Barely any room to dine in, but we did manage to snag very small table for our party of 4. If it's really busy, its best to just order take away. I got the Pinky's Breakfast Sandwich with avocado and this was GOOD! Everything was made to order and came out pipping hot. My friends and I finished everything on our plates which says a lot because we never do. Really enjoyed the food here and would totally come back if visiting again.
Great breakfast sandwich and coffee. My English and really bad broken Spanish from high school was enough to talk to the pretty cool staff. Pretend you're not a tourist and you'll love this spot. Small hole in the wall feel, take 1 or 2 people.
So glad we found this place! Came back two days in a row for the Pinky's breakfast sandwich. Took half to the beach for later. Our server was real sweet, can't say the same for the guy behind the counter. Real small place with 8 tables total but we didn't have to wait long either day. They also do Togo orders. Would highly recommend this place and will be bal every time!
Very small/limited capacity but luckily was not busy for lunch. We got the Vitamin C Batida, a Bocadillo, and Boricua surfer. All was delicious and the house made hot sauce was an incredible addition. Also love that the Batida comes in the blender so you get a free refill!!
What's that ol' stand up line? If the place was any smaller I'd have to go outside to change my mind! This place is tiny in size but mighty in the food it produces. Amazing. We were fortunate to time our arrival just in time to snag a table before a crowd gathered. Our spot was just outside the front door in the vestibule off the sidewalk. There's a vast menu of juices and smoothies and most entrees come with several eggs- like 4 or 6. Lipitor needs a side, I indulged and will adjust my diet when I return home. I ordered the Sassy Sailor and was very happy about the choice. I didn't finish it, though- GIANT burrito. The staff aren't going to win any awards for friendliness but it works. There was no hovering and no "did everything come out ok?" We were stay near by- on this end of Condado and would walk there again in a heartbeat/ provided my cardiologist signs off on it.
This has low key become my favorite restaurant in San Juan. I've tried multiple things on the menu and everything is good including the shakes. The service is always top notch, and even though the eating area is small it's worth the wait
The serving sizes here are nuts haha. Pinky's is perfect for a big breakfast before heading to the beach for the day, you won't be hungry for a WHILE. Our server was really sweet. She was also strict lol, the rule about not taking a table when you're waiting for takeout is serious. She made sure people weren't taking up space when patrons were waiting to dine in. The inside isn't large, roughly 4-5 tables inside and 5-6 tables outside. I had the Mallorca breakfast sandwich and it was really good! If i got it again, I think I'd ask for half the cheese. They don't skimp on the cheese at Pinky's. If you need a bit of grease (for a hangover or otherwise ), this is a great sandwich to fill your stomach. My matcha was good with oat milk, and brown sugar was provided for me to sweeten to my taste. Would recommend!
This was our last meal in PR and one of their signature pastry breakfast sandwich that they are known for. Man it was sooo good. Wish I can find a local place that has this. It had the perfect sweet and salty mix. The service was great and its a small place almost like a hole in a wall but the food was amazing!
Pinky's was overall delicious! The mallorca was on my must-try list, and it definitely met my expectations. It was sweet, savory, and filling. Service was friendly, though our server was busy attending to all the tables. The space is tiny, so there was a bit of a wait, but honestly, I wouldn't mind waiting when we visit PR again :)
Grabbed breakfast and coffee here before our Rainforest tour and they did not disappoint. It's a small cute spot, but can be very busy so I would suggest to get it to go. The coffee was strong, just how I like it, and portions large enough to split. I got the Mallorca sandwich was very savory but very delicious.

