It's been 11 months since I had my house re-piped, and everything is going well. No problems at all.

We had a slab leak in an awkward place and decided that since the pipes were 37 years old, we'd repipe rather than fix the problem area. After deciding to repipe my home, I met with three firms and received bids from them all. Mike was very honest and thorough explaining the different options available and he also suggested a new water softener system, which I felt was a good value added option. I ended up going with the copper piping, but the company offers PEX also. I felt the pricing was fair and competitive on both types. The piping crew arrived at 7:30 and worked a 10 hour day finishing my entire home in a day. The inspector came the next day and was highly complementary of the work. The drywall team came the next day and also worked a 10 hour day and finished the drywall. So nice to have it all finished in 3 days, as it is a disruptive process. Let's start with Mike, at the first initial meeting Mike was on time and immediately started accessing our home, no small talk, a very straightforward knowledgeable guy who will not try to sell you unnecessary services. I decided to go with copper over pex and his copper price (type L) beats other competitors. It took only 3 days to complete the entire job with 10 fixtures, the first day of plumbing, the 2nd-day inspection from the city with the final day of patching. With the efficient team of plumbers and patchers, the job only took two working days plus one day for city inspection to complete. In the end, there was a slight glitch with the new water pressure regulator, but this was due to the fault of the manufacturer, not Pipease. I liked how Mike wore booties over his shoes as he entered my home to give me an estimate. I also liked that Mike shared that they would use high quality valves with copper fittings to attach to the Pex pipe. Finally, I liked that Mike let me know the crew would save the drywall cut outs so they could easily be fitted back once my walls were patched and textured. We had type M copper piping and our plumber recommended getting it replaced. He didn't do repipes and suggested PEX instead of better type L copper (better than what we had). When a slab leak popped up in our house, we knew that we wanted a long-term, permanent solution and came across Pipease. Unlike the myriad contractors and plumbers we had experienced before, Pipease was always responsive and communicative from the get go. About a week ago, my husband and I noticed a stain on our bedroom ceiling. The stain felt wet, which led us to assume we had a leak. These guys just finished my re-pipe last week and I could not be happier with the job they did. I'm really surprised there aren't way more 5 star reviews for these guys. They started the job on Wednesday, had all the holes cut and the new PEX piping done by 4:00pm that afternoon - water was back on for our use by 4:00 pm too! Thursday was inspection day and their work passed with no issues. Friday was the loooonnnngggg day, they came early and had all holes (maybe 40-50 total in the drywall) patched and perfectly matched and texturized by 5:30pm that night. I am still in awe at how well they were able to match my drywall and how well they texturized the existing wall with the patched wall. Had a team of four guys working, all very professional, and all very helpful. Mike was of course available to me and my wife at all times and answered all of our questions. The price was about what can be expected for a full home re-pipe. Also, with a 25 year warranty on all work and any possible future leaks/damage, how can you go wrong? I would recommend these guys to anyone. If you live in south Orange County and you're one of the hundreds every month that have a slab leak due to garbage copper piping, do yourself a favor and call these guys for an estimate. read more

Our experience with "PipEase" was pleasant from the first day. Mike provided us with an honest and fair estimate, and answered all our concerns or questions. The entire crew was very professional and they did a great job cleaning after re-piping. We were concerned with all the holes, but as guaranteed by Mike, re-plastering was perfect and after painting, we couldn't even notice the holes. But what is best about this company, is the "after care" provided to the customer. We called with minor issues, and the next or same day, someone was at our home addressing the concern. When the inspector came by to look at completed re-piping job, he stated "this is obviously not their first rodeo...they did a great job," which we agree with. The service was excellent. Called and notified Pipease, Inc in the morning of my situation, concerning the clog of my sewage drainage pipe. The customer service agent was very nice, respectful, and patient. He gave me a time between 3-4pm, in which a field agent can come and analyze my problem. They were done piping, patching and inspection in two days. He even accommodated my request to move some plumbing around.
