Today was our final breakfast in Puerto Rico, and we finally made it to Pinky's with no wait for a table! I was so excited because I'd heard so many great things, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Be aware that this is a very small restaurant with only about 15-20 seats, so it fills up quickly. We arrived with no wait, but by the time we were eating, there was already a long line outside. Also, if you're in a hurry, this may not be the best choice. Everything is made fresh from scratch, so the food does take a while to come out. Service is definitely on island time, but once the food arrives, you'll understand why--it's well worth the wait. I ordered the California Surfer wrap, and wow...it was absolutely amazing! Everyone in our group raved about their meals, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was out of this world. I'm honestly sad we only made it here once during our week in Puerto Rico. I would absolutely come back again and highly recommend Pinky's to anyone looking for a fresh, delicious breakfast. Items were a huge hit or small miss for us at Pinky's- definitely get a wrap because mine was amazing and all of the wraps around us looked amazing as well. (I had the big blonde) . It was also awesome that they had so many sauces to pick from! My partner said his French toast was just ok. But we both agreed- the mango Batista- PERFECTION. It had been close to a decade since I had been to Pinky's. I have thought about their breakfast for years and always recommended it to people. This time I visited with my partner and we were walking distance to Pinky's so I knew we had to stop in for breakfast. We came in about 9am on a Thursday and it was packed - that being said, the space is quite small. We were still able to be sat quickly. It took a few minutes for the server to come over to us because of how bust they were but once they took our order, we quickly got our food and drinks. My partner and I both got the cafe con leche, a smoothie, and I got the breakfast bagel and he got a breakfast burrito (which was the daily special). All of it was delicious. The coffee was exactly what I needed because I was tired from all the walking we had been doing. The breakfast bagel was as good as I remember. And it is a pretty hefty bagel. My favorite part is the pesto mayo they use, which adds an additional level of flavor. Finally, the smoothie was a fresh add and they give you so much that it's worth splitting. All in all, the cost was average for what you expect in Condado, but I think they stand out because of the amount of food you get. We stumbled upon this place when we were in Puerto Rico. It is very small but worth it. When we arrived we had no wait. We were seated inside. We got a turkey sandwich that is shareable and a mango smoothie. The mango smoothie is brought to you in a cup and the blender! The blender has leftover smoothie which I absolutely love. No qast! Super cute place with a chill vibe! Seating was pretty cramped but they got us seated immediately on a Saturday around noon. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. For drinks my bf and I both got the cafe con leche 16 oz with one shot and sugar and caramel. It was sweet and delicious! He also got the orange juice which was tart and seemed fresh-squeezed. For food we each got a lox bagel, but regretted not just sharing! We weren't super hungry and it would've been plenty enough for both of us. We thought it was a little pricey at $16.50 each, but seeing the portions afterward thought it was actually pretty reasonable. You can also add avocado and sweet plantains if desired (might be an extra fee). Be aware that it'll be build-your-own, but the presentation with the rose-shaped salmon was very cute! Such a cute quaint little sandwich spot. We were given the suggestion from a local and swung by. We were immediately helped and quickly ordered two sandwiches. Pinky's is an excellent breakfast destination, but be warned: their portions are GENEROUS. I had a cafe con leche, it was solid. I also got a Pinky's Sandwich to go, and was shocked when they brought me this monster in a paper bag. As far as breakfast sandwiches go, this one checked all the boxes: eggs perfectly cooked, gooey cheese, a little meat, and a tangy sauce with the tiniest bit of heat to it. Pinky's is very small - there's tight seating for 8 inside and slightly more spacious tables outside for probably about 10 or so. I was in the mood for something more brunchy, so I decided on the Pinky's Breakfast sandwich. I was originally going to eat there but they had the door open and it was warm inside, so I decided to get it to go. The bread was very tasty and the sandwich was huge - I didn't finish it. I came here everyday for 4 days of my vacation. Food was fire. Coffee was great everytime. The last day I decide to go get something quick cuz my partner wasn't feeling well and I was gonna eat alone. I've been a loyal customer here for over 20 years, and today's experience was deeply disappointing. My husband and I ordered a surfer and a kite surfer to go because there were no tables available at the time we walked by. I was asked to wait outside in the sun for about 15 minutes which I happily did (because Pinky's sandwiches are worth it). When a table opened up, my husband went inside first to ask if we could sit and eat. He was told the table was "reserved for someone else." That explanation turned out not to be true. When I was given the sandwich by the same gentleman today at 11:50am on 12/19 and asked the same question in Spanish, I was told something completely different. That the table was not reserved at all, but that we could not be seated because the order had been placed to go and it was "company policy." Two different explanations were given to two different people for the same table by the same server. That inconsistency is troubling. Whether intentional or not, it comes across as deceptive and creates a lack of trust. Transparency matters in hospitality. What made this worse is that I had already left a 20 percent gratuity on a pickup order, which is not required, because I love this place so much. When I asked why a long time customer was being treated this way, I was told to "leave a Google review if you have a problem." That response felt dismissive and unnecessarily aggressive. This is not about the food. It is about hospitality, judgment, and how policies are enforced. Having a policy is one thing. Applying it rigidly, inconsistently, and without honesty is another. I am sharing this because inconsistent explanations and dismissive service are exactly the kind of issues that quietly cost a business loyal customers. I hope the owner sees this and addresses it. After more than two decades of support, since you could have these sandwiches delivered while sitting at the beach in ocean park back in my late teens, today made me seriously question whether that loyalty matters at all. read more

My family went for breakfast. It was our third breakfast place in the area, and we enjoyed it! The smoothies were delicious and very affordable compared to other restaurants in the area.
