Went to Pinkberry to purchase one the woman that ring me up told me that they don't accept Apple Pay and her broken English which is fine but as I'm reading every notice on the counter about Apple Pay and how they do accept Apple Pay I'm explaining to her for over three minutes as my Pinkberry was melting that clearly they accept Apple Pay or they wouldn't have all these notices about Apple Pay on the counter, she goes to the back for five minutes brings out another girl that's younger and she said in Spanish to the other lady something another 3 min goes by - then finally puts the Apple Pay machine in front of me and it this point my phone dies! I told her I'm A 15 year customer and I will come back next time with a card and she grabs my Pinkberry and throws it away in the trash and says no you can't have it!! I told her if it didn't take you 10 minutes to figure out that you Do take Apple Pay then we wouldn't have this problem and she didn't seem to understand except she just said sorry in a rude tone!! Great FroYo via Postmates. I haven't been inside this specific location but I have ordered it for delivery a few times now. Each time the yogurt has arrived without being too melted (I'm a 5-10 min drive away) and they put on a ton of toppings. It's one of the better frozen yogurt spots in the area. read more

I went tonight and had trouble ordering because the staff doesn't speak English. I asked what the Barbie flavor tasted like. And she couldn't answer. I asked if it was popular among adults. She said so you want Barbie? I said, No I want more information about it to help me decide if I should get it. She said Barbie Barbie. I gave up and said fine. She said what else? We went in on a Saturday a few weeks ago around 3:30-4pm, the place was nearly empty, just a family of 4 at the counter, & 2 adults were ahead of us. There was 1 girl who was feverishly trying to cash out her money draw, & one other girl who was waiting on customers, making smoothies, froyo-taking cash, hustling around. When it was our turn the "hustler" had to run in the back in order to make a smoothie, (very impractical), I got annoyed w/my bf for ordering it bc it took so long, plus I felt sorry for the "hustler," she was clearly getting exasperated... The other chick didn't look up from what she was doing, she just kept counting the bills & ignoring the hustler....I got a cup of froyo, easier than that damn smoothie! We sat down outside at 1 of the 2 outdoor tables. Sure enough, about 15 people started lining up, omg-that poor girl! The other one could care-less!! She hopped on out of there, leaving the hustler to fend for herself, it was really pathetic!! She couldn't just stay another 10-15 minutes to help "miss conscientious" get over the rush?? Seriously the dumbest thing I've ever seen, who does that? Pinkberry wouldn't compensate her if she stayed a few minutes to help clear the crowd? Maybe she had a hot date, or was going to another job,(doubt it), but other than that, the froyo is good, they do the service, don't blame them, people take advantage of the self serve in my humble opinion...It'd be a good idea to staff the place more wisely over the weekends when most people come out of the woodwork "jonsing," for a quicktreat...! read more

Not too good. The owner of this place is trying to skimp (go cheap) any way he/she can. It feels like. Couldn't believe the tiny bit of toppings they give. SO small. Hardly any. For the money you are paying! There was a woman customer who had ordered before me who suddenly came back and complained about this to the only person working there. She too complained about how little of toppings she got! I had agreed with her. Plus the tables were all dirty. Saw some customers have to keep changing tables because they were dirty. I had to clean mine myself. No one cleaned them. I guess the owner expects his one employee to do everything. Maybe he doesn't want to hire another person. "More money saved". Just a cheap feeling experience all around. For the high prices they are charging. Will not ever come back here. No way. Would rather just buy a pint of good ice cream at Vons or Trader Joe's nearby. The girl with the tattoo on her neck (Perla) is a toxic individual. She dismissed our online order, despite it being placed 30 minutes earlier to our arrival, making us wait an additional 45 minutes because there was a line out the door and those new orders were more important apparently. Pretty similar to any other Pinkberry out there. Same flavors. Same quality frozen yogurt. Same premium toppings. Same decor. Same seating (both indoor and outdoor). Same friendly service. The fro-yo temperature/texture here might have been slightly different though. Very cold. Not exactly icy but definitely cold. Also quite firm. While it was mostly smooth, it was actually quite dense like packed snow. While Pinkberry fans may not like this different texture, I actually thought it was not that bad (and kind of a nice change of pace). Things I love about Pinkberry: their Chocolate, Salted Caramel, and Chocolate Hazelnut. The topping choices - Nutella, toasted almonds, the sweetest raspberries, chocolate crisps, and several cereal options like fruity pebbles and Cap'n Crunch (to name my favorites). The seasonal flavors are always nice to look forward to as well - watermelon, mango, peach, coconut, pumpkin. It's all good. No matter which location you go to they all look similar and the staff is usually very friendly. People complain about the price but you get what you pay for. If you want cheap yogurt go to a self-serve fro-yo place. Those places are not as clean, the toppings are self-serve meaning people cough on them and touch them with their nasty hands, and to me they always leave a bad taste in my mouth (literally). But if you want quality Fro-yo, Pinkberry is the place and seriously it's like $5 for a medium with toppings. Thats really not that expensive for a dessert. Awful parking which I guess is pretty common for this area. The service was nice and friendly. Likewise, the store seemed welcoming and clean. They have seasonally flavors such as pumpkin. I believe they charge by the size and limit you to a certain amount of toppings because I didn't see our server weighing our creations. I like that the price is standard because toppings can add up. Overall Not a bad option if you can find parking. Tip Things have changed quite a bit since the last time I visited a Pinkberry. They now have cones, shakes, and smoothies. read more

