This place is small so the line gets long to eat there but you can always take the food to go which is what we did! The service was great the lady checking us out was so sweet. I ordered a boricua surfer and a green smoothie both were sooo delicious. I loved the combo of turkey cheese basil and platanos in my sandwich! My friend ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and it was little greasy but so delicious too! definitely a great brunch option.
Barely any room to dine in, but we did manage to snag very small table for our party of 4. If it's really busy, its best to just order take away. I got the Pinky's Breakfast Sandwich with avocado and this was GOOD! Everything was made to order and came out pipping hot. My friends and I finished everything on our plates which says a lot because we never do. Really enjoyed the food here and would totally come back if visiting again.
What's that ol' stand up line? If the place was any smaller I'd have to go outside to change my mind! This place is tiny in size but mighty in the food it produces. Amazing. We were fortunate to time our arrival just in time to snag a table before a crowd gathered. Our spot was just outside the front door in the vestibule off the sidewalk. There's a vast menu of juices and smoothies and most entrees come with several eggs- like 4 or 6. Lipitor needs a side, I indulged and will adjust my diet when I return home. I ordered the Sassy Sailor and was very happy about the choice. I didn't finish it, though- GIANT burrito. The staff aren't going to win any awards for friendliness but it works. There was no hovering and no "did everything come out ok?" We were stay near by- on this end of Condado and would walk there again in a heartbeat/ provided my cardiologist signs off on it.
Grabbed breakfast and coffee here before our Rainforest tour and they did not disappoint. It's a small cute spot, but can be very busy so I would suggest to get it to go. The coffee was strong, just how I like it, and portions large enough to split. I got the Mallorca sandwich was very savory but very delicious.
The serving sizes here are nuts haha. Pinky's is perfect for a big breakfast before heading to the beach for the day, you won't be hungry for a WHILE. Our server was really sweet. She was also strict lol, the rule about not taking a table when you're waiting for takeout is serious. She made sure people weren't taking up space when patrons were waiting to dine in. The inside isn't large, roughly 4-5 tables inside and 5-6 tables outside. I had the Mallorca breakfast sandwich and it was really good! If i got it again, I think I'd ask for half the cheese. They don't skimp on the cheese at Pinky's. If you need a bit of grease (for a hangover or otherwise ), this is a great sandwich to fill your stomach. My matcha was good with oat milk, and brown sugar was provided for me to sweeten to my taste. Would recommend!
This was our last meal in PR and one of their signature pastry breakfast sandwich that they are known for. Man it was sooo good. Wish I can find a local place that has this. It had the perfect sweet and salty mix. The service was great and its a small place almost like a hole in a wall but the food was amazing!
Pinky's was overall delicious! The mallorca was on my must-try list, and it definitely met my expectations. It was sweet, savory, and filling. Service was friendly, though our server was busy attending to all the tables. The space is tiny, so there was a bit of a wait, but honestly, I wouldn't mind waiting when we visit PR again :)
Let's talk about Pinky's -- the tiny breakfast spot in Puerto Rico with a line out the door and a wait time that was... optimistic at best. The waitress cheerfully told us "20 minutes," which she also told every person behind us. Cute. But, against all logic, we stuck it out. (Spoiler: It was way more than 20 minutes.) Luckily, there's a dispensary conveniently located across the street, so, you know... silver linings. Once we finally squeezed into this postage-stamp-sized restaurant (seriously, five tables--FIVE?!), we got down to business. The food and portions? Absolute fire. Most of us went for the bagel sandwiches stacked with crispy bacon and the perfect single egg, while one brave soul tackled the towering stack of French toast--and finished it like a boss. Respect. A couple of notes: No drip coffee, just espresso shots. But honestly? No complaints--the espresso was delicious and strong enough to revive the soul. The $5 fruit smoothies? Absolute perfection. Whatever secret ingredient they're adding, I fully support it. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I believe them if they said "20-minute wait" next time? Absolutely not. But with so many friends hyping this place up, I can now say I co-sign. Pinky's, you were wild--but totally worth it.
Day 2 in Puerto Rico and I have to tell you the secret to a scrumptious breakfast, shhhhhs don't tell anyone-Pinky swear! Pinky's is the perfect little breakfast spot to sit and enjoy a wholesome meal. The location is small so avoid taking large groups to dine in. However, there is a carry-out option. Service: the staff were pretty friendly. Ambiance: I love that this spot captured the history of its owners and past visitors but it gives such a California vibes in PR. Beverages: I can honestly say that their Café con leche hit the spot and was creamy and well brewed. Food: My dish: Boricua Especial Four eggs, green peppers, onions, tomato, Spanish chorizo, cheddar cheese, and boricua style side toast. Cost: $10.50 Portion: enough for 2 people! It's packed with flavor and beyond filling. I enjoyed every bite. Visitors be warned, the toast on the side was buttery and deadly, you'd want to eat all of the slices lol My boyfriend's dish: Pinky's Breakfast Sandwich Puerto Rican baguette, three fried eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, bolo ham, and pinky's garlic pesto mayo. Cost: $10.50 Portion: once again, these portions are huge and my boyfriend brought half of his sandwich back to the hotel. He loved his sandwich but raved about my dish more. He said that his sandwich had a lot of bread but he enjoyed the eggs and bolo ham. Overall, I rate Pinky's a solid 10 for a comfy and delectable culinary experience.

