Super bummed about our experience today for Mother's Day. We booked a reservation a month in advance, and there seemed to be confusion regarding our reservation. We were sent all around the restaurant to different stations. Finally upstairs, the hostess also seemed confused until a manager mentioned an "emergency table". It seemed clear that our reservation had taken them by surprise. We were seated in a banquet room with an alternate brunch buffet from the main dining room. Definitely a different vibe from downstairs, and there were no labels on anything. With food allergies, I was concerned so i stuck to easy to identify options. Downstairs was labeled and included a chocolate fountain unavailable to upstairs diners. We probably could have gone downstairs, but we had an injured person in our party and didn't want to leave them. The restaurant made sure to place time limit cards on our table after we had been seated to let us know we were not welcome to stay more than two hours. Definitely not a problem for us, but still weird. The buffet was absolutely not worth the money (and deposit!!). We had a reservation to bowl but chose not to after everything. Not a good experience at all. First, we had young children with us and the bumpers didn't work. So then we had to move to another booth right as we started our game while expected to pay full price for our bowling even though their bumpers didn't work. So as we went to a new booth that had actual working bumpers, we were told that people would be seated next to us despite the rest of the lanes being open. I really wanted to be a fan of Pinstripes, but after my first visit, I'm not quite convinced yet. I came here with a big group last Friday with the hopes of being able to bowl. One of our friends got there at around 7 PM and was told that there won't be any available lanes until after 10:45 PM. A 3 hour wait time? That's insane! We decided to just grab a table on the patio and have dinner and drinks. The food here is a bit pricey though. The wife and I shared the Chicken Parm and got the calamari for an appetizer. It was solid but nothing special that I'd rave about. Overall, my first experience here was just OK. They have specials here on Sunday nights. It's a $1.00 an hour to bowl after 9 PM. That's dirt cheap! I'm not so optimistic that you can even get a lane though. With an average wait time of 3 hours on a Friday night, I can't imagine what the wait time would be for $1.00/hr bowling special! I'll try my luck one day and update my review if we get the chance to bowl here. read more

Came here for a corporate party and some things were good and some were bad. We had a reservation for 7 however, when we got there, we could not be taken to our area until 7:10 where someone was just then clearing out of our lanes. The venue looks slick, bar is big and place was busy. They have about 8 bowling lanes downstairs and another 4(ish) upstairs and some bocce ball. The lanes are shorter than your regular lanes so it does throw me off and the bowling areas are kinda cramped. We had our reserved lanes in the downstairs bowling area, but it was so crowded, people from another party kept cutting through our party/sitting area as we were in the middle of conversation or standing in our lanes, it was really annoying. So, downside is, the bowling area is a bit cramped, but when speaking with staff, they said their owner designed it that way for families and friends to be closer to each other and actually interact, but unfortunately, that does not apply to when you have multiple parties shoved into the area and unapologetic strangers are stepping on your toes in your reserved area. The food here was pretty good, we had salads, an array of flatbread pizzas and some cookies and brownies. It was all good but not gourmet. The servers were courteous and treated our party right. Overall, place is interesting, but not I probably wouldn't come here for the bowling. Maybe more of a passing by and grabbing a drink kinda place. read more

I would equate this to Top Golf for bowling. I would say it's 60% bar/restaurant and 40% games. They have a couple of bowling alleys downstairs and some upstairs. This is more of a place you can go eat and drink and play a bowling game on the side if you want. If you are primarily wanting to bowl, I wouldn't say this is the place to come. They have pretty good specials every weekday. On Thursday's they have $5.00 speciality drinks. It's a really good deal considering all of their speciality drinks are $12.00 normally. It's a fairly new place and it's really nice. The management is super friendly and they come around frequently to check on every table. I ordered the humus platter and the sliders. The sliders are amazing. They use high quality ingredients and top notch meat. All of the food that my table ordered looked pretty good. Everyone loved it and had a good time. The only reason this place didn't get 5 stars is because it's semi speedy. Unless you go during a happy hour time, be prepared to spend $20-30 at least a person. read more

Maple glazed salmon, salads, asparagus and potatoes as well as pasta dishes were great, chicken parm a little dry. Tried out Pinstripes for the first time today and I will definitely be a repeat customer. We (my wife and I) brought our 3 kids and our in-laws who have 3 kids and the staff could not have been more accommodating to us. It's hard to create an upscale place that is also family friendly, but they certainly did it. Brunch buffet was amazing and the Bloody Mary bar and $1 Mimosas were a big hit. The manager and also the owner (Dale) stopped by several times to make sure we were all good. Definitely go there when looking for a good brunch spot in Fort Worth. read more

