Awful how negligent employees can ruin whole icecream with kids experience. We came in with 2 kids, and there was nobody at the register. guy was sitting and waiting I asked if has seen someone he said not yet. We stood and waited nobody came out from the back to greet. Then we waited, and waited after we called they came out laughing clearly very annoyed that we "interrupted" whatever they had going on in the back. After they came out, one of the extra slowly and annoyed took the order. 2 and 3 year old were loosing their minds but she had No effort or care. She literally dumped everything in a cup and slowly started to ring up them got distracted by another employee half way..Eventually I told her politely to finish what she does and pointed that it doesn't take 18 minutes to get 2 cups of ice yogurt.. thats when instead of apologing another lady starts talking back to me. Saying "no you weren't here for 18 mins, maybe 10 tops and we were changing shifts so what we can't talk?" My jaw dropped, my kids were crying at that point being teased by a yogurt that was sitting there melting while there "talking to each other in Spanish" I will never ever step by foot there and don't recommend for anyone who cares for any service. God know with that attitude how clean they are

Still obsessed with Pinkberry. Nothing compares--it's still my all-time favorite spot for frozen yogurt, no question. Whether you call it yogurt or ice cream, it's just consistently delicious. The hazelnut chocolate alone is enough to keep me coming back, and the toppings are my FAVS - sprinkles and mochi. Really hoping they stay in business! I love you PB!!

inside the Pinkberry. They remodeled this place. They used to have a tree right in the middle. Both decors are acceptable.

I remember when they were building this Pinkberry. Now it's one of the hottest spots for Frozen Yogurt in Studio City. This is my go-to location since it's close to home and whenever I am craving for some fine, quality Frozen Yogurt. On my way home today I stopped by to grab a medium size fro-yo and I don't care much about toppings, because I like my Frozen Yogurt plain.. so I can really enjoy the flavor. Every now and then I might add Strawberries and Mochi. I love the texture of their plain Fro-yo more than other places that I have tried. I know they have multiple locations but somehow this is home to me. Service can be hit or miss here and there is always a long line outside the door. It has couple of seats right in the front of the shop and plenty of parking spaces shared with so many well known businesses. Prices are a bit expensive for the portions. I can't believe I haven't done a review all those years that I have been going to this location. I guess today was the day! Keep up the good work:-)

I always love Pinkberry!! The original is just so tasty and has its own unique flavor. Since I've been coming to Pinkberry the menu hasn't changed too much. There is a price difference for without and with toppings. I always like getting my yogurt with mochi and some sort of nut.

This is the sample sized soft serve that they charged me $7.50 for.

I was just robbed at this place. I asked the attendant for the price of the kids cup. She said $3. I ordered 2. When I went to pay, she charged me $15 for both cups. I asked her and she said too bad, I already paid. This is the cup I got for $7.50.

I got the tart flavor with mochi, mango, and kiwi. It was tasty but tasted exactly like regular yogurt lol not much different from eating Chobani at home. And you only get 3 toppings even though a small is $8.75??

Stopped by for an evening treat because I remember back in the day when Pinkberry was a hot commodity. I always order the tart yogurt with fruit. When I arrived, the shop was clean, but the case with the toppings was a a little disorganized. The fruit also didn't look the best. Service was OK, but overall the experience was a little underwhelming. As far as desserts go, not the most exciting. There are a lot of Frozen Yogurt options out there and I don't think Pinkberry would be my first choice. I wonder if it might just be this location? I think if they stepped up their presentation and fruit quality I would be a little more excited to come here.

No samples, no exceptions get it?!