This is one of the few locations that are pleasant to sit at, as well as easy to park at. They have a lot of table space and it's a good size. Service was decent. They got my order wrong, so I had to ask them to fix it, which they did. There is a dog friendly front patio with a water dish. I like that part. Pinkberry is Pinkberry. I asked for a medium original with mangoes to go...my fault but I came home and realized there were NO MANGOS. To think that I paid 95 cents extra for NO TOPPPINGS doesn't sit too well with me. 2. I've converted from Original flavour to Green Tea flavour with Granola. The green tea flavour from Rosegreen is better. So, yeah, it tasted kinda gross. I usually don't write reviews about anything. However, tonight my experience with this Pinkberry was horrible. I did an online order for a large yogurt with toppings. When I get there, the employee (a guy with long black hair) states there was no bananas and I politely walkout. However, then I walk back in because I noticed there's only a few mango and strawberry pieces in my yogurt (all I got was mango, strawberry, yogurt bits., and Nutella) and I wanted another topping in replacement of the banana they didn't have. I walk in wait in line again and politely ask him if I can get another topping in place of the banana they didn't have. He yells at me in front of customers telling me he gave me more of the other toppings because they didn't have the bananas. I tell him that's not what I'm asking because what I want is kiwi (a topping I didn't get). He then yells "I'll give it to you anyway even though I already gave you enough of the mango and strawberry". He then proceeds to add three small pieces of strawberry and a few of mango. And tries to hand me the small container but keeps getting frustrated that the lid won't close so he keeps trying to aggressively close it shut. I then walk out and notice him complaining to the other customers. My yogurt is usually amazing here and the ladies in this Pinkberry are amazing. However this guy was running around, and it looked like he was about to lose it. All I wanted was a bit of Kiwi, had he taken the time to listen to my concern, he wouldn't have assumed that I wanted more of the same fruit. When you're paying $12 (plus tip) for a yogurt you would hope it would be okay to add a few pieces of kiwi considering 8 toppings is the max and I only got 4 read more

I had my first Pinkberry at this location...a delicious chocolate frozen yogurt with chocolate chips. I loved it! I've tried Pinkberry before and really disliked the original flavor...but now I crave the chocolate yogurt every day! When we went around 2pm, my friends and I were the only patrons. The staff was so friendly and helpful...and patient. They let us taste test some of the flavors, and didn't rush us, at all. I only wish we didn't have to rush off to more meetings/work. Came here last night with my husband only because Yogurtland was already closed and we were on an evening walk without a car. The man at the counter was rude and arrogant. First he didn't ask, if it was "to go" and just stuck a spoon into my yogurt. Then he did not offer us any toppings and just put the lid on. So apparently when you buy a medium-sized yogurt you get free toppings, but when you buy a larger "go-home" bucket, you have to pay extra for the toppings! What a nonsense! He also lied about the nutritional value of the yogurts - I'd rather hear an honest "I don't know" than a lie. Every time we asked something he replied like we were bothering him. I absolutely LOVE Pinkberry however this location is such a pain to go to. Why you ask? PARKING! You spend the same amount of time looking for parking as you do eating your fro-yo.
