) Overall the manicure may be worth it but the pedicure definitely isn't. read more

I've been a regular here for far too long. Approximately 3 years I've been going to this nail salon. I should have stopped coming here a long time ago. It's proximity to I-5 was the reason I came here. Just swoop in there after work on a weekday. Color selection is good, the workers are good. My only complaint is the way I've been treated here. On several occasions, I've been treated like a second rate client--when all clients should be treated first rate. I understand it gets busy, and if you don't have a reservation the wait time might be slightly longer. On days I do have a reservation, I felt like the owner still instructed the workers to take the more favored clients. The fault doesn't lie on the workers, the owner is the one who doesn't treat her clients respectfully. I'm a paying customer, I tip well; it just felt like the owner played favorites with her clients. There were 3 occasions I can think of where I have had to wait a very long time to be serviced. There was one visit where I was already getting my manicure, the owner told the worker something in Vietnamese. The lady working on me looked at me with the sweetest smile and apologized. She was instructed to go help another client who had just walked into the salon. It was a busy day, I had to wait awhile for another worker to become available to finish me up. For that, I've finally decided to go elsewhere for my nail needs. read more

So I'm here at the salon updating my review. You would think given my last review I would have avoided returning, but alas out of desperation and proximity in walking in the heat, I'm back! I intended with my daughter to get a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Upon seeing the price for gel mani ($30), I changed my mind and opted for delux pedicures for both of us ($22 each). Since having returned from the Aloha state, our feet were in need for pampering. The leg massage with the exfoliating scrub was satisfyingly long enough, however I wish she was a bit more aggressive. She seemed to be a timid one (not good for my type A personality!). I also wish she spent more time with the stone on my heels. Walking in slippahs (flip flops) for the past weeks have not been a good look for the bottom of my feet! However with all of this, she did a pretty good job with my toenails; they are so pretty! read more

I walked in here needing a pedicure. Walked out with 3 ingrown toenails. Yes you read that correctly. THREE ingrown nails. 3 sides of the big toes now have very deep ingrowns that are oozing pus. I got the pedicure last night at 7pm and had pain. Mimi the lady who did it said to come back if it still hurt. I woke up at 4:30am due to the throbbing in my toes. Haven't been able to sleep since. Came in to see mimi just now and she squeezed pus out of the sides in front of me and said it's nothing. There's nothing she can see and when I asked if another lady could take a look she said no. No one else would even come forward. I had told her yesterday not to cut the sides and she still did saying nothing will happen. Now she is saying it will Hurt for a few days and get better by it's self. I am so angry. I paid $30 to get my toes full of pus! Be aware and stay away!!! read more

Well ... I was so excited to finally get my nails done but I'm sad to report the way they do nails is so unsatisfactory. I had my nails done on June 19th (the day they opened) and I had to go back just a week after to get them touched up because they were already starting to lift. So I went back and still felt like they weren't that sturdy ... now less than 2 weeks from when I got them done a nail has already popped off ! I need to update that as of this morning, 3 other nails have come off! read more

WORST MANICURE EVER!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for YEARS.. I come to this nail salon once maybe twice a month and receive the best service/quality every time. Today, a new manicurist did my gel manicure and it was AWFUL!! The polish was chunky and there was nail polish all over my fingers. It was so bad I had to ask her to take it off. The manicurist did a horrible job taking it off. You can see in the pictures how there's still polish on my nails, she filed down to the bed and there's excess cuticle/nail residue around my nails. KRISTINA, the owners wife, stood up and screamed at my mom and I for asking for a refund on my gel manicure. She yelled at us and said "don't ever come back!!" Thanks to Kristina, we will be telling our friends, other loyal customers and family NOT TO COME HERE! If zero stars was option, that would be my rating. read more

was looking for a cute nude and purple ombré look with short coffin nails and was told that wasn't possible and that I was wrong multiple times. (I have been doing nails for a couple years and have done ombré gel nails myself). IT CAN BE DONE, THE LOOK I WANTED CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED!!!!! I did try to trust the process and allow her to try to do the gel ombre and it was more of a 50% purple and a 50% tan with slight swirls in the middle and that's all the effort that she wanted to put in. Once I saw how bad the nails looked I asked her to do all purple and she then proceeded to put purple on my nail and didn't even remove the polish she already had on my nails. My nails are now bulky miss sharpen and supper long. Exactly what I was looking for. A lot of huffing a puffing from the nail tech, so sorry to be inconvenient for you to put in a little effort. If anyone has any recommendations for nail salons that would help, this is another salon that I will now refuse to return to. I would leave zero stars but unfortunately you have to give at least one. read more

I went in the next day and complained and they started yelling and saying it was my fault and that regular polish is only guaranteed for one day! What?? They said I should have gotten gel! I've been coming here for years to see Kristina and the other girls with my mom. Well at least for pedicures. I got my nails done elsewhere in the past just because I originally started somewhere else. I've never had any issues with pedicures. I got mine done yesterday by May and she did a great job and was very friendly and I didn't have any complaints. I would rather not post a picture of my toes but just know that they came out perfectly fine. The prices here at Harbour are really good and I must say it is so clean and neat and relaxing opposed to some other nail salons that I have been to. They play really relaxing music and have massage chairs and individual packaging for tools. While it is usually pretty open during the week, if you're planning on aiming for the weekend I would always call ahead. This place can get super packed on a Friday or Saturday. Or just do yourself a favor and come during the week so they have more time to give to your nail service. read more

This isn't my normal nail salon, but they are in the area, so I thought I'd drop in for a full set and pedicure. The nail tech took me immediately and started my pedicure. I always get a French pedicure, which I thought is a basic request. It was horrible!!! My toes looked like a preschooler painted my nails and she didn't even use a top coat. Not to mention that I was a little thrown off when she used a paper fan to dry my toes, but I wasn't too bothered. As she is fanning my toes she tells me she doesn't have time to do my full set, but to come back later. This was the worst pedicure I've ever received and will NEVER go to this location again!!!
