Fun atmosphere and some good brews! Staff were friendly to us and our dogs too, which is always a plus.

Great beer and good vibes. We love the outdoor seating area and how open it is. Beertenders are very friendly and helpful. They also have local food trucks here. Tonight it is Beerded Barbecue.

Had a great experience here today! Came with some friends for games, drinks, and the stellar barbecue truck. I had the prickly cider and loved the tangy flavor!

Updating to 5 stars, since the beers here at Pinnacle are so consistently the best in the area. They do a great job of rotating in and out old favorites and new brews to try. The Beerded BBQ food truck has some great brisket and slaw too! Perfect to sit out on the covered patio with a beer and BBQ. The staff is top notch too!

I would go back just to visit the beerded bbq truck!! The food was amazing, we had the bbq fries with pork belly and a side of green chile Mac 10/10 left no crumbs. And service from the food truck was amazing too. The beer was just okay imo, I appreciated the variety of options on tap but nothing really jumped out as super unique. Good spot to hang out.

First time here and decided to stop in on a weekday early evening & not a lot of people there so it was very peaceful for just relaxing with a beer. Bartender was super friendly and very helpful in helping me make a beer choice, with providing a couple of tasters to get there. Great beer and cool interior seating area with floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides of the room. Real nice spot to come and grab an excellent beer, I will not hesitate to visit again when I'm in the Scottsdale area.

My son wanted to get out of the house and he asked me to go for a drive to a local restaurant. He took all the wrong turns and we ended up a little lost but ended up passing Pinnacle Brewing Company. He said let's give it a shot and we did. We walked in and what a super cool vibe, the brewery is beautiful though I don't know a thing about beer. We sat down and we were greeted by an employee instantly. My son and my partner both ordered a glass of cold beer that Pinnacle makes and they LOVED it. The server told us if we wanted to order food we could and thank goodness we did! At Pinnacle they have an onsite beautiful food truck called Fire & Braids. I ordered the Mexican Street Corn Nachos and let me tell you, hands down the best nachos I've had in my life. Every ingredient was fresh and authentic, it is a must try with the steak! My son ordered the quesa-tacos and he ate it up literally in a few bites and then ordered another dish. Portions are shareable between two however he wasn't sharing and I don't blame him. Fire & Braids does it right and every dish is truly made with love. We go to Pinnacle & Fire & Braids once a week because on Wednesday they have BINGO with fun prizes. Thursday they have music BINGO and other nights they have trivia. Though it's a brewery, kids and family pets come to eat and relax. Their patio is beautiful with a stunning fire pit. In fact, what a great area to have a private event. If you're looking for a cold beer and truly authentic food made with love AND awesome staff, you must try Pinnacle. They have a whole section of fun board games and it's great seeing families come together to play games and enjoy each others company. Again, stop in for Bingo and trivia night, they are a lot of fun and Pinnacle is bringing people together. Once strangers, now friends.

This place is great! The beer is fresh, with a wide selection, and the staff is gracious. The food is served out of a truck. The BBQ truck was amazing! The indoor/outdoor vibe is comfortable but not cheap. I'd definitely come back here.

Novo 11 and what's left of lunch to be finished.

My wife and I stopped in on Sunday afternoon to have a late lunch. I've heard good things about it, so here we went. I had the Maiboch, Novo 11 and the Scotch Ale aged in a bourbon barrel. My wife had a couple of their IPAs, the Maple Leaf and the Surveillance Pigeon. The Mainboch was good, it's like a stadium beer. The Scotch Ale was very good and would get me in trouble if I drank it like a stadium beer. It's strong, but I enjoyed it a lot. For every day, the Novo would be my pick. In fact, my wife and I have a kegerator and we might be back for a couple 1/6th kegs from Pinnacle. I will say having tasted my wife's IPAs and as someone who hates IPAs, that the IPAs at Pinnacle are very palatable. They aren't so hoppy as to make me make funny faces. :) There is a food trailer outside the establishment. The brats are pretty good.

Fine brew house in Scottsdale. We're enjoying their Surveillance Pigeon cold DIPA and Quartier Helles after hiking nearby at the Pinnacle and Gateway trailhead. Good place to hydrate.

