The kids meal was very reasonably priced. It came with a starter meal beverage and dessert for only 8 dollars. The food was pretty decent although the bocce ball was a little pricey at 45 dollars for four people. read more

Took a work group here for some team bonding. While the atmosphere was great, the service was TERRIBLE! It was late afternoon on a weekday and they weren't very busy but our server was hard to track down and acted irritated to be waiting on us. The balls got jammed in the lanes multiple times and we waited quite a while each time for the issue to get resolved. Upon leaving, I asked to speak to the manager to share our disappointing experience. After waiting for several minutes for him, he did not really seem to care nor did he offer to do anything to make us feel better about the poor experience we had. I get the impression they only care about taking customer's money and could care less about the customer's experience. read more

The foods and drinks are expensive. Not worth of the food quality. The waitress also not friendly. I came last night and when we are still eating about 10 minutes after the food arrive, the waitress came and ask if I am done with the foods and she is about to take my plate and I told her no. After another 10 minutes, she came again and ask if I need a box for my foods. I told her again No and I was so upset. Why they are hurrying me to finish the food while the restaurant not even full. read more

I had driven past Prairie Fire a few times and took note of all the gorgeous buildings. My wife's mother was wanting to celebrate her birthday and we all thought trying out Pinstripes Brunch would be worthwhile and fun.We were not disappointed. We sat outside under one of there very large umbrellas, and did not feel crowded or rushed. Our server was wonderful. Very helpful on our drink choices. Note: Mimosas and Bloody Marys are on special on Sundays. Yum! My children are very picky eaters, but loved the Nutella Mini Waffles and the Make Your Own Omelette Bar. Very cool. Bowling was also a good time. Shoe rentals are only $4. And each game was $5. Classy look and feel without losing out on the fun. We will definitely be back. read more

We took our entire family here for my child's birthday - dinner and bowling. They called two days prior to our reservation, which was made a month ago, to confirm. Good thing they did because they had the wrong day! Most of the staff are very friendly, but several of them seem to have a bit of an attitude or just didn't seem like they knew what was going on. We were seated and asked we FOUR TIMES to add two more chairs to the table. Finally, I was about to just go take them for myself when a server finally helped accommodate our party. After that, it took about 20 minutes for our server to ask for our drink orders and a total of 45 minutes to take our orders. The food came out fairly quickly and was presented very well, though the taste was not up to par. My grandmother said hers tasted like Spaghetti-O's. Our waitress was MIA almost the entire meal. Were were running late to our bowling reservation due to the lack of service, so we asked to take our birthday cake to the bowling alley with us. They were very accommodating. When we were ready for the cake, AGAIN had to ask several people to get the cake. Nobody follows through, they "check on" things. Bowling was fun and a good price on Sunday nights. Love the sofa and extra seating. So, we may be back for bowling but probably not for dining. read more

By far my favorite restaurant in south OP. We live nearby, and there are plenty of dining options to choose from around here. Time and time again, I keep going back to pinstripes . While the gaming -- bocce and bowling -- is really fun (particularly on a nice evening when you can be out on the patio), I think the food is what everyone is interested in! Let me start by saying that happy hour is the best deal on the planet as far as food is concerned. All of the pizzas , flatbreads and appetizers are half price, and that is saying a lot. Most pizzas and flatbreads could feed two people, and they are a screaming deal at $7! The next best thing about pinstripes is the consistency in the food. The first time we ate there, they had just opened up, and we sat in the bistro for lunch. The bistro was great, one of us had a chicken sandwich, another had a salad, and another had pasta. Rave reviews all around the table . The pasta they make onsite, and the lasagna is among the best I have had in town. It is a great choice whether dining out with family, or meeting some friends for happy hour. You just can't go wrong! read more

The atmosphere is wonderful and the lanes are great. Service, on the other hand, is horrible! We had reservations at 6 and a server didn't get to us until 6:30, and it wasn't even our server it was one we had to pull over to take care of us. When our apps came we did not receive plates so we proceeded to grab some from a table close by... A server (which turned out to be our server we never have even met yet- 45 minutes of being there) reprimanded our party for "taking plates that belonged to a party that was coming". Instead of getting more plates to set on the table next to us for that party that was not even there and mind you. Completely ridiculous and the rest of the service was about the same. Oh and that "special party" that we took plates from, didn't show up until 7:30! Oh when they did come we sure as hell didn't see our server again...Seems to me the manager needs to come around more and check on things. And they need to fire our server we had! read more

My husband and I decided to try out the restaurant after hearing positive reviews from friends. It wasn't very busy, and several waiters/waitresses meandered repeatedly through the dining room, but, nonetheless, we waited 10 minutes before the manager finally came to get our drink order. Then, I ordered a side salad as an appetizer, along with Chicken Goat Cheese Pasta. My husband ordered a trio of filet medallions. After 20 minutes, our plates were served (but not by our waitress, who had never brought my salad or refilled our beverages). Roughly 10 minutes after our entrees arrived, my side salad showed up. Again, our waitress did not deliver it. Finally, I got up and went to the bar to ask for a refill of my iced tea. The house salad dressing is a delicious balsamic vinaigrette, and my entree was delicious, as well. My husband's medallions were basically inedible. They were cooked to medium, but rubbery and certainly not the angus filets the kitchen claimed to serve. So the food seems hit or miss, but the service was really sub-par. We were there nearly 90 minutes in all--we had to track down our bill to try to make it out in time to catch our nearby movie. Our waitress did deduct my husband's meal. She offered to replace it, but we had run out of time. We won't be eating there again unless we go bowling; then, we'll stick to sandwiches, I suspect. read more

I've been to this location before and have never had a problem until last night. I was out on a father daughter bowling date just the two of us. I made reservations for 930pm and prepaid for two hours. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive, we were eating our dinner and our first hour had almost been up there was about 10 minutes left on the counter when we were approached by one of the hostesses and was asked in a rude and unthoughtful manner if we has reservations, I replied yes and then was then rudely asked " well have you paid for more than one hour?" with a rude look to go with it. to which I replied I've paid for two hours in full. We were then approached by another hostess and asked to move lanes after our first hour and half eaten dinner, I replied I think we will just leave. it was the most rude experience I've had in quite some time. This place was dead for a Friday night, there were only two lanes being used and it was dead. You would think that the hostesses who verify your reservations and take your money to pay for the time reserved would have a better means to keep track of who has what reservations and paid for a specific amount of time. I'll not be returning to this place for quite some time. read more
