It was my first time here , I had a manicure and a pedicure and one person did both which took along time and usually with other salons two people do it. They offered a mask but after you would say yes they tell you it will be $2 for a mask!!! Also my nails are not perfect. First off this place has to be one of the nicest and clean nail spa. They have talented nail techs that's did an amazing job on my toes and nail dips. Secondly all the staff are so nice. I would like to thank the staff and the owner for being so kind and patient with me and my baby. I had to make a last minute appointment to get a pedicure and dip nails for a up coming trip and had to bring my toddler with me. He usually has a good temperament, and so happy with hanging out but wasn't feeling his self that day. The owner took his time to give him snacks and carried him around to say hi too all the people. It's warms my heart to know they're still kind hearted people that lend a helping hand to a stranger when in need. He didn't have to help me but he did I'm forever grestful. I will be referring my friends, coworkers and family to this place. This place is my go to! read more

Have been here 2 times for pedicures. First Time with appointment I might add, had to wait on someone for 15 mins to come do my pedicure while I was sitting waiting on them. Tried them a second time thinking it would be better. Poor customer service. The lady that did my nails looked like she was forced to do pedicures. Her work sucked by the way. I came to visit my friend in gilbert and i was excited to come here because my friends nails always look so good. my nails look awful and i called them and they later told me they could only offer me a $15 gift card as compensation. I dont live nearby so i couldnt go and get them redone, but i dont even want to go back. the lady doing my nails was rude and she even took me back after i was done to fix them and somehow made them look even worse. im upset with how they handled this, dont go here. read more

Horrible! Every time we go I make an appointment and still end up waiting 30-40 min to be helped. I always get stuck with a tech that is new or is horrible and my nails never look good. For my daughter they will usually put her with someone better and charge me more. Today she went and they messed up her nails so bad she left crying. We will not be going back, ever!!! I went here a few weeks back and I'm so glad I did. This place is much more convenient for me and Lynn did a great job. Everyone was super friendly and the place was extremely clean. I am looking forward to getting a pedicure in their nice new pedicure chairs. Take the time to make an appointment if possible. I think in our busy lives we forget that appointments are important and we try to squeeze things in like our nails and then are disappointed if we have to wait. Make this place a must try. read more

We had a great first experience at this nail salon so we returned but this time we planned ahead and made an appointment. When we arrived they took us back within a few minutes but we did not get any of the people we specifically booked for. The lady I got did not understand English so when I asked for my nails to be cut a certain way she didn't understand but continued to file them down slanted until she reached my skin and I had to tell her to stop. I was getting the service done for a wedding and there was no way to fix the mess she created. They gave me a $5 discount for the mistake but the bigger picture is if you have an appointment with someone, you assign that person to the customer and none of this would have happened. Bad quality product and over priced!!! I have been there twice now and both times my nails have chipped within a few days. By day 7, I had to completely remove the set both times because the chipping/cracking was so bad. I got dip powder on my natural nails both time for reference. I brushed the first time off as if it was the nail tech. and decided to go back with a friend. We BOTH had the same exact issues the second time around. Also, I want to point out that they are way over priced. Paid $102 (before tip) for a dip manicure ($40) and 'deluxe' pedicure ($37) with gel - so $25 to add the gel on my toes?!! Definitely will not be going back. *** I understand I could probably have gone back in and have them fix it. However, I barely have time to go in the first place ... let alone sit there for a second time within a week to do it all over again. It's clearly their product. read more

They had to do my nails (acrylic) THREE times, the first two sets were really uneven. The second set fell off within about 5 days, I called and they offered to redo it for free so I went in and got them redone for the third time; a week later they all fell off again. I've gotten acrylics for 2 years and I've NEVER had acrylics break off so easily. I'm really disappointed that the quality is lacking because the salon itself is beautiful and clean but I'd rather go to a smaller less nice nail salon if they can do a better job. read more

