Not much can be added, this place stands on its own and has no need for anyone's input, locals and Nicaraguans alike come and order tons of food. It may be a caveat if you are in a hurry, as the lines are long and service is slow. The plus, meats are charred while you wait, and grilled chicken is made to order. Apart from the very good flavors of the rices, there are many extra dishes that most fritangas don't carry. And the assortment of drinks, juices, and cheeses, is larger. This is definitely a good place to visit.

If you are looking for Nica food this is it, one of the best Nicaraguan food restaurants I have discovered in South Florida. The system is very simple, make a line, ordered your food, pay and if you like, you can dine in... there is a seating area inside the restaurant. All meals are prepared "to go", so the choice is yours. We ordered the carne asada "completa", this dish was served with rice and beans aka "gallo pinto", queso frito aka "fried cheese", sweet plantains, tortillas and coleslaw salad. The staff is nice and friendly mostly spoke only Spanish and if you like to ordered beverages you must enter the little store across. We got "rosquillas", nacatamales and cacao. Everything was yummy and tasty. The meat was tender and the rice was fantastic, everything tasted delicious! This was a unique Nicaraguan dinning experience!

Best meal I had in Miami!! 5-stars-ALL the way..hands down.. BEST take-out food option to pick up on your way to the airport.. In-n-out ASAP!! BEST BBQ food I had in a LONG TIME!! The carne asada was almost perfect and the rice and beans were also super yummy, along with their plantains.. and I'm going to have to read their menu for the make of their grilled cheese!! The place is far from fancy and I didn't see a menu anywhere..but they cook the food in front of you while you're ordering.. If you want to try some Central American food-specifically Nicaraguan food. Definitely check out Pinolandia. Idk if they have any seating.. In my rush to the airport, I forget to get something from their bakery..and couldn't sample some of their messier options..

As soon as you walk in you have to make a line to order your food. I ordered carne asada, gallo pinto and queso frito. The food here is an authentic Nicaraguan food. This meal is like $20 a plate. You also have an option to go to a little store next to the restaurant. In the right side of the restaurant is where all of the seating is at if you wish you eat there. I only go here if I want to eat food from Nicaragua. The parking is free across the street. This place is usually opened for 24 hours.

Great fritanga! We've been going to Yambo for years when a friend told us to try Pinolandia. We had to give it a try! Pinolandia has a couple locations and we tried the one in the Riverside area! There is plenty of street parking but beware the street in front of it get busy! Inside there's the food bar which you order from then there's a room to the right with plenty of seating if you decide to eat there. There is also a little market inside with yummy drinks, snacks and food. We ordered the carne asada, gallo pinto, queso frito and platano. We also ordered a side order of chicharron. The chicharron was a little dry but the portion was big! The food was great. Once portion is enough to share. I also really like the vinegar sauce we got, it's very tasty! Highly recommend Pinolandia for an affordable meal with large portions! Don't forget to try a juice at the market inside!

Traditional and authentic Nicaraguan Fritanga served to order. Amazing food, they serve a lot of quantity and the quality is great as well. Huge selection on snacks and juices. The cacao is the best! Even if you see the big line of people waiting to take their order, wait it out because it moves pretty fast.

My go to every time I'm in Miami, authentic Nicaraguan cuisine, Dios mio que rico todo! You will Immediately get hit with the incredible smell of smoked meats you'll want to eat again even if you already had dinner. This is heavy but delicious food. service is great the tias will take care of you trust me.

Wow the quality of this place has gone down, I've been coming here over 10 years, La califad de este lugar como Cambio, La carne muy gruesa Lastima $15 para botar la carne. $15 dollars for something I cannot eat. I ate the rice with the hot sauce that was fire, the plantains always soggy, even the service the women barely say hi or smile.

The food was eatable but the service was bad, and the lady on the register was very disrespectful.

He recommended a couple of places but we decided this was the closest to us and so we came here. At first glance it doesn't look very appealing from the outside but once you go inside you know your are in the right place. It was packed with people picking up to go orders and on the other side of the place was a huge line of people waiting to order. The line moves pretty fast .We didn't know what to order so we asked the gentleman in front of us what he normally gets. He told us a few of his favorites and so we sort of knew what to get. So you get to the front of the line and it's sort of like Panda Express you tell them what you want from the food in the containers. I chose gallo pinto which is rice and beans mixed together and also got fried pork which sort of tasted like Al pastor and I also got something that is similar to ropa vieja. My husband got the black beans and carne asada with a tortilla. Oh and they have queso frito which we both had .I also got fried plantains and we ordered a manuelita which is like a pancake with something sweet it tastes like pancake with lots of syrup, but not overly sweet. One of the workers came to or table and brought us something that was round almost like a small donut hole. Except it was dough and not to sweet . She said she didn't want us to leave without trying it. I am so happy that we got out of our comfort zone and decided to come and try this food. It was so good. Oh I almost forgot that they also serve you a salad not really a salad it's cabbage and carrots in a vinegar sauce. ( sort of the cabbage that goes on top of Pupusas) and they also have us a sauce which was not that spicy at all but it ha little pieces of diced carrots ana onion . I won't lie that I came home and started to look for Nicaraguan food places in my city. Because it was so good.

Before I continue, I must acknowledge my own bias that I have been coming here for decades and many of the dearest celebrations that have been held by friends and family who grew up in this neighborhood took place here; certain family traditions are special. Guests are treated to this Nicaragua restaurant fair with Spanish influence and I have been happy to be coming here for what I can only approximate to be three decades. I also acknowledge that we are familiar faces since money talks and repeat business holds more weight. It's because of that that my family continues to opt to come here. Dinner wouldn't be dinner without an order of fried cheese and a nice Big Daddy Churrrasco steak. We were helped by Frank and German/Hernan and receded and treated kindly and welcoming despite arriving at 9 o'clock on an evening where the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. Service was top-notch from the entirety of the staff team from the bus to the back way to the head server. I ordered my steak medium, and I am pleasantly surprised to report to the YELP community that arrived exactly as I hold for which is something that a lot of restaurants miss and air on the side of caution by sending it out medium well. I'm not a steak snob or a steak foodie or a steak of fish I'm just a guy who can tell the difference between medium and medium and well and I'm glad that they followed through accurately. The interior feels like an outside Hacienda and there's something comforting about that to me something nice and different in a place where everything has to be chic. I'm just a guy who likes to eat good food and be treated well. Had a nice price point with people I care about this case my immediate family so that's why I'm giving this place five stars. I think it's worth checking out if you're interested.
