I love the food. But I will say they need to be better on experience. I initially ordered my food and because there was no room i told them to go. As soon as i paid I asked to be changed to dine in. The young lady said well i put it in for carry out and even if you dine in the food will come out in to go containers!!!! How is that and its been 10 minutes and we have not received our food. How could that not be sent out on plates? Not real clear on this response. But the food is great and fun for moments of family bonding. read more

A cute eclectic place with a lot of options. I gave 4 out of 5 stars for 2 reasons. The first and most important is that they don't advertise prices. I have no clue how much I'm paying for anything when I order. How do I know I haven't been over or under charged? The second reason for a 4 star rating is the lack of seasoning. My eggs were very bland. Salt and pepper is available at the table, but I feel like good should be seasoned during the cooking process. read more

My husband and I are on vacation from southern California staying at an Airbnb in Olive Branch, Ms ...I wanted a coffee and found this place on Yelp. It's a quaint little place in old town Olive Branch and appears to be family run. I ordered an iced coffee and explained to the young girl how I order my coffee at Starbucks and she made me an even better version. My husband got a Carmel macchiato and said it was delicious. We decided to go back the next day for a quick breakfast here we went to Graceland. They were hosting a group of rescued boys from Ukraine that morning as well. We ordered the breakfast wrap. The wrap was delicious , wrapped in a light tomato wrap full of eggs, sausage, bacon hash browns and cheese. So filling I wasn't hungry again until dinner. We loved Pinks so much we stopped by on our way out of town and got another wrap and coffee! If you're ever in Olive Branch I highly recommend stopping in. read more

Wow... we were traveling here for a wedding and looked for a place to grab some food . That is where Yelp comes in handy and - as usual - did not let us down. Fantastic and charming venue, excellent food and an eclectic owner who makes the place fun - for example, there was edible glitter on my chicken salad croissant sandwich - and a Funky pickle! You will love it. Being from Kentucky we are a bit snobbish about our biscuit and gravy orders and this place - next to my wife's grandmother - had the best biscuit and gravy. Unexpected little coffee house! We were searching for a breakfast restaurant and discovered this unique, fun and surprisingly entertaining place. It has several subject areas within itself you may have to look for but I encourage you do. There are special spoons, antique dishes, homemade handbags, and you must see the middle dividing wall which is facing the front door. Look up high, see if you can do any of them. I can't tell you what they are, so go see! The food is delicious and prepared by two ladies. I don't know their story, unfortunately. I came across this cute little spot by chance. A quick search and I kept coming back to this one spot. The cashier was friendly, helped me pick items I would like based on what I usually like. She recommended the bacon egg and cheese eggie. It was delicious. The croissant was light and flaky, bacon is prepared in a circular manner(a little odd but cute) . It came with a side of fruity pebbles cereal, which was a little pleasant surprise. I also order a salted caramel macchiato. I was afraid it was going to be too sweet as when I visit other small coffee spots this is the case. They prepared my macchiato very well. Not too sweet, I may ask for an additional shot of espresso next time but I can say I will be back. I only took one star away because of seating (kind of tight) and no prices listed but it is reasonable in pricing in comparison to my usual coffee shop. read more

Ok, so my experience here is more about my 5 year old birthday party than mine. I came in one day desperate to find a place to trow a birthday party for a little girl that is so determine and smart she always knows what she wants and has great taste (no bossy, not pompous, just determine and mature). She wanted something girly for her 5th birthday that she shares with her 10 year old brother now that he decided he just wanted to celebrate with some friends, no shared party, so she was exited! I went in, saw this shop and instantly asked the owner LeAnne if she would be interested in renting it for me, She of course said yes without hesitating and after that we made an appointment to get all the details. We made the list, some things I got, some she did, like the exquisite Silver antique Tea set she got, the china and beverages. She is an amazing woman, with very good taste in details, so kind and so easy to be around with. The coffee is really good, the cupcakes also are very good and all the lunch menu overall is simple and tasty. Just passing through and wanted breakfast before hitting the road. It did take a while to get our order but the crustless quiche was fantastic as well as the Frolo (chocolate caramel 'frap'). The rest of the family ordered bacon egg cheese croissants and a cookie butter croissant. The owner was friendly and added in each box a 1/4 of a chocolate muffin which was a bonus extra special touch! The decor was a bit outrageous, funky, gypsyish but that's what makes a local coffee shop have character! It didn't open till 8am which for a 'coffee/breakfast' place, that's pretty late, especially when down the street there's a donut shop (which my family would've rather gone to) opened at 5am! While waiting, an 'employee' came in but didn't seem to do much especially when a man came in to order, he waited several minutes before really being acknowledged. But appeared to be a regular. I just expected her to help the owner who was the only one there when we walked in. If I lived near, I'd go back but more for the quiche and coffee. Not sure I'd enjoy hanging out inside though. read more