Holy smokes! This brewery is amazing! We enjoyed our time on patio - the misters made it very cool. We are big fans of the beer and the food from the Beerded Barbecue. We ordered the wings, burger, Mac and Cheese and loaded fries with extra smoked chicken, The food truck team brings the food to you!

2nd time in, first for AZ Brewery Hop. Super chill, really like this spot. Great indoor/outdoor dining. Fire and Braids is a good food truck, will definitely order again. Bar tender super friendly, quick to pour flight.

While it's not in the heart of Old Town, it's within walking distance. We stopped by on a Thursday around 9:30 p.m. While we were on foot, I noticed that they have a parking lot. Ambiance (4/5): Relatively small for a brewery, but your typical chill, brewery vibes. They have some seats at the bar, some high tops, and a small patio. We sat out on the patio since the weather was nice. The seats out there are a bit uncomfortable, but we couldn't pass up on patio weather. They have free water in the corner which is always a plus so you don't have to wait in line. Service (5/5): The bartender working was super nice. It's always appreciated when servers go above and beyond in providing a great experience. He was friendly, efficient, and attentive. I couldn't have asked for more in my service experience at Goldwater. He exceeded my expectations. Food (N/A): I already ate previously so no food for me. There was a Mexican food truck in the parking lot. Drinks (4/5): I love trying local brews. At breweries, I typically get a flight so I can try out a variety of beers. This time though, I went with a pint. I couldn't say no to the Sour Rangers. I grew up watching the Power Rangers, so that was all the motivation I needed. An added bonus was that this beer is a sour. Not something you have every day, nor a style of beer that you come across very often. So I had to take advantage of the opportunity. And it was a good one. Goldwater is my type of place. I'd definitely return the next time I'm in the area!

Goldwater has indoor and outdoor seating options. It was a warm day so we sat inside at the hi-top. I didn't see food options available but it is located next to a few restaurants. My husband and friend enjoyed their beer flights and since I don't drink beer, I was happy to see a cooler with wine and other options such as white claw, etc. the beer was poured directly from the fermenter tank. The staff were very friendly and explained they had to open the wine bottle and make the first pour which was fine with me. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

The only reason I didn't give this updated review a 5-I ordered the banh mi sando and the sandwich was so dry. Chicken was dry. The cilantro wasn't chopped I had to pick out long stems. Instead, we were publicly embarrassed and treated like criminals for absolutely no reason. After we were seated, I closed the curtain because the table next to us was loud and obnoxious. Minutes later, the manager, Hannah, walked over and decided our entire group was "too intoxicated" to be served. Not a single person in our group was causing a scene, being disrespectful, or acting out of control. We were sitting at our table, ordering dinner. What makes this even more ridiculous is that after taking our drink order, Hannah personally brought out three green tea drinks in champagne glasses. Then, almost immediately afterward, she decided we were somehow too intoxicated to stay. Which is it? If we were supposedly too drunk to be there, why were drinks being served in the first place? We had already ordered what would have been around a $700 meal, and instead of being treated with basic respect, we were stereotyped because we were a bachelorette party. It felt like Hannah had already made up her mind before giving us any chance to prove otherwise. Restaurants absolutely have the right to refuse service to genuinely intoxicated guests. What they should not do is make assumptions based on the type of celebration or the size of a group. This wasn't responsible service--it was poor judgment, inconsistent management, and an incredibly embarrassing way to treat paying customers. We'll happily spend our money somewhere that values its guests instead of profiling them. !!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!! We ended up at ZUZUs, they treated us with respect and dignity. Food was 10/10.

I am a HUGE fan on Brat Haus but this discrimination is unacceptable especially with heat as an excuse on a water cooled patio bc of my invisible disability. EDIT: I have changed my 1 star to a 4 star review as I genuinely appreciate the owner's fair explanation/ accountability and do not want to inhibit this genuinely awesome restaurant from succeeding. I love my dog and I want him safe as well... but yes, this experience was NOT ideal. There were many shaded, misted patio areas with wet floors spots as it was a watery event. He would have been comfortable and safe on the ground, not in lap, if seated appropriately. There was not a large crowd for this event and therefore a LOT of room to accommodate. That said, from prior visits, I recommend the beer "Fin du Monde"