Let's talk about Pinky's -- the tiny breakfast spot in Puerto Rico with a line out the door and a wait time that was... optimistic at best. The waitress cheerfully told us "20 minutes," which she also told every person behind us. Cute. But, against all logic, we stuck it out. (Spoiler: It was way more than 20 minutes.) Luckily, there's a dispensary conveniently located across the street, so, you know... silver linings. Once we finally squeezed into this postage-stamp-sized restaurant (seriously, five tables--FIVE?!), we got down to business. The food and portions? Absolute fire. Most of us went for the bagel sandwiches stacked with crispy bacon and the perfect single egg, while one brave soul tackled the towering stack of French toast--and finished it like a boss. Respect. A couple of notes: No drip coffee, just espresso shots. But honestly? No complaints--the espresso was delicious and strong enough to revive the soul. The $5 fruit smoothies? Absolute perfection. Whatever secret ingredient they're adding, I fully support it. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I believe them if they said "20-minute wait" next time? Absolutely not. But with so many friends hyping this place up, I can now say I co-sign. Pinky's, you were wild--but totally worth it.
Day 2 in Puerto Rico and I have to tell you the secret to a scrumptious breakfast, shhhhhs don't tell anyone-Pinky swear! Pinky's is the perfect little breakfast spot to sit and enjoy a wholesome meal. The location is small so avoid taking large groups to dine in. However, there is a carry-out option. Service: the staff were pretty friendly. Ambiance: I love that this spot captured the history of its owners and past visitors but it gives such a California vibes in PR. Beverages: I can honestly say that their Café con leche hit the spot and was creamy and well brewed. Food: My dish: Boricua Especial Four eggs, green peppers, onions, tomato, Spanish chorizo, cheddar cheese, and boricua style side toast. Cost: $10.50 Portion: enough for 2 people! It's packed with flavor and beyond filling. I enjoyed every bite. Visitors be warned, the toast on the side was buttery and deadly, you'd want to eat all of the slices lol My boyfriend's dish: Pinky's Breakfast Sandwich Puerto Rican baguette, three fried eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, bolo ham, and pinky's garlic pesto mayo. Cost: $10.50 Portion: once again, these portions are huge and my boyfriend brought half of his sandwich back to the hotel. He loved his sandwich but raved about my dish more. He said that his sandwich had a lot of bread but he enjoyed the eggs and bolo ham. Overall, I rate Pinky's a solid 10 for a comfy and delectable culinary experience.

Pinky's was the only breakfast we ate while on vacation. My boyfriend and I both got the bagel breakfast sandwich. She cooked the bacon hard like we requested. I liked the sandwich, if you're not a hot mayonnaise person don't get this. My mayonnaise had already soaked into the bread but my boyfriends didn't he didn't pay attention to the mayonnaise part and ended up taken it off with a paper towel. The person taking our order was very helpful. I almost ordered raw salmon and she explained what it was to me. It's very pink inside hence the name. We took our breakfast to go, seating was limited it's a nice little place though. read more

We wanted to grab some breakfast before flying out. The service was so fast we showed up here 2 hours before our flight time and had no issues making it to our flight on time. The restaurant is pretty close to the airport. It's also pretty small, we decided to sit outside because we had our luggage and didn't feel like we could comfortably maneuver inside. This is one of the best breakfasts I've ever had.The boricua especial is a large portion and the bacon was perfectly crispy, though a bit salty. The toasted bread paired perfectly. We also got the banana pancakes were huge and fluffy with nice crispy edges. I would recommend asking for extra powdered sugar because I think it tastes better with the pancake than the syrup they provide. I ordered a papayasmoothie and it came in the blender which was a bit odd but the smoothie was very good. We also got a boricua surfer to go, I didn't end up eating it until after I got back home but it heated up well in the microwave and it was still really tasty and fresh. read more

We had about a 35 minute wait when we arrived, but since we went during brunch time, we kind of expected it. Once we were seated, our server was amazing, super attentive and full of energy, which made the experience even better! I ordered the Boricua Especial, and the eggs were delicious. I'm gluten-free, so I couldn't try the bread it came with, but my friends tried it and said it was really really good. I also got the mango shake with parcha juice, and it was seriously so tasty, highly recommend! Overall, the wait was totally worth it. read more

