I usually go to Billy to get my feet done but today he was working with somebody else so they gave me this older lady that did my feet. She was so rude to me. She didn't take her time she cut nails uneven. Usually they put a jelly under your feet to get your callus off your feet but this lady didn't do it so when I looked, I still had a lot of callus under my feet I told her to get more off and she just gave me an attitude about it and then when it was time to paint my nails, she just got up went to the corner and just went on her phone while my guy Billy came to do my feet, the package I pick usually Billy ask me to pick what kind a color jelly to use on my legs but this lady just picked whatever color she wanted and I wanted the lavender and the whole time she gave me a complete attitude and was just so rude and then when Billy was coloring my feet, I told him that she didn't use the jelly for my callus remover, and he told her to redo it for me, but she only did 1 foot and she did a half fast job and the whole time she look like she was pouting and complaining at this point I was really upset and I just wanted to leave the manager cash me out and asked if I was OK I told him no and I was just really upset because she did a half assed job. I told him about the whole Calais situation he touched my foot and he looked at my nails how uneven it was and he kept apologizing and he gave me $10 off which is fine because it's not about the money It's just the way I was treated I paid $60 for a gel pedicure and it's already expensive as this you would think they would take pride and joy into making sure everything is done correctly not half fast. This is why I only go to Billy and then when I came home, I noticed a skin under my feet was just hanging out at this point I'm just so livid and so upset. read more

Very disappointed! Picked out a color then switched it for what was recommended- my mistake should have just stick with my original choice. Not thrilled with the color. Felt like toenails could have been shaped and filed better, but Gel Pedicure was fine. Worst gel manicure I have ever had. I have a gel kit at home and I should have just done them myself. Nail shape is poor, she didn't have me wash hands after buffing so all of the residue made the polish bumpy. Air holes and bumpy at the end so she buffed down again, washed and added more layers. Now they look thick and just a not great- bumpy, thick, and some specs stuck in the polish. Shape is bad. Still paid full price plus tip. Wasted $100+ Will stick with Kelly nails, greenfield nails, or just do them myself. Place was clean and they tried to be nice, but still disappointed I wasted time and money read more

I have been here a few times now for the SNS dip polish. The place is very clean and smells good as soon as you walk in. The music isn't overly loud or annoying. They have plenty of TVs and comfortable chairs. Their color selection is fantastic! The most I have seen and great colors. They always offer something to drink or snack on. I never take the snack cause I'm having my nails done and eating while doing that isn't very appealing. My 4 stars instead of 5 come from the prices. They charge $45 for SNS. That is $10 more than the average salon. My nails aren't out of this world better than any other place so I cannot say it is worth the extra money. My manicure took considerably longer than most too because they are meticulous. Not a bad thing, I just dont like to sit there for that long. Otherwise, I recommend you check this place out for yourself. I love the lotion they use at the end as well. Smells so clean and refreshing but not overbearing. read more

Usually I love Pink Polish nails. I've referred people to this salon many times. I am, however, extremely disappointed by them. I went in for a full set and did not like the color, I came back the next day. They still charged me to change my color and then took of the gel polish with a tool that was very painful. A lot of the employees stopped by the man who was changing my polish to look at me and say something to him and laugh and then walk away. I work in hospitality and know how annoying it can be for difficult customers, which is why I was nothing but nice to them and only expressed what I really wanted for my nails. They did not file them, they did not really do anything to fix it except for sand down the original color and paint over it with white. I felt like an annoyance to their day instead of a loyal customer coming back to get a color change one day after getting the set. This is the bumpiest, ugliest set of nails I have ever had done. I am frustrated with their unprofessionalism. I will not be returning. read more

I advised them that i had called in and they said "well that's why you should make an appointment", which I had already done. 9/10 times I come here the service is so wonderful! I love the owner and her daughter. They're both so sweet and kind! I love the complimentary snacks, drinks and the atmosphere. Occasionally (just like at any salon I've ever gone to) my friend and I will get a new tech we've never met before that gives painful/rough pedicures and has a bad attitude which stinks. But we also keep in the back of our head that it was just a bad tech, not a bad salon. The regular techs that we see every time we're there give 110% and truly care about their clients wishes and always have a smile on their face! I would have given 5 stars but there's that occasional tech that really doesn't care about their client and doesn't care if their comfortable which forces me to give 4/5 I still continue to go to this salon! read more

I came here because the pictures on their Instagram were so pretty!! I was so disappointed with the result. My nails were $70, my most expensive set ever, and they looked nothing like what I asked for AND they broke after 3 days. Parts of my nail weren't even covered by the acrylic and the acrylic was bumpy and uneven. The shape was inconsistent, the lengths were all different, and most of my nails were placed crooked. Me and my boyfriend went in today and got pedicures done and the lady was so rude that did my toes completely ignored when I asked multiple times to file and trim my nails down. And then was disrespectful when I asked to put another coat of color on because you could see the streaks of the polish. My first experience here was great. My second, not so much. Sat soaking for 25 minutes waiting, no problem. This only became a problem when I started to smell cigarette smoke......through my mask! Turns out, I was waiting soaking in cold water while the nail tech was outside smoking with the back door open. I got right up, and left. We were asked to wait in the lobby for nails to dry about 2 minutes after pedicures were done so they could get new clients in, but there were plenty of other open chairs. Also, I developed a painful bacterial infection on one of my toes 36 hours after the pedicure requiring antibiotics. I will not be going here ever again. read more

It has been a few months since I was last to Pink Polish. For several years I have touted how it's my favorite place. I especially liked that it was family owned and operated. This last week I went in for a gel pedicure and I noticed that there was a noticeable difference in the vibe and atmosphere. All the same furniture nothing, out of place but the smiles largely unfamiliar and warm greetings gone. I was not offered a drink like normal and my pedicure was mediocre at best. I paid $59 for a pedicure, extra 15 for gel and for $5? For them to put acrylic on one toe, split as a result of HIIT work outs. Perhaps that's the going rate now but It felt pretty hefty and the massage and attention to detail was not there. I asked if they by chance were under new ownership and the lady said yes, about a month ago. She said nothing else. No real interaction anywhere. This was the same lady who was hovering over all the techs checking out the work they were doing. Again, there were no smiles here and there was nothing special about the pedicure in fact it felt rather incomplete. I sensed unhappy staff. Incomplete/Poor cuticle and dead skin clean up ( I know gross but it's a pedicure), sharp nail edges where I had to do repeatedly to smooth them, and polish chipping 3 days after where I never had that issue with PP gel pedis before. It may be time to look for another place. read more

I've been coming to this place since it opened and they always do an amazing job but last time I went I was highly disappointed. The pedicure was rushed, she left bubbles on my nails because it was a gel polish and she kept hitting my feet on the light, sloppiest paint job where there was globs of clear gel on top of my nails and to top it off three days later I find out one of my toes gets an infection from this pedicure. She's always asked if I like the length, the color and the shape! She was so sweet and offered me water also.
