All were respectful, professional and most importantly, honest. They evaluated my car and recommended certain repairs but also explained why other repairs were not needed (or worthwhile). The cost of their services were reasonable. During my time spent there I watched how they handled other customers and it was all in an excellent manner. I highly recommend this business!!

And they are honest! Their pricing is reasonable and everything they do is warranted. They have fixed electrical problems for me; built and installed a new Chevrolet long block engine; ditto for a new bulletproof rear end and all the while, taking loving care of my car the same as I do. Daniel, their showroom and customer manager is equally experienced and always provides detailed explanations of how they will fix your issues along with closely estimated costs. It's about time someone opened an automotive shop that you can trust and who won't rip you off. I can't say enough good things about them or 110 Customs.

Exhaust Works was recommended and they diagnosed my problem, charged me NOTHING but referred me to another mechanic who had the tools and expertise to solve the issue. When I went to pick my car up, I was then told that it would actually require a smaller job, would cost only a few hundred dollars, but I would have to bring it to a shop 45 minutes away from where I live. I called my mechanic the next day as soon as he opened, but he was booked and wouldn't be available for about a week, so he recommended Dad & Mom Mufflers. I called and spoke to Brian, who told me he would look at it if I dropped it off and may be able to get to it that day, early the next day at the latest. I received a call from Betty 3 hours later and was told that they found the issue and they would be able to address it right away. The issue was much smaller than stated by the other shop. My car was finished an hour after that call and they did a fantastic job. Their great service and honesty was appreciated and now have customer for life.