This is a quaint little place with some impact. I really like the vibe here and they were all very nice. Very simple type dishes, but it does leave you satisfied. I like the location. It is quiet in the morning and enjoyable before one needs to head out to work. The food had my friends coming back the next morning because there were not many options for breakfast around the area so this one won easily. I think if you need a good breakfast spot then this one is a solid choice. It is quite small so it was a bit hard to accommodate a larger group, but they were willing to try and it succeeded! I like the menu item choices as well - shows that the owners have a good sense of humor. Always a good plus when you chuckle in the morning. The coffee for me was solid. It was a straight americano and it was done well. I have no complaints there. read more
Worth the wait. This place is small. Great for a 2 top, a bit more of a challenge for parties with 3+. We waited about an hour. But so glad we did!! The have amazing Batidos (smoothies). Our table got a mango (water based), Acia and peanut butter with almond milk. For food we were all super happy with our food. I got the pinks breakfast sandwich, my friend got the Mallorca breakfast sandwich and my other friend got the breakfast bagel. Service was great. Mostly all ladies. read more
My husband and I came here for breakfast while we were in San Juan. This place was so popular, we waited 20 minutes to get a seat. It is also a small restaurant so they cannot host many people. Lots of people were in line for take out as well. I ordered some type of omelette with flat bread, the portion is pretty big for how reasonable the price is. The flat bread seems to be some type or dinner roll that had been pressed in a panini machine. It's delicious. I also later on ordered a vitamin C boost smoothie. I love it. Not only does the food is good price is cheap, the service is awesome as well. Our waitress was so attentive and make sure we love our food and that we had enough to eat. Ugh yes, yes, a million times yes! This place is such an absolute gem with super low prices, massive portions, and the most delicious condiments to accompany their sandwiches. They have super limited seating so I would recommend taking your meal to go, but as long as you don't mind that you'll have the best meal of your life for under $8 or so. Highly recommended the sandwiches, the Big Mouth in particular. The Surfer was also excellent. They have amazing looking pancakes and huge breakfast plates as options too. Menu is large, they always have blackboard specials, and I don't think a single thing is over $10. Definitely would check out this place if you're in the Condado area for a cheap and easy breakfast that's well worth every penny. Just make sure you ask for a side of their sauce to go if you're not eating it there! Would absolutely return. read more
Great little restaurant for breakfast that has maybe room for 14 diners with inside and outside sidewalk seating. I was here a couple of weeks ago and ordered the banana pancakes for $7.50 with a glass of fresh squeezed OJ fir another $4. When they came out I went like "Whoa!". There were 3 pancakes the size of small hubcaps and each pancake had plenty of sliced bananas. The waitress also brought me a decanter of "fake" (her joking description) maple syrup and it was all good. Those pancakes were delicious. If you like banana pancakes you will love these or anything else they put in the pancakes. Honestly I could only finish half of the meal because of its tremendous size and felt like a banana afterward. Table service was very good. read more

