Bien rico causa! One of my favorite everyday peruvian lunch place. With delicious daily specials! And artist performing almost every Friday. Since pretty much i'm a regular at this restaurant, here is just a peek of what i get every time i come in here. For instance, yesterday i had "aji de gallina", a very tradicional dish in Peru. And today i had "picante de carne", beef and potato cuts stew, white rice accompanied by the notorious "papa a la huancaina", boiled potatoes with its traditional peruvian cream. Depending of the day, to drink they might have the purple drink "chicha morada", all natural apple juice, or "emoliente" - a high on peruvian herbs drink, great to the taste, nutritional, and refreshing. I recommend this place! Parking could sometimes be a bit packed, but there is additional outside free-parking.

Food was beyond expectations!! Despite the fact that this place is not located in a appealing area or building, I WILL ASSURE you that the food is exceptionally tasteful! You won't regret it! Believe me!

Excellent menu variety. Just like you would find back in Peru. Nostalgia 100%.

Incredible savory food that made me miss my beautiful Peru. Authentic traditional dishes that are hard to find. Great portions for a reasonable price. Don't be surprise by the location. The taste and efficiency and friendliness of the staff is what counts.

This little hole in the wall is definitely a gem. I am not sure why people didn't give them the 5 stars but I absolutely loved it. We were driving and somehow bumped into this and decided to try it. Service was great! The food was amazing. We shared the lomo saltado and the jalea. Both were DELICIOUS!! My husband had the chicha (their drink) and he loved it. Definitely coming back here.

It was tart with a slight heat from the chili, with cilantro, thinly sliced red onion, sweet potato, and giant corn - nicely salty. The fish was fresh, and was nicely marinated. The Causa Ganadora was very good - cold mashed potato with Peruvian red pepper, oil, and lime, serviced with panko shrimp with a maracuya sauce. The panko shirmp was lightly crisp. The Lomo Saltado was good, too. The meat was tender, the fries were good, onions, and tomatoes with a side of rice. The Parihuela Acevichada was very tasty, served hot, with corvina, shrimp, squid, and musssels. To drink, I tried the Chicha Morada, with purple corn, pineapple, clove, and cinnamon was good. My server was friendly. It's a small place, with a small bar.

We really had never tried Ceviche before, but the online menu really looked spectacular. Our waitress was Angie, and she was fantastic. Such a great personality, and she went out of her way to explain all the details before we ordered. It's actually disappointing that we are just passing through and may never go back, because I would seriously like to try every last item. Rather than bore you with the list of everything we ordered, I'll share what we considered to be the best of the best. CALAMARI... we both love calamari, and we have eaten this dish at many different places. This was the best ever. Perfect. CEVICHE DE SALMON EN CANASTA DE TOSTON... seriously one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth. While we did order both the ceviche camaron and the ceviche trio mixto, the hands-down winner, no questions asked, was the CEVICHE DIVINO. We finished with the TORTA DE CHOCOLATE and the smoothest, creamiest cup of coffee ever. My wife is a chocolate cake expert, and while I was finishing all the ceviche, she was having an out of body experience with the cake. I have to say that while we are borderline foodies and love cooking and eating, we probably are not the most adventurous. So glad today was different, and so thrilled with our decision to eat here. 10/10

Francesco started as a well known ceviche restaurants in Lima Peru which is known for their great culinary experiences. The interior of the restaurant is very elegant and homey located next door to the Miracle Mile Actor's Playhouse. The menu here is traditional Peruvian menu with a gourmet flare. To start we order two appetizers the acevichado de Tuna and the Murasaki roll. The acevichado de tuna was sliced high grade ahi tuna, sliced avocado and drenched in a Creamy Ají Amarillo Sauce, very fresh and flavorful. The Muraski roll consisted of breaded shrimp, avocados, and cream cheese topped with slices of octopus and olive sauce. This was a spectacular roll with plump shrimps and the tasty olive sauce. For the main entree we ordered the Seafood rice and their sliced steak with shrimp sitting on top of cilantro risottos. Both dishes were exceptional but the steak was perfection tender and well seasoned. The pisco sour here is also a must especially the coconut one. For dessert we ordered a flan which very creamy and solid. I highly recommend Francesco for a nice elegant night out in the town.

Ripped up chicken tossed in huancaina sauce and served with white rice and potatoes. The ceviche trio was amazing too. I thought classic would be my favorite.