We have been coming here for over 2-years and then a new owner bought the place and hired the 2 nail techs that spoke the best English with no business experience to run the place. Sam one of the managers became belligerent when I questioned the pricing which has gone up for the same service around $15-$20. She brought over a piece of paper with hand written prices scribbled and scratched off and tried showing me the prices. Somehow a $40 fill became $70. They charged me to change the shape which the previous guy who did my nails changed to what he wanted and when I said I want the shape back to what I always have they charged me $5. Then another $5 because they had to replace a nail and I used to always get ombré with acrylic colors but now they won't do that and only will air brush which is another hefty add on which they never tell you any pricing. This place used to be the best now is a very shady establishment. There are way too many nail places to put up with the horribly rude experience we encountered. And to the little snotty new girl who copped an attitude because I was questioning pricing who jerked and burnt my fingers purposely, cut my finger and ripped off one of my nails as I screeched fits right in with the new ownership. The supposed responses back to some of the other complaints by the "owner" what a joke learn how to type and spell a sentence that makes any sense. read more

First time there for an express pedicure. The up-sale (for the fancier pedicures) pressure was insane. I didn't appreciate that at all. Also, I didn't really "need" callus remover (I'm pretty good with the pumice at home) but my nail tech was so pushy about me getting the callus remover, that I caved and had her do it. There is mixed truth in all of this and please understand I wanted to go there first but when I called, you didn't have anything available around 1pm when I called and I was leaving out of town and had a lot to do to prepare for my trip so the later appointment was not good for me. That's why I had to check somewhere else. I'm not the only one who has done that and I'm sorry that offended Lynn because I never wanted to do that. I didn't book that appointment, so I don't know how I was scheduled. When you say I was late and you called me, I never thought about that until now but I thought you were calling me because you were checking to see if I still wanted to go in, like maybe you thought of me and you had an opening. I didn't get my nails done at that other place and I had already decided that I wasn't going to get them done before my trip but because you guys called me and caught me by surprised , I said yeah I'll be there in 10 min.. I must have misunderstood. I didn't mean to hurt Lynn, I am not happy with the receptionist service since day 1 when she forgets to charge me for things and gives me 1 price and changes it when I'm ready to pay. She's done that to me several times. I always ask her are you sure, because it's happened so many times. I won't go back there ever and everything comes out at one point or another so your clients will see from this review my experience and hopefully come forward if they had a similar experience.. I am not wishing anything bad but I do wish you well.. we weren't a good fit for each other and that's all, but this is the first time I have had this level of unprofessionalism even from your response using the word salty, that's immature.. that is not even professional communication. I got white nails my last fill at a different salon and they turned out streaky and my nail shape was not what I asked for. I drove by and decided to give them a try. This place is AMAZING! I got a full set of nails and eyebrows waxed by Tina. She was super friendly and very attentive. My pedicure was with Kim. She was so patient, my feet were a mess. She did a fantastic job and REALLY took her time. Foot and leg massage was amazing. I was constantly checked in on by all employees. 1star because I can't give a zero. This was by far one of the worst nail salon experiences we have had. I scheduled a day in advance specifically asking for 2 pedicures and a manicure with females. When we arrived we were scheduled with a male when I said no we prefer women we were badgered by the girl at front desk as to why we didn't want a male. Saying is it because they are rough etc . I said yes when I wanted to say"Um It's truly none of your business lady check your other reviews others say the men are rough". She then yells back to 2 females in their dialect and ushered us back to them. They both had horrible attitudes from the very beginning. They did not greet us or make any small talk at all. Mine acted extremely bothered by anything I asked her about. Even yelled at me when I asked for assistance with the pedicure chair because it was ridiculous to operate and not relaxing at all. The towels they used were colored, stained and worn out and looked like something used for house cleaning . Not the nice white ones used at just about any other salon in the area. Lastly my lady did not bother to do a top coat on my pedi. My friends pedi was bad also they left her nails jagged uneven with the ends of her nails left with out polish so they appeared rubbed off.