If you like Pinkberry, you'll probably like this, but read to the end, you might get mad. I was craving Pinkberry when I saw the sign. I hadn't been in for what seemed 1 million years and walked in and asked for a sample of the mango, which I had not had before (PPS not as good as the original flavor)..."no samples!" The cashier said " It's on the sign." She pointed to a giant sign that I missed but shouldn't have because it was huge. "Oh," what if I don't like the flavor?" She shrugged her shoulders. I considered walking and turning around at it but it already convinced myself that this is exactly what I wanted. I ordered a small half mango half original with some toppings. I went to pay the bill "eight dollars" the cashier said " eight dollars?!" I questioned back reflexively. She shrugged her shoulders again. " this better be good." I said to no one in particular. It was not, it was just OK. I get that things are expensive now. It's hard to keep business is open etc., but to me at eight dollars you've passed the threshold of this is a "small" into, "this had better be really good" It wasn't terrible. It was just OK. and I for sure did not like the mango. So if you are craving pink berries, this location certainly delivers but with smaller portions, and less friendly than I remembered the pink berry of yore.

Sprouts had it, once I actually started eating it, they discontinued it lol. I love that for the majority of flavors it's so much cleaner than other brands. I realized there was flavors I wanted to try, not in those stores. I texted cs (SUPER helpful btw) but they told me the stores had all the flavors. GCM can be a pain, and my friend sent me a story about that store, so I'm glad I ended up in studio city. I wrote her name but can't find it. I think it was Mirka. So sweet and helpful. She was patient while I tried some of the flavors I had curiosity around but had never seen in the stores. At the time the double strawberry sees collab flavor was new, tried it and liked it. The pbj needed strawberry jelly instead. There was other flavors I hadn't heard of. It was nice to be at the helm of the flavors lol. I did a sampler flight and got the strawberry sees one to go home. I will say, it's $13 in store, and a while back WF had a kick ass sale and I paid $4! But they didn't have all the flavors! So I suppose it's worth it lol. I came again w a friend. I wanted to do the corn and berries and try the berry crumble. I was so intrigued by corn and berries, but let me tell you, it's chillin w its cousins in my freezer! I should've taken a pic of my freezer at the height of the sale! I think I have 8 pints in my freezer. Don't judge me. Some of my faves: summer corn & blackberries, brown sugar w milk Bordeaux, banana cream w toffee ettes, sea salt cream & cookies and golden state vanilla. I love churros & sprinkle cake - only available here. Haven't brought them home yet but they were part of my flight. I find it interesting, of all the flavors they find strawberry oversaturated, so you can only buy it here or online. I'm not big on chocolate but even w the ss cream & cookies, they're house made cookies and SO good! Despite the name, I didn't realize chocolate w polar bear paws was a chocolate based ice cream, again lol don't judge me. Most chocolate ice creams I've had in the past are hard to get through. Let's just say that pint lasted 2 days once opened. I probably would buy it on a rare occasion but I was surprised with how smooth it is. I brought my friend with me the second time, she got the Bordeaux one after tasting. I tried to tell her it was available at WF, but that's not her usually store so she paid it. Again I'm struggling with the name of the guy that helped us. Kind and patient. Obviously I'll be back when something I'm intrigued by is only here or online. I'm extremely happy that they don't just deliver an epic product, but the service also lives up to it. It's a place I'll happily return.

VERY EXPENSIVE! Got Vanilla and some other creamy ice cream (can't remember the name), that had four different types of nuts: pecans, peanuts, walnuts, and almonds. The name wasn't stated on the receipt. The ice cream tasted delicious, creamy, flavorful, great texture and was well balanced. They have small stools inside, and somewhat long tables. They also have this long bench outside for people to sit on. Place was clean, street parking only and gender neutral restroom. The original McConnell's was founded back in 1949 in Santa Barbara. My son and I were there not too long ago and tried the original one in SB. They also have 3 other locations including this one. The vibe just didn't rub me the right way. All employees were somewhat trying their best to be helpful. They also serve sorbet, baked goods (which were empty). I wanted to get a cookie or a muffin. Whatever was left didn't look appealing. They make smoothies, shakes, and sauces. Everything from scratch. Time to make a trip to Freddos.
