We ate here on a Saturday morning. Upon walking in I wasn't exactly sure where to go as there was a small room to the right but that must have been for pick up orders. After looking around the corner, we soon found the area to place our order. The woman who owns the place was so friendly and welcoming. The staff was very attentive as well, making sure we were good and had everything we needed. I had the breakfast pizza and the heath bar iced coffee. Both of which were very tasty! Excellent unique coffee shop in old Olive Branch. If you have some extra time and are tired of the typical chain coffee shops I highly recommend Pinks. The atmosphere is unique and relaxing. The coffee is excellent. They also have an excellent food menu. I had the BLET w/avocado and extra bacon. It's the best BLT I can remember eating. The service is also outstanding. I do not recommend if you are in a rush and only want a cup of coffee on the go. However, if you have an extra few minutes and are looking too check some emails and sit down to eat I highly recommend Pinks. I'll be back soon. read more

Excellent hidden gem breakfast/coffee spot. Friendly atmosphere but not a ton of tables. Luckily a nice pair of regulars shared their table with us. Lots of board games handy. My omelette biscuit was incredibly tasty; super fluffy eggs and a perfect biscuit. Service was a little all over the place, but that's kinda the plan, I think. Don't go in while in a rush. From out of town and Went here for breakfast due to ratings on yelp. Guess I was expecting a traditional cooked breakfast. Not here. Apparently they don't have a way to cook food but just microwave or heat up. All eggs were scrambled. The bacon was bought precooked and just heated. The atmosphere was nice. Upon entering and since my first time there, I was not familiar with the menu. Discovered it was written on a blackboard and quickly understood that it apparently was a sin to ask questions of the employee that was there to take my order. Ok Cracker Barrel, y'all got some hash brown casserole competition! Seriously the best hash brown casserole I've ever had! (I had to order an extra side!) Their fancy coffee is delicious!!! I got the Rolo (chocolate caramel), yummm!!!!! They also have salted caramel, heath, York, birthday cake, strawberry mocha and white chocolate mocha. Croissants are delicious, you can get savory breakfast ones or ones with toppings such as cream cheese and strawberry, pumpkin butter and even cookie butter!!! Cozy interior with outdoor patio area which will be awesome when it warms up! There are also cute books and games at each table to keep you occupied! The owner is super nice! She brought my kiddo a little treat while we waited for our food! Will def be back to try more coffee and croissants!! read more

We were staying at a hotel nearby looking for a coffee place and PINKS showed nearby while i was searching was glad i found it. The coffee was good thankful that it was not the lady who took my order made it coz she seemed to be in a rush while taking my order and when I asked her if she can add shot on my White Mocha order she said we dont put espresso on it we just put regular coffee which was new to me. And then later a very nice lady came out and confirmed my order and i was happy to hear her answer when asked what she's going to put on my WM the other thing is that the lady who took our order messed up my pastries order it was partly my fault since I didn't double check the bag before we left the place. So I order a BLT with Avocado and egg on a toasted croissant. I just want to lay down and take a nap. It was a lot more than I normally eat for lunch and I'm super full!!! The thing is I'm so glad I'm sitting in the back and no one can see me because I ate it like I had not eaten in 10 days!!! It was amazing!!! My little girl loved her hot cocoa which tasted like a plain mix you would buy at the store. We bought an extra large cookie to share and it was very good.