4/3/21 If you are in the area, this is a MUST STOP!! They have 2 locations but I've only been to this one and I promise you will not be disappointed!! I discovered this gem in November when I stayed in Ocean Park and I vowed when I made it back I would pay a visit to Pinky's again. Let me warn you first, if you are in a hurry, CALL YOUR ORDER IN!! There is always a line!! There are only 4-5 tables depending on how big the parties are. This day were were not in a hurry so we waited in line, got a table inside and enjoyed the music, the vibe and the great decor! I got the Pinky's breakfast sandwich subbed bacon in lieu of the ham. And the classic batida add mango with juice. FIRE!! Best combo I promise you. It's a lot of food. Ask for the hot sauce, it's a perfect compliment to this sammie. Service is great! They have someone who deals with the togo orders so your server can take care of you. We of course had to come back on Sunday before our rainforest hike so we called in our order, pulled up across the street, stood in the left line, paid and was on our way. Since it's a lot of food, we didn't have to eat until dinner! Don't sleep on Pinky's! Pay them a visit. You will not regret it read more

Located in prime real estate Pinky's on Calle loiza is a great place for breakfast when staying in San Juan. The menu is delicious, healthy, and reasonably priced! The staff was attentive, hospitable, and well gorgeous. Do try a smoothie! read more

After reading a few reviews and since this place was close to where I was staying while visiting PR , my friends and I decided to give it a try . The food was ok but the shakes were actually better. The staff was friendly and the service was good. I will say it's nice to have a brunch restaurant with food and shake options. Overall not bad if you're looking for a quick brunch . read more

Terrible food. We ordered the French toast and it came out BURNT and tasted like nothing. No flavor just straight burnt toast. Would not recommend coming here don't let the reviews fool you. We told it was burnt and they did nothing. Also they don't take Amex.. I wonder why read more

My husband and I came all the way the Luquillo to Loiza to try this place, we saw a couple options on Yelp but this one caught out attention. Is a tiny place with four tables outside and maybe 3 table inside, simple decoration in a pretty popular area. They serve breakfast, coffee and shakes. I try the Boricua breakfast was delicious, perfect amount of food with homemade bread and they have fresh avocado. The service is nice and we didn't wait for too long to be seated. This is my first time here and I am pleasantly surprised. Now for the ambience - it's small very collective and no air conditioning , small tables. I think it might seat inside 6 people outside maybe 8 people. However, the service and the food outweighs the ambience. The Food is very good and very fresh - had a wise variety of breakfast options. The staff was just delightful. Very attentive. to my ice coffee was very Egg omelette with cheese and spinach was cooked to perfection. It will also several different options of sausages which is really nice no ketchup however so if you're ketchup lover don't come to this restaurant. They don't have any ketchup which was fine. read more