Food is amazing and they're very fast. The servers are efficient. The only downside is that if you have a larger party, you may have to take your food to-go. Other than that this place is a 10/10. I had the mango smoothie and breakfast bagel with avocado two days in a row! read more

Place was amazing. Our server was so nice and didn't try to rip us off. She even told us what we're about to order was too much and we could just do a side order. She was 100% right. She gave us the perfect amount and everything came out to $40.66. Not bad at all the amount of food that we had. Not the mention everything was delicious. You have to try Pinky's for breakfast! We got the Mallorca sandwich, a sandwich with Turkey, bacon, and avocado, as well as an iced latte and an acai smoothie. They bring out everyone's smoothie/juice order in the whole blender. Pretty cool! We customized the Mallorca to have cheddar cheese. It was good and not too greasy. The sandwich was even better with their special garlic Mayo. It is a small shop so I would recommend coming here early or close to when the breakfast rush is ending. read more

This had to have been my favorite meal in Puerto Rico! A cute, quaint brunch spot perfect for 1-4 people tops, with a bit of a wait. For my order, I ordered the Mallorca Breakfast Sandwich and a Vitamin C Boost smoothie. The portions are filling! I could have easily ate half and saved the other, but did I? I most certainly did not and could not. What is Mallorca? It's a sweet Puerto Rican bread that is typically topped with powdered sugar. Tie it into a ham sandwich and you have the most perfect combination of a sweet and salty sandwich. As for the Vitamin C Boost smoothie, not sure if it was because they forgot my order, but when they returned, I got a whole blenders worth! The Vitamin C Boost smoothie was incredibly refreshing, perfect for those hot Puerto Rican days. read more

I love this breakfast spot here. Pinky's! Can't go wrong with them. There's a few different locations too. They make a banging Egg and Cheese sandwich on toasted, buttered Pan Sobao aka Spanish bread. So that's what I got and it was delicious!! Bread was nice, toasted and crispy. Cheese was oozing. Great flavor. I want one now. They also have other sandwiches and items you can order. The service was great as usual. Staff is very friendly, nice and accommodating. Very nice ladies. The place is small so you might have to wait on a small line. They have a few tables inside. Like 3. And a few outside. Like 3 as well. Pretty cool decor. Lots of pink, their iconic photo hangs on the wall and has kinda like a throwback 60's feel. That's about it. Simple eat and run to get your day started. Can't wait to go back. Now go visit Pinky's and get yourself a nice sandwich to satisfy that morning hunger! Have a great one! read more
Love the generous portions and smoothie concept. They'll give you a blender with all the extra smoothie on the side. The food here is exactly what you'd expect with exceptional service. Honestly, though everything was decently priced, many of the smoothies lacked flavor. If you're a tourist, I'm not sure I would come here over the many other choices in the area if I wanted to experience something new. However, it is perfect for a quick, casual, and affordable breakfast. read more