Wow! This was the most amazing brunch I've enjoyed in a while. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh with a great presentation. I had an omelette and homemade biscuit to start. Then I tried a lot more! Prime rib, salad, waffle with a balsamic butter. The dessert table had a chocolate fountain with lots of dipping fruit, rice krispy treats, cheesecake and more! The angel hair pomodoro was good, but it doesn't come with any meat. The portion is very big. I probably should have shared the entree with my husband. It's cool that they have a bowling alley in it. Pinstripes in ClearFork is a family favorite for us! We have celebrated birthdays and friendships since Pinstripes opened. This evening we were hosted by Nick in the bowling alley area and Isabella in dining room. Such great service and positivity! Their team leader, Nate Pruett,, the Manager, was welcoming, attentive and gracious. He certainly was the shining star of our evening...celebrating my 69th birthday with dear friends. My family planned my 53rd Birthday celebration here. First, our reservation was for 8:30 it was 9:20 before we were escorted to our bowling lane. The manager offered 2 free appetizer to compensate us for the delay. The appetizers were okay. The manager didn't charge my party for the bowling, so that was a plus. I ordered the pepper crusted ribeye steak. This was the worst steak that I have tasted in my 53 plus years. I sampled some of the other entrees ordered. The food is basically trash. The music in the bowling alley is like something from another planet. Don't waste your hard earned money here (period). read more

We came to Pinstripes for Mother's Day brunch. The restaurant was understandably swamped. Our server Ashton was just buried with work but he rose to the occasion and set our expectations from the beginning. Under the circumstances, I really felt he did an excellent job. We are frequent diners at Pinstripes (less during the height of Covid) but this was our first time to order from the Brunch menu. This was my second trip to Pinstripes. 1st was lunch/happy hour. We sat at the bar and got excellent service. The two of us shared an appetizer, and a entre'. It was plenty for the 2 of us. 2nd trip was for Brunch on a Saturday. We had a nice table for the 4 of us by the front windows. Again the service was very good. The only glitch was our friends ordered bisquits and gravy and the server forgot to turn it in. He quickly recovered and prepared tem to go for them, and took them off the bill. They canceled my reservations to my milestone birthday event I had planned there the Tuesday afternoon before the Friday evening that it was planned. The phone call was matter of fact, flippant, and there was no cushion to the blow. I was traveling into town two hours to be there and I had others traveling, as well. I had done quite a bit of research and decided this would be a great venue to have fun and dine. I received a call that said "No Caller ID", and when I answered, the event coordinator said simply, "Hi this is Megan from Pinstripes calling to let you know we have canceled your reservations for Friday evening because a larger party has bought out the alley." It shocked me and I told her that this party was a big deal for me. She just said, "Sorry." No sincerity at all. I told her this was a big deal with people coming in from out of town including myself. "Sorry. You just need to change your time and we will comp it for you. Can you come before 6?" I responded no because people work, plans have been made, etc. "Sorry. You just need to pick another time." I asked if my dining had been canceled- she said no that we could still dine. I immediately knew we would not care to "dine" any further with this establishment. If I could give a 0 stars, I would. I still have not received any comp info, and as a matter of fact, ironically, I received notice that I needed to cancel my reservation by text the next day. The reservation has to be made via credit card or you will be charged $20 per person bowling and $10 per person dining, so to be safe, I sent a cancel back. Careful if you make a reservation because money talks with this place, louder than your measly party reservation- in other words, they will cancel you without a care if a larger party decides to swoop in. We scrambled to make other plans, which turned out much better. This places lacked complete character. Although it has great reviews, it must be from people who actually got to keep their reservations. It's very sad when people are treated this way. Turns out they canceled 50 other people that night, too. The larger party already had the bottom floor and decided they wanted the top. Ethics do not seem to have a place here. Hold your plans loosely if you decide to go. read more

