This location is so fun! The seating is very spread out and comfortable! The salad bar is fresh and delicious. The pizza was great and the soda options were good too. My only complaint would be the wings. They were huge and crispy but the Asian flavor was too sweet and just tasted kinda like chinese five spice and that's it. One of the nicer Toppers and everyone says it's the best one! I'd say it's in a hipster-ish area and clean and has a rustic vibe and updated! A salad bar and pizzas. Heard about this place from a friend to really engage in the pizza. It was really good pizza kind of salty with the sausage but not too bad. The ranch was delightful. The funniest two things about this restaurant is the salad bar and the water. The salad bar was a one time trip around the salad bar so people were stacking their bowls 5 feet high. I was actually advised by a couple of people squished the salad down to make sure that you get enough of your stuff in and then just looking at the water fountain for the water if you want gas or no gas I was thinking that it was gonna fart on me, but it was just the regular water. This is our first time here, a friend invited us to this location .The Pizza we ordered tasted a little sour ( maybe the sauce) and the ranch dressing was very watery ! This place was very yummy however I did receive raw wings TWICE and all I got was an apology both times from the managers what a disappointment. This is very dangerous especially bcs my little one was eating them. And like I mentioned I returned them once and got a new batch and received them raw again, bloody & red. Came here for my sister's 20 year high school reunion. I haven't been here before and it is such a cool restaurant. There is a front portion and a 21+ year old roof top in the back area. There is also a court yard area that is cool. It is connected to transmission brewery. We first got beer in the transmission roof top. I got a hardchata which didn't taste like horchata but it was still good. My sister got a blood orange mule which she liked. My sister friend got the hardchata because it looked good. To order food you have to go to the front of the restaurant to order food. We ordered a pizza that was half cheese and half pepperoni. You get a number with a beeper and the waitress bring it to you. It was very nice that they brought out to you even if you are sitting in the roof top area. We got another round of beers, I tried a apricot fizz which was good. The pizza was cheesy and crispy on the edges and betweeen the three of us, we finished the pizza! Perfectly size for three people. Stopped by Transmission brewing for a beer, but fell into the temptation of some delicious Toppers food since they share a space, and we know we love Toppers pizza. Today we had a hankering for some wings, and we had never tried their wings so we gave them a shot. My wife gave them only two out of five stars, but I gave them three out of five stars. They actually had a great crisp, and they were nice and moist. They came right off the bone, and the initial taste of the dry rub was great (we got lemon pepper and also Nashville hot), but the killer was that both rubs were too sweet and way too oily. My wife even used a napkin to soak up oil from each wing before eating it. The review itself is a four out of five stars, though, because their salad bar and ranch were amazing, and the place itself had a great vibe and a great staff. You did have to go downstairs to order, but then they deliver up to you on the Transmission brew deck which was convenient. And you can bring dogs which was a must have for us. read more

This is, by far, my favorite of all the Toppers locations! Not only do they have the same great Toppers pizza (Creamy Garlic Chicken Pizza ALL THE WAY), but they sell the the chicken wings here. These chicken wings are some of the BEST chicken wings I have ever had - crispy, juicy, and flavorful. Their lemon pepper rub is the best. They are definitely pricier, but are 100% worth the money you will spend. These are a must whenever we visit. Love that they are connected to Transmission Brewery and you can grab a beer while you enjoy your pizza and wings. If you're 21 and over, seat yourself in their 2nd floor overlook area. Transmission has a bar up there, and Toppers will bring your food to you up there. Beautiful views, delicious food, great drinks, and plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. They have fallen off the good quality cliff!!!! Recently moved to Ventura. Have ordered Toppers delivered 7 times. The first 5 were excellent... Great crust, sauce, cooked correctly and delivered hot. These last 2 times it has been worse than Chucky Cheese. Crust tastes like it's pre made and from a box, light on the cheese and the sauce without much flavor. Delivery in Non Prime Time and not on a special event day came lukewarm. I was initially so pleased that we had a great delivery option and now perhaps they changed owners or cut back on the quality of the ingredients. We chose a classic pizza with red sauce, cheese, Peperoni and olives. They have a seating area with a brewery next to it where you can grab a beer. This is a large Toppers! The parking is in the back and is limited since there is a bar up top. (No kids so we did not visit.) the ambiance is hip with barn/industrial motif. Think black iron chandeliers and a motorcycle hanging from the roof. There's a big fire pit wall in the back. A very fun place to eat! The salad bar and ranch is AMAZING! The pizza is really good, we had pepperoni and even the cheese-only eater in the group ate it. We had the breadsticks and they were good, so salty they reminded us of a pretzel. read more

I haven't been this toppers in a while. I love the upstairs, they have a place to order beer, get water cup, and use the bathroom. There's plates upstairs as well. I believe you need to be 21+ to be upstairs. There's a beautful view of the ocean up there as well. If you go during sundown, I recommend a hat and/or sunglasses. read more

The only complaint I have about Toppers is the price is high. After we get our wonderful food we quit worrying about the cost.

I ended up visiting this place twice during my trip. Pizza is done well with premium toppings and a good crust. I especially like the salad bar that was packed with fresh veggies, seeds, and hard boiled eggs. Good pizza can be hard to find sometimes.