We LOVE pinky's! Diana welcomed us with a big smile and even though the line was out the door, she told us it'd be well worth the wait. and that it was!!! the menu is packed with diverse amazing options, 5 of us got different plates and all of them blew me away. The local bread is a must try. Mallorca ham breakfast was my favorite, by Diana's suggestion. 10/10 recommend! The eggs are light and fluffy, the bread/ toast is buttery crunchy goodness and the French toast is dreamy. I'm still thinking about Pinky's even after flying home from San Juan back to New England area. This spot was walkable from our Airbnb and a friend who knows the area had recommended it to us. Well thank you friend because I now have fond memories of eating at Pinky's as part of our trip! Everything looked so good and I wish I could've tried it all! I ended up with the Pinky's breakfast sandwich. My husband's philosophy is true: if they named the entree after the restaurant it's probably good. I added avocado and spinach to get my greens in. The melty cheese on top of the ham and egg with warm bread still stays in my memories. I could hear everyone at the table exclaiming how much they enjoyed their food. The iced Café con leche had me thinking wow I need a whole IV of this. It was so good and sweet (how I like it). It was the first day of our trip so it set the standard for me on how I would expect every cafe con leches would taste. It was all good but in our week the best one was definitely at Pinky's. Me being me, for drinks i gotta have one of each. I also ordered a smoothie and was surprised that they handed me the full blender. I was able to drink some here and then also take half of it to go before we headed to the beach. The açaí shake was refreshing and much needed as we went ahead to the beach. It made my vision of tanning with a fruity smoothie in hand come true. Finally, wanted to comment on the hospitality and welcomeness of the staff. They were great and served our party of 7 well. We also were happy it came out to an affordable amount a person for breakfast and coffee. Whenever I go back to San Juan, I'll need to make sure I come back or stay close to here! read more
Pinky's is a great brunch restaurant located in the Calle Loiza area of San Juan. It's a tiny restaurant - only eight people can be seated outside, but there is a small amount of seating inside the restaurant as well. What the restaurant lacks in size, it makes up for in food! The dishes are fresh, delicious and the portions are HUGE! You will not leave this place hungry. I selected the "Drunken Pilot", which is a 4-egg omelette with fresh spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, goat cheese and a side of toast. My dining partner selected the banana pancakes and our waitress warnEd us ahead of time that the three pancakes are the size of rims. lol The iced coffees provide the perfect pick me up and cool down. Our waitress was super nice, attentive and absolutely hilarious! Pinky's opens at 7:00 a.m. and I recommend getting there early, especially on the weekends, as a line will form for both people waiting to be seated and carry out orders. read more
Unbelievable good! The pinky's sandwich was exactly what I needed for breakfast on my last day in Puerto Rico. Although simple, I think this is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The ham was grilled perfectly. The sharp cheddar cheese gave it that salty and sharp taste. The eggs were cooked perfectly and came in every bite. The pesto Mayo paired so well with it, both creamy and herby. Lastly, the bread was perfectly toasted, but not burned anywhere which I very much enjoyed. I wouldn't change a thing about this meal. The smoothies taste super natural and the atmosphere is very chill and inviting. We waited in line a bit but it was worth it. I could definitely see why so many people come or order out. Oh, also, if you're a hot sauce fan, you will be very pleased with their homemade hot sauce. Its sooo good! Add it onto your meal for an enhanced taste. read more

Phenomenal food and friendly service! Our breakfast here was outstanding - the breakfast burrito was a daily special with fresh eggs, goat cheese, and veggies and it was delicious. The mallorca was also incredible. Really loved the fresh fruit smoothies - they bring out the entire blender for you to serve from! Our server was upbeat and friendly. It's a tiny spot so it fills up quickly but it makes sense why people line up outside to get a seat. read more

We were staying in AIRBNB in the Ocean Park area and before visiting the Old San Juan area, searched for a good breakfast joint nearby and found this. let me say it upfront, I would definitely recommend this for superb breakfast. It's good, heavy & cheap. They have everything on the menu, you name it. but try their local items, it's good and prices are very reasonable. We reached there at 830 AM, got the table. they informed us about the special menu of the day and what we should try. We ordered- Scramble egg with cheese - simple but heavy Poly Pu France - it's cinnamon french toast with grilled bolo ham- Ham was too good, juicy and crispy -well cooked. try it I asked the waiter- what should I try in Batidas (smoothies) - and she suggested 'I want it all. They are offering a 20 oz smoothie for just $4. it was too cheap - Strawberry-banana, papaya with brown sugar & milk- it was good and I shared it with my wife. we could not finish all the items, so we packed rest and left for Condado beach. when we were leaving, people were in the queue for a table. it gets that busy. Servers are courteous and very patient. Tip: get there before 9, or it can get crowded and there will be waiting for a table. Note: To enter, they are asking for CDC Card (for vaccine check). You can also show a digital copy/Photo of it. read more