We received a coupon in the mail and while chain restaurants are not our thing, Pinstripes isn't your ordinary chain place. The restaurant is beautiful! The design isn't a cookie cutter, it fits the environment. The food is delicious! Fresh cooked and not processed. Everything was seasoned perfectly and beautifully prepared! Caleb, the manager, is young but carries himself as a longtime pro in the service business! Great job, sir! Ryan was our bartender and food server. It seems like bowling was an afterthought for this bar. There's a tiny couch for 3 people per lane. We had 6 in our party and made reservations days in advance. You'd think they would put us on 2 lanes, but nope. 6 people and one 3 person couch....very cramped. The lanes are very close too. There were a bunch of young children bowling in the lane next to us and they kept getting in the way. Not really their fault though, it was a very cramped space. Also, avoid the first lane, it is right up against the wall. The equipment kept malfunctioning (keeping all the balls, stopping mid game well before our time was up, etc). The selection of balls is horrible, so definitely bring your own. Also, not sure if it's because the machines are new but there was a weird oil all over the balls. I've never seen that before. Be prepared to spend a little money... $126 for two hours of bowling plus drinks ($12 for just one martini). The wait staff was very nice, so no complaints there. Our waiter did try to help as much as he could with the equipment issues, but honestly with all the issues I expected a manager to come over. I didn't notice any management on site. Since it is opening weekend, I can forgive the machinery issues, but the design was awful.... cramped and no airflow. All kinds of issues... read more

We had a wonderful experience here, soup to nuts! I wanted to bowl but we hadn't planned it and didn't have time. I can't wait to go back with friends and family! It's very comfortable seating in the restaurant and looks the same in the bowling areas, we had great food and service. Upstairs had more bowling lanes, I believe both can be reserved for private parties, they have indoor Bocce ball, also a big room that can be reserved and set up for special events. I'm so excited about this new spot part of me wants to keep it a secret but that's only because I don't like crowds and waiting for a table or a lane.. If my kids were still little this would be a great after school snack/early dinner, spend some time together and bowl place! This was my second time back for my wife's birthday. I've never had a bad experience until today. When I arrived for my reservation I stated who I was with my reservation and the hostess asked me to repeat my name 3 more times only for her to look at her co worker to talk about a different topic and then turn back to me and ask for me name again. After stating my name again, they found my reservation and asked if I was actually the person who had the reservations.. after confirming I was again, the hostess stated that I needed to pay up front which was fine but they way it was said to me seemed as if I couldn't afford to pay it. Hostess's really rubbed me a wrong way and ruined my initial experience but my waitress and the manager made up for that downfall. I would come back but not with a large party after the experience trying to host a big party. read more

I made a reservation for 2 lanes for 6 people. That reservation was not honored. Half of the bowling area was empty and they crammed us in between two large families with one little sofa and you couldn't even see the bowler. When I asked if we could move, we were told no, that there were reservations. I pointed out that I too, had a reservation and it was not honored. We went in around 9:30 on a Friday and the front desk was nice. Told us we couldn't get bowling until 11. Completely fine. After that we went upstairs, where employees followed us up the stairs. The manager is rude, service is slow, and they do not provide shade for the sun glaring into your eyes. When you try to improvise to block said sun by setting a menu up to block the sun, manager cares more about it being tacky rather than the comfort of their customers and guests. I cannot believe the manager actually said, " It just looks tacky on our end" rather than offering to move us or apologizing. So rude! And also "very tacky on their end." I have been bowling here several times, but since this last visit with the manager saying we were tacky by trying to block out the sun, sadly I will take my family elsewhere to bowl. read more

My family and I really enjoyed this bowling alley. It's modern, new, and we really enjoyed the food. I had the spicy chicken sandwich with brussels sprouts which were amazing, one of us had the baratta salad with eggplant. The Cobb salad was pretty good, but the dressing options were limited. We walked in expecting to be treated like any body else but apparently that was too much to ask for. I was really expecting to enjoy my self with my girl but very disappointed we couldn't get that care and service that other people appeared to get that night. The food was good but that is the only reason why I am giving the place a 2nd star. Other than that it would be 1 star definitely. Our waitress was very short with us and seemed like we were annoying her with our requests. We ordered a few drinks and they took a long time to come. I was embarrassed since I was on a 3rd date and I was trying to keep my cool so I just ended up getting our drinks at the bar. Went to Pinstripes for a company event and was very surprised by the venue. In terms of both the ambiance, the food and the bowling everything was top class. There is indoor and outdoor seating which would be great in summer. We enjoyed the food which was pretty good for a bowling alley, the staff were friendly and very helpful and plenty of drinks options are available. The bowling was a good experience too. Parking in the garage nearby is free. We will be back to enjoy this great upmarket venue. read more

This place is a mess for brunch on the weekend, staff is incompetent and the establishment is just a facade for a fake fancy place who is unable to accommodate their clients with common sense. Even with a reservation, they seat a party of 2 outside in the Texas heat with no umbrella to shade from the sun. While there are other empty tables with umbrellas with "reservations" later than our reservation, they were unable to move us into the shade...but by the time we finished, those tables were still empty. Save your time and money and don't come here for brunch and bad service. read more