Pinky's was recommended by our rockstar local guide, and so damn good we came two consecutive mornings! There is both indoor and outdoor seating for up to 5 parties, but it looks like most folks drop by for takeout. The smoothies can be milk, juice, or water based, and the papaya mango one hit the spot! Standouts: cubano, and any of their scrambled eggs (one with goat cheese was delicious)! Ask for their hot sauce and hey, maybe a takeout container: their portions are generous and prices low. read more
The location we went to doesn't have their own page yet, but this will still help. I came to pinky's maybe 3/4 years ago when they were closer to the Condado strip area, so finding this one just as close made our morning. They follow all COVID guidelines ; temp check, sanitize, social distance seating, ventilated area. Our first day, we each ordered a surfer, I had the Boriqua Surfer with the plantains on the side , my BF had the Morning After Surfer + bacon + avocado. Enjoyed every bite. ! We also both order a smoothie which we realized was too much but took the rest back to our hotel. My açaí shake , I added peanut butter & it took over so I asked for more strawberry & they did with no problem or extra charge. They do welcome dogs with people dining outside with a nice ice water bowl to keep cool while their owner eats, I didn't have much of a problem until the continuous fluffing & rubbing from the waitress & other workers, their hair did end up on my table easily could've ended up in my food. Other than that, We enjoyed sooo much that we came back the next day too This time we sat "inside" & ordered smart with the help of our waitress. We ordered the chicken sandwich to share, added avocado and sweet plantains to be more filling for my BF, he added an egg ; everybit was sooo good.. also, the papaya vinaigrette sauce they bring you is a nice addition along with the hot sauce. A small spot with big flavor. The staff here is professional and cohesive. With this pandemic, they are well organized and are keeping with CDC guidelines. The hostess and signs make sure you stop and wait to be greeted. Temperature was taken, social Distancing was enforced. Highly recommend this small but cute cafe for breakfast when you are in the area. I personally pick here over the famous Pannes nearby. Very reasonable prices. We got a Mallorca sandwich, a Vitamin C boost drink and an iced coffee. The Mallorca was definitely enough for two people to share and pretty yummy! The coffee was not very good but we understand it's not a pro coffee shop. The Vitamin C drink was served in a blender lol - a perfect refreshing and fresh drink after exposing to the heat and sunlight for a while! read more
Another great recommendation from Yelpers! Everything you read in the other reviews is true! The highlights: It's small, you will wait.... Wait anyway They have so many options for smoothies - we didn't try any because we were coming off a (very) early flight so we got coffee. I'm a coffee snob. I will only drink coffee my family gets from Costa Rica. This coffee was amazing. Get. The. Breakfast. Sandwich. I don't know how they make a simple sandwich taste so dang good. Ask. for. hot. sauce. It's homemade. And it's amazing. I could've drank the bottle they gave me. Also, the art on the wall. Amazing. Just good vibes overall. read more

Last day in PR, we woke up early to try this place out and take some food to the airport. They were so nice and our food was ready quickly. I got the Pinky's breakfast sandwich and my bf got the protein break, along with two smoothies. Yo this breakfast sandwich was legit the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had!!! Six eggs on a huge piece of bread. The garlic pesto mayo was out of this world. I will think of it often... and I can't wait to come back and eat it again. read more

Pinky's was conveniently located one block from our Airbnb so we found ourselves going there almost every morning for cappuccinos. The coffee itself was great and I was grateful to have reliable coffee so close to where we were staying! We ordered food once and decided on the banana pancakes, we got them to go so they weren't fresh and although they were huge and we were excited to try them, they didn't really stand out. The service was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and by our second visit they knew our names and order. There isn't a ton of seating and most of the time we stopped by it was pretty packed, but there was also never really anyone waiting to be seating so it seemed like service was quick. read more

We came here around 9 am on a Saturday and there was a long line so we decided to order to go breakfast. I had no idea that there was a full menu and realized it a bit too late so I ordered off the breakfast specials white board. I think they should place a regular menu near the white board for the take-out folks. They have all sorts of sweet and savory breakfast items. We ordered two coffees, a skinny bianche (6 egg whites, spinach, mozzarella), BBS (2 fried eggs, sausage, cheddar, and pesto on bagel), and then decided to get two veggie wraps to go from the regular menu. Everything was fresh and worth the price. They take care in making the sandwiches well and don't cut corners despite how busy is it. To go sauce costs $.10 and the cashier was a bit snippy with me but that's forgiven due to volume. I switched from whole milk to skim milk and it probably wasn't the time to do to - so don't be indecisive. I would love to try the chocolate peanut butter smoothie next time. P.S it's a hole in the wall spot so plan accordingly! read more