This is what transpired Saturday. I am adding responses to the Facebook review I posted. They pretty much blame me for being an impatient Starbucks type of person, which I am not. And, so what if I was??? We just left here. No idea if the food is good or not. We walked in and saw an acquaintance from church. That was a good sign, even though the staff never got off of the couch in back to greet us. We stood at the order counter and waited. Crickets. Regulars came in behind us. They were greeted and asked for their order. We welcome anyone who needs a quiet place to sit into the orange room. Second, I apologize if you didn't hear me say hello, I'll be right with you! The 'regulars' behind you and sitting at the only other table both mentioned ya'll were checking out the menu. I understood that as first timers checking out the menu Again, sorry for your experience. As you can see by our Numerous 5 star Reviews on Facebook and Yelp, we aim to please. Wish you would of stayed for a few minutes and chat with your friends that were already there! Me: Fair enough, but why take their order before asking if we were still looking or had questions? I never heard anyone say we were still looking at the menu. I heard you say hello. I said hi, and the customer behind me started letting you know what they wanted. We understand that LeAnn is a sole proprietor who can't afford to hire numerous staff - as a result sometimes like today the business exceeded the amount of staff scheduled . Getting put out and writing ugly reviews is just unnecessary - Pinks is a greAt place that people enjoy coming to . It's not for everyone so for those that feel the service is poor should probably keep to Star Bucks and Waffle House-#justsaying Me: It really didn't look busy. We love small, non-chain places to eat. I am not a Starbucks customer, but the girls at WH near Pleasant Hill do recognize us when we come in (every other month or so). Also, I rarely give negative reviews. This was just too much. It's our 22nd anniversary, and we were hoping to find a nice local spot for late Saturday breakfast on occasion. It felt as if non-regulars are second rate. The review reflects that impression. Pink's: Wished you stuck around a bit longer with an open heart and mind! Patience is definAtely a virtue in Pinks. I came in for the first time 6 months ago and haven't left yet! The ambiance is unique in the greatest way! My son says it's both comforting with a positive vibe and I can't agree more. It's a "hang out" for locals but out of town folks sit and share stories like we're all neighbors. I have now worked my way through the lunch menu and my favorites are the BLAT (Bacon, lettuce, avocado & tomato) and the egg salad which is made fresh while you wait!! Coffee! Oh my! It was so cozy and friendly, a welcomed change from chain restaurants. Can't believe I've never heard of it until now. The menu had so many different foods from quiches, all types of breakfast foods, soups, chicken salad, egg salad sandwiches, can't even remember them all. I was in the mood for a BLT and a cup of coffee. Coffee was delicious and I was surprised with the BLT. It was on a toasted croissant with a generous portion of bacon, lettuce, tomato slices and mayo. Price was comparable to driving around a chain fast food place... Horrible service, horrible food, horrible coffee. Extremely overpriced for what you get. I decided to give Pink's a try based on reviews, I regret that decision. I inquired about a chai latte and was told they were all out. I then asked if a tea latte could be made and the cashier/barista seemed puzzled and said she could "try to make it." I settled for a caramel macchiato thinking that was a safe choice. I also ordered a breakfast wrap and strawberry melt. When the caramel macchiato finally arrived after 15 minutes, it was cold and didn't taste like there was espresso in it. It was very watered down like they used a powdered mix of sort and water. All the while i was still waiting for my to-go orders. I walked over to the counter and told the cashier/barista that my drink was cold and if it was in fact a caramel machine because it tasted watered down. She looked offended and said there was espresso on the beverage. I told her it didn't taste like much of anything and that she should try it herself. She offered to make a new one. I declined and requested a refund on the drink. I inquired about my food order because I still hadn't received it after 25 minutes. She said it was "coming soon." Well, when she finally handed me the bag containing 2 relatively simple items that i had waited almost a half hour for; it was the same experience as the coffee. I never wrote reviews, but after visiting this spot, I felt compelled. I've learned my lesson. I'll stick with Starbucks or make something at home. read more
